Point number one: reacting to point-blank FTG is the best reaction feat and there is nothing that can surpass it. This means Bee's reaction to Minato at point-blank is equal to Naruto reacting to Sasuke at point-blank. Why are they equal? Because they sensed it right after instantaneous teleportation. It doesn't get better than that. It's a fact whether you hate it or not, it's not valid when discussing hand to hand combat.

See what you don't understand is something called "Striking speed." Let me try and dumb this down for you. People like Sasuke, Minato, and Tobirama can all teleport. However they all have different striking speeds, with Sasuke having the fastest. When you teleport behind someone you have to attack them, right? THAT is striking speed. The fact that I'm still discussing striking speed with someone is Versus Colosseum is damn sad.
Minato not being able to hit Bee before Bee could react to the fact that Minato teleported behind him is Bee having superior reaction time than Minato having striking speed. However, just because Bee reacted to Minato does not mean he will react to Sasuke. Sasuke has striking speed that puts him LEAGUES above the likes of Minato, and he has tagged people with reaction speed that are LEAGUES above Bee. Refer to my previous post.
Point number two: The examples you brought do not correlate. Sasuke bisected Madara because the latter let him thanks to his regeneration, as evident by previous panels if you aren't blind. It's not the same case when Tobirama taking mortal Madara from behind. So, the examples do not correlate. Or your other terrible example of Sasuke tagging Naruto, whom was distracted by Katon attack. None of your examples display improvement of Sasuke's striking-speed, I'm afraid.

before Madara even turned around and realized. Madara couldn't react before Sasuke sliced him in half because he was that fast. You saying Madara
allowed himself to be cut is an opinion. Why? Because Manga never specified or even implied that Madara just allowed it.
Sasuke tagging Naruto is a huge feat. Whether or not there was a distraction, Sasuke still tagged RSM Naruto who has arguably the best reaction time in the entire manga. The thing about teleporting behind someone is that what you see hardly matters. Whether or not you see the person dissapear behind you or not hardly matters when that person is already attacking. What matters is that you can sense the person, and you have the reaction time to react. RSM Naruto has the best sensing and reactions yet he couldn't fully react to Sasuke's teleportation/striking speed.
Point number three: The op's conditions of this thread states that this is 3 tomoe Sasuke, who does not have his Chokou tomoe and thus, can't react as good as his later part. The conditions also restrict Ninjutsu, so Sasuke is only limited to his sword.
In this fight, Bee murders him because Bee is shown to be Taijutsu and better swordsman. Taka aren't here to save him from Bee's Kenjutsu. Good bye, son.

cked over because he didn't have intel that Bee could channel Chakra through his blade and nearly got one shotted because of that. Now Adult Sasuke has intel on Bee's unorthodox fighting style, is WAY faster, stronger, and more skilled than his Taka self. Sasuke runs circles around Bee. The winner is clear to everyone else in this thread but your ass.
