You need to pass a battle test, using Pein, and afterwards take a written test to show that you know how to effectively use him and you know something about this RP. And you are not allowed to make a costum Rinnengan bio, only Rikudou Sennin and Pein/Nagato are allowed, as cannons, but also Rikudou Sennin is forbidden to be created.
