I forgot about the whole immortality thing, I know Kaguya is immortal, but is Madara also immortal? Immortality in this battle isn't restricted.
In that case, Madara probably dies after making an error. He is after all, human.
Madara simply can't counter giant TSB for example. Another things is that Madara doesn't have a way out Kaguya's different dimensions. If he gets swapped into another dimension, he'd never get out.
If Madara has Kaguya level of Chakra he could use her Dimension Abilities as well since he has the Rinne Sharingan... Well if Kaguya has chakra equal to JJ Madara then she can not use her Expansive Gudoma. She used IT chakra to create that and restore herself and even if Madara has the same chakra as her then he can escape the Dimension and the Gudoma... To me its seems that in both cases neither can put either down... Maybe if Madara uses the Soul path but... They are both immortal....
Why would she drop down to Madara's level? Even if Kaguya did drop down to Madara's level, she still has her hax Ash Bones and Eighty God Vacuum Attack which is strong enough to obliterate his Susanoo while Madara has nothing to put her down. Being able to use Amenominaka doesn't even help him here. Sure, Madara can change dimensions, but only in the same manner that Kaguya does, and that's when she switches the entire world. He can switch the world, but Kaguya and her Gudo Dama will still be there so he'll still die with little effort. That's assuming she retains her chakra level.

OP said equal chakra which could mean mean either Madara goes to Kaguya's level or Kaguya goes to Madara's... Ash bone is a hax tech but Limbo and PS can counter it... What about Limbo and Wood Clones? You forget though that there is a batter way to escape and that's Yomotsu Hirasaka tech which can be spammed and Madara goes to whatever Dimension wants without Kaguya knowing where to find him and escapes the Expansive Gudoma easily. Even if Kaguya switches Dimensions with Amenominaka so EG can be with her, it won't do good. Because she will have to switch entire Dimensions with EG so as to find Madara but even she finds him he just can escape again with Yomotsu Hirasaka. But Kaguya will lose a very large amount of chakra trying to find Madara...
Madara's PS w/ Kaguya level chakra being able to take Ash Bones is irrelevant because then Kaguya would have access to her Gudo Dama which would obliterate Madara regardless of Susanoo, not like his PS being able to take multiple ash bones is based on anything anyway. And Limbo :lol No. All her techniques would hurt Limbo and ash bones would one shot as she has the Six Paths Chakra, she is the origin of it. So that doesn't help. Madara's PS being >>> Sasuke's doesn't help because Kaguya raped Sasuke's Susanoo with a few hits while low on chakra and when she started the fight she one shotted it.
Limbo or Wood clones would be good for distraction. Sasuke spammed PS sometimes during Kaguya fight but you are not wrong. Limbo, Wood Clones, Gudoma also can guard you from Ash bones. Ash bones get countered. Yomotsu Hirasaka could be a Rinne Sharingan Tech. Nothing suggest that its not. Like Amenominaka its a space time tech and if Amenominaka is related to Rinne Sharingan maybe Yomotsu Hirasaka, could be too. Since its connected to Kaguya Dimensions. Could be wrong but if its not Rinne Sharing tech then how Kaguya has access to it? It doesn't make sense...
Distraction? For what? She can spam Ash Bones. She can spam Eighty Gods Vacuum Attack. Gudo Dama envelops the entire area. Petty distractions aren't going to save his life here. L-M-A-O @ Gudo Dama blocking Ash Bones when they ripped through PS. If Madara wants to spam clones, Eighty Gods Vacuum Attack clears them out then the original gets raped by a bone. The bold also makes zero sense. If you want to give Madara the tech, prove it's a Rinnegan technique because the Manga hasn't proven that it is. It letting Kaguya travel through dimensions (not just hers, dimensions and across space in general) doesn't mean that it's connected to Amenominaka. Kamui can travel through Kaguya's dimensions yet it's separate from Amenominaka.
