Physical shape is the same as in Naruto: The Last, including his lack of an arm and the physical boosts gained since his first encounter with B.

Has his Sword of Kusanagi Chokuto, but no Shuriken nor any kind of weapon.

Unable to use any Ninjtusu, Genjutsu, Fuinjutsu nor anything other than basic chakra techniques such as water walking, Taijutsu and Kenjutsu.

Has Samehada plus all eight of his Supevibrato Lightning Release Swords on him.

Actually, you made me look back at it. I thought Sasuke was using his Mangekyou Sharingan when he was fighting Killer B, thus if he only had access to his regular Sharingan here then he wouldn't be able to read his movements. Seeing now that he was only using the Sharingan, Sasuke would win, though his having only one arm may bring him down.

Of course, I know your intention on quoting me was in order to inform me of how godly Sasuke's speed would be in comparison to Killer B, but I don't think of that as a factor when his speed is mostly due to overrating. The only thing that would increase his speed would be gaining Six Paths chakra, but it's questionable to how much if even at all it raises ones physical abilities.

Having no intel is invalid when I can show you many fights where the winner had no intel and still. Lack of intel is a poor excuse. That scan has no relevancy to how Sasuke can beat Bee in Kenjutsu. Speedblitz is not striking speed.
