Sasuke has vastly superior shunshin and striking speed compared to early MS Sasuke and B along with much better precog/reaction/skills/stats etc..

A vastly inferior Sasuke in all stats was still able to fend B off while weakened from his injuries with itachi as outlined by kishi.

Itachi was able to easily slip away from B's sword Tech , The last Sasuke has superior precog an is laughably superior to Itachi in all stats including speed.

B's sword tech wont last forever and Sasuke can easily fend them off then find a interval using his precog and superior speed.

Chakra is a critical part in sasuke progress , take away Rikudo chakra and leave Sasuke with EMS Chakra and he still wins this.

B using 7 swords with such grace shows great skill but it doesn't mean he's as skilled as sombody like Mifune with A sword since Sasuke was already fending them as a physically weakened teen with much weaker stats than he has in the Last.

, however he wasnt able to land a clean hit in that initial scuffle until when sasuke was caught off guard when bee deflected his raiton sword with his own. so the last sasuke who is leagues above that sasuke in all forms of speed would have a field day replicating that much better and the moment bee stops sasuke goes in and slices bee with his superior speed above itachi who also able to fend off bees attempt casually and even get behind

so sasuke would have no issues getting around bees attacks. he can also opt to deflect any of bees swords away from him and with the opening created, he cuts him. all sasuke needs is an opening which he can create, once he gets that, bee is done for.

A uchiha gets better and more potent chakra each time they awaken a higher level of sharingan , the more potent and powerful the chakra gets , the better the stats.

They dont need to use their new eyes in order to get boosted stats since the more potent chakra is wat evolves the eyes to a higher level in the first place , even the sharingans most basic stages does this.
