This is a thread dedicated to Kurama. The reason Naruto stayed alive for so long, the tactical genius who guided Naruto through the war arc and most importantly, the source of all of "Naruto's" achievements. This thread is long overdue, Kurama deserves his plaudits.
Kurama saves Naruto from certain death by "gifting" him some of his chakra.
Sasuke punctures Naruto's lung and disables his right arm, a certain KO for any other ninja without a mythical monster inside them who can heal organs completely.
Sasuke KO's Naruto again with ease. Kurama revives him by literally picking him off the ground with his chakra and even remarks on how lucky Naruto is to have him.
Kurama's a smart fox, he's been around for millions of years. Even he knows Naruto is nothing without his powers as this scan shows.
And this, of course, is something Naruto acknowledges. He knows that without the Kyuubi he's out of Sasuke's league.
Naruto also acknowledged Kurama's decision to not tussle with him for chakra during the war arc. Remember that Naruto was spamming KCM when there was a clear limit but since the Kyuubi ignored this his life was spared. That's one generous fox.
In fact, Kurama acting independently has saved Naruto's life countless times. He had no answer for Chibaku tensei during the Pain invasion arc so Kurama generously decided to act alone and bust him out.
And let's not forget Kurama's role vs Sasuke at VOTE 2. Without his ability to gather sage chakra for Naruto, our blonde haired hero would have been overwhelmed by Indra's arrow.
Kurama's tactical advise and intel (millions of years of wisdom can be quite useful) is also a huge reason why both he and Naruto were able to stalemate Sasuke here. Kurama knew the limitations of a new rinnegan user because he'd see the dojutsu countless times in his life. Without that knowledge, where would Naruto be now?
So, next time when we're attributing a feat to Naruto's name let's add Kurama's name to the credits too. Our main character would be nothing without him, after all. Let's never forget the sage's words:
