Naw, man. Just pointing out that Tsunade and her 1 disciple are not the end all be all of medical ninjutsu in the NV.

Chiyo is a puppet and poison master, who also created a jutsu to bring the dead and near death back to life.
Kabuto was an assassin for Danzo and ANBU for years, and actually uses medical jutsus as weapons. Plus, he pretty much scienced his to dragon sage mode and made edo tensei more stable. Kabuto now runs an orphanage for the children displaced by war.

Nothing about Sakura having the byakugou is pioneering. Sakura got it from Tsuna, Tsuna got it from her grandmother Mito Uzumaki, and Mito likely got it from someone else. Thing about being a pioneer is, you have to be first. Not a legacy.

Now you just losing common sense plus there is know logic in this^ statement. Tsunade does in fact follow her own rules, meaning since she know's Byakugo she can break them.
No logic! Tsunade herself established the NV medical ninjutsu system and each medical ninja in the medical system abides by her rules! Please post the evidence that can logically conclude that those medical ninja rules are subject to only Sakura & Shizune? Becuase I got scans that directly counter that false assumption..

That's one definition, the word pioneer can be used in different context(s) It's most literally definition is a person who is among the first to explore or settle a new country or area. Among is defined as (1) surrounded by; in the company of.
(1) Sakura is among the first to master medical ninjutsu (unless you can provide a scan that dipictes someone other then Tsunade & Sakura mastering it), she actually is the first person to master each of Tsunades techniques and she is definitely the first to extraction poison via Dellicate Extraction Technique. (2) Sakura brought everything Tsunade taught her about medical ninjutsu into a new era (her generation) and established herself as being the worlds strongest healing ninja!
