I mean in the anime Kishimoto involvement doesn't change no matter what episode the filler is, the only official anime that Kishimoto is involved is Naruto the Last movie and maybe Boruto the movie.

If we include this latest filler doesn't that mean we have to accept all filler like:

Kakashi Ice style and Fire style
Hinata part 1 doing 64 trigram jutsu
Naruto and Gamabunta doing colaboration jutsu
Guren and Shino bugs evolving

Basically any feat done in filler.

Hagoromo never had Sharingan in manga, yet member believe it to be canon due to anime.

I see no different having Anime have Hagomoro with Sharingan and Kakashi having Ice style and fire style.

Both are anime filler and not manga.

Officially, no filler material is considered canon. Let's get that out of the way right now.

Still, assuming the filler covers parts that are canon and doesn't contradict the manga by doing so, it's not at odds with the canon so, even tho it's still technically filler, there is no harm it treating it as canon. The recent fillers are treated as canon by many because they simply portray the events that have been mentioned in the manga but never fully shown. While doing so they don't make any plot holes so in a sense, they're comparable to the fight extensions we see in the canon fights presented in the anime (like Madara vs Alliance, Obito vs Kakashi etc).

Not all filler are canon there are exceptions , when a filler is talking about relevant Characters like Kaguya Hagoromo Hamura Indra and ashura , then we can consider some canon in them!

We should take them as part of the naruto universe not say its fillers who cares

Till now everything happened in the latest Kaguya filler are naruto facts to me

Thats OK if we were just talking about personal interpretation, but considering stuff like the current arc canon and using it in discussions, for things like feats causes problems.

An example could be Hinata's fight against Pein. The anime woukd have you think that Hinata was actually doing something, while in the manga she got solo'd quick.

That's why even ppl choose to stick to manga as the canon source to avoid confusion and retcons

In versus discussions one should always, ofcourse, use the manga as it is direct word from the author. However, in terms of general presentation there is really nothing wrong with accepting a few details that were added in like Hinata doing something in the fight as it's overall a better presentation out of two and they don't really contradict. Hinata still couldn't do a thing to Pain, but atleast she went down with style.

I'm talking that kind of thing.

That can lead to some problems. Like I think I heard Obito once beat up Itachi and Itachi somewhat feared him, but the manga said that Obito held back on his plans in fear of Itachi

I don't remember it ever being stated like that. Even so, mutual fear would be nothing unusual for the two.
