Were you not present when they revealed that he was already in the ANBU at a very young age?

Who knows how high level ANBU agents are when compared to pre Konoha Madara.

You might speculate that he is on par if not ahead of Madara/Hashirama in both skills and achievements at that age.

Anyways, he isnt God level without them, he is definitely well over Kage Level according to Danzo.

90% of his power comes from genjutsu mastery. There's only 1 or 2 people that he requires Susano'o to win against that genjutsu doesn't already work on.
