How often were white people systematically oppressed worldwide? The relevance of this is that I'm pretty sure that, for the most part, white populations weren't suppressed throughout the world the way whites have done with instruments like slavery and systematic oppression. I've never heard of Japan or China being vehemently against white populations, while you always hear white people complaining about non-white populations being among them. Good example: You.
Not to take away from your point but China and Japan aren't really some of the better examples you could have chosen. Japan has a history of being anti-foreigner be it Christians, Chinese or Koreans. Whether it's by coincidence or design Japan has a very local population. Supposedly Japan doesn't even break down their foreigner census data into regions or ethnicities and instead lump them all as foreigner showing they have a vey nationalistic centric attitude towards population. I say supposedly because the link is all Japanese. In fact historically most countries are weary of in coming populations from neighboring countries as it usually comes with force and infiltration.

Anyway the point is Japan and most likely a few other countries have historically been against easy immigration. It's not like this is a situation unique to America or the white population. And for the record Japan had it's policies against immigration and supporting the mistreatment of immigrants long before the Europeans got there, they were tense about immigrants because of the neighboring countries before they ever met white people. When are people gonna stop acting like it's not human/animal nature to be cautious of new people in your territory and be afraid they may take your things? It's a perfectly natural reaction, the manner which you act on that reaction determines your character not the fact you have concerns but how you overcome them. If you overcome that concern by understanding and acceptance, yay. If you overcome it by running them all off and banning them from coming back, boo.
IMO the biggest issue with immigration I think is the immigrants desire to hold on to heritage and the receiving countries populations' expectations that immigrants will make an honest effort at assimilation, which doesn't seem to come across in most cases, and that leads to hostilities among the groups.

Any country is wary of incoming foreign large numbers. In central subcontinent India and UAE are victims of smaller neighbouring refugees.
In America USA and Canada shoulder that and the international refugees as well. In Africa there are 2 options "either go to South Africa or leave Africa all together."
I can confirm that nationals sometimes can develop a xenophobic trait. In America and Europe this stigma ends with prejudice only. However in India, South Africa etc. were the host countries are not 100% developed this xenophobic stigma can run to extremes: Nigerians killed in New Delhi(India) etc. Zimbabweans killed in Johannesburg(South Africa) as locals see them as "Job Thieves" since they can be hired with extremely low incomes compared to the what the locals demand.
In India it a extreme but very subtle hate violence. It doesn't attract much attention since the frequent killings are only of individuals. In South Africa it happens as a calm before storm. There is literally no violence and killing for years, then suddenly locals blast everything killing any black African foreigners to extremes never seen before(search Xenophobia South Africa 2008). It happened 2008. Now everyone is happy but I wonder how long will last seeing the northern Africans are flooding more ever before.

Also considering China gets blasted in nearly every olympics for human rights abuse(including minority rights), Israel gets pretty much branded as number 1 genocidal state by many, news in Turkey about conflicts involving minorities are among top news, Saudi Arabia's treatment of migrant workers being known as literal slavery; diversity is not some sort of threat's code word to be applied to white, Christian and Western countries.
It is full of bull to refer countries in white and non-white dichtomies; and pretending only Western "white" countries get repercussions for ethnic issues is being ignorant. I am not telling everyone should be educated on racial matters of every country, tbh people need to stick to their own matters primarily imo; but to assume how Worldwide issues apply with zero knowledge is a blatant case of entitlement ignorance.
