I was aware of the theory that Bran can manipulate past events but it's actually true now? Really not my taste.

This is imo the worst season yet for many reasons (unrealistic amount of women are alpha while men are wimps, time travel BS etc)

The quality of the show really depends on the ending for me. For example, if Danny is portrayed as a good hearted person till the end and some kinda hero figure I'll lmao.

So one of the best episodes ever for me. I liked the following-

1) Sansa's character development:- Till season 5, she seemed like a useless and a pathetic character (like Sakura). But **** rape has completely transformed her. That scene with Littlefinger, woahhhhhh!!!!!! Then again she was excellent and gutsy when they were plotting to overthrow Ramsey. She has definitely progressed a lot and came out of the fodder zone with a bang.

2) Arya'side:- I liked how her expressions changed when she was watching the play. That shows even though a girl claims to be no one, a girl is someone. Would be interesting to see if she betrays the Many Faced God again.

3) Mereen:- I have rarely seen Varys perturbed. Varys got all atheistic and cocky in front of her and the priestess mentally raped him. Varys was shaking. A beautifully done scene.

4) Danerys part was kinda meh. Nothing special. But looks like she will be taking the Dothrakis to Mereen.

5) I like Theon's development as well. I think they will sail towards Danerys and offer her their services in exchange of the iron islands, post they help her capture Westros.

6) Last but not the least Bran and Hodor. That shit was ****ED UP.
Bran literally screwed the guy's whole life, just so the guy could "Hold the Door" when the time comes. One of the saddest deaths I have ever seen in anime/novel/manga/TV series.
The reveal that he could change the things in past was interesting. But I guess whatever he ends up doing, future will remain the same, as it always has been. Explains why Raven could have only waited for Bran and not done anything else. That means Bran should know how everything ends and he should be helpless to stop it. Kind of interesting the White Walkers have the power to see and mark him, even when he is in a trance like state. Though I wonder how he and Meera would survive, considering that Meera is dragging him and Hodor may die at any time and the amount of ground the white walkers covered in a short time should allow them to kill Bran tells that they move at fast speeds in snow. Dunno how that will be explained.

My favourite characters of the story are Stark kids and this episode offered major developments to all but one of them , specially Bran, and that is why I loved the episode.

I 100% Disagree with you season 6 is shaping up to be the best season of GoT. First of Danny hasn't been portrayed as a kind person throughout the series all ready. She is always presented on that line of possibly becoming like her father the Mad King.

Speaking of the Mad King and with this Bran revelation one of the reasons why the Mad King went Mad is because he said he kept hearing "voices" talking to him. What if those voices are Bran?

The messing with the past is to early to pass judgment on weather it's good or not? But I'm pretty sure it's something George R R had planned and told the Writers of GoT about because he told them why Hodor was called Hodor. The point is George has done a pretty amazing job so far but will just have to wait and see.

This episode almost confirms the theory that Bran's whispers was what caused Aerys to go mad.

Man this season is turning out to be one of the best, i wasn't really expecting all this. I'm just worried that they don't go and **** it up. And i can't be the only one who's bored af by the Greyjoy storyline? Their story is better presented in the books. Even the "coronation" of Eurone Greyjoy was utter shit.

That end... that freaking end tho. The stark theme + Hodor's death = GG eyes.
