Hell no. The stamina excuse can only be used if they both stalemate, jiraiya is far below itachi. He will fall for itachi the same way pain fell for song genjutsu. Almost ironic

That isn't even worth Arguing about. 3T Itachi negged Oro before the fight even started, without a scratch. Half Dead and Half Blind Itachi negged oro without a Scratch.

Oro is a Sannin along with Jiraiya so they are close in power. If you think jiraiya could do any better than Oro you are not the brightest.

Comparing an MS user to another MS user who happens to share Susanoo and amatersu, the same moves that were used to beat 2 kages yet I lost the whole argument? I'm completely lost here.

Being above kage level does not mean Eight gates Gai level right after, there is still one in-between all that. I mean look at BM naruto, he's above kage level but that doesn't mean he's anywhere near 8 gates. Same thing with EMS Sasuke.
