stop it. That sand is slower than part 1 rock lee. A speed kakashi achieved in his youth. Neither garra or sasuke can react to kakashi in base let alone sharingan assisted movement or first gate assisted movement. Garra gets blitzed or mindfuked via genjutsu (take you pick).
Then kakashi makes quick work of sasuke.

Kakashi wins S1 Low/medium diff. Earth wall to block their Los + clone underground takes care of Gaara with a kunai uppercut while the real Kakashi blitzes Sasuke with Raikiri..
Kakashi wins Scene2 Med/High diff at worse. Neji being present prevents kakashi from ultilzing most surprise tactics and Kaiten would be the best defense against his Raikiri other than a CM1/2 Chidori but superior speed/shunshin/skill would see kakashi landing his attack tho i see Gaara being able to save either Sasuke or neji with his sand if it comes to that. Gaara can pressure him with sand but kakashi is too fast for any of his attacks and his tsunami can be easily avoided with a quick clone feint while the sand is rising up , followed up with a Raiton Kunai uppercut for Gaara.
Taking on CM2 Sasuke and Neji in CQC should prove difficult for Kakashi with his tenketsu being at risk while simultaneously having to deal with 3T CM2 Sasuke watching his movements in which case i see him activating MS after being pressured in CQC then easily taking care of Sasuke while Neji follows shortly after.

If Kakashi doesn't beat Gaara before Shukaku comes out there are going to be some problems for him. His attacks aren't going to do shit to Shukaku, if he gets hit by any of Shukaku's Ninjutsu he's a goner and his only way to win is to maneuver to the top where Gaara is and kill/knock him out there.

Do you know how long it took him to get Kamui on Deidara? Shukaku can cover almost the entire area w/ Sand Tsunami in a matter of seconds. He'd get hit before he ever landed that on him.
But I think that Kakashi would kill him before it ever came to that.

Deidara was a moving target, with kakashi moving as well.

If we restrict Kamui i believe Gaara can take it home for his team. People were once saying that Kimmimaro could fight on par with Hebi Sasuke in terms of speed if this is true i don't see how Gaara will have a hard time catching and crushing Kakashi.

Who said that? i'd love to know.
Anyways you're going off the assumption that garra even gets to that state. We know it takes forever for him to even get there and on top of that we already saw that chidori can interrupt the process. Forcing garra to not only be extremely weak, but start from scratch.
