Trunks quickly puts away the scrolls and listens to his teacher's instruction. After hearing him out, Trunks nods in understanding and quickly takes his position to take on the first clone. Through his continued training, Trunks has noticed that there is an incredible amount of standing water that he and the first clone are standing on. Trunks then manipulates his chakra as he allows himself to sink into the water. Taking on waters natural transparency, Trunks holds his breath as he silently swims under the clone, avoiding detection during travel. Once the clone is directly under him, Trunks rips his arms out from the surface of the water and drags his clone down under the water with it. Taking this moment of surprise to his advantage, Trunks does a few low rank Taijutsu moves to further stun the clone until he breaths in enough water to disperse. Trunks then lifts himself out of the water and jogs to the next clone.

Once he comes face to face with the next clone, Trunks wastes no time in starting his next technique. He starts by manipulating his chakra with the use of the snake handseal. He then converts his chakra into water and proceeds to release it from his mouth to the ground. As it fills the ground, a wave forms under Trunks which he proceeds to ride toward the clone. Once he is witching short range of his target, Trunks channels his chakra into the water beneath him, and produces several D-Rank water whips, which bombard the clone before the wave crashes into him. Leaping at the moment of impact, Trunks lands safely and rises to see his next target standing before him.

Quickly forming the Dog hand sign, Trunks concentrates his chakra into the atmosphere above, and through nature manipulation, creates a rainfall. The heavy rain would quickly fill the battlefield, allowing Trunks to take control of these waters and concentrate them into a wave. He would send this wave at the clone, where it would take him off of his feet and sweep him away. The waters would wrap the clone up in a cocoon of water of sorts, and begin draining his chakra. Keeping the hand sign maintained, Trunks is sure to tire his target severely, before the clone disperses on its own.

Okay, since you want to try something different, we'll postpone the RP from here on out and just go for a straight up Template based Training Session to see how it fairs for you. With that said, let's get right back into it. :)

So since you want a Template based training for the moment, I won't describe any Jutsu to you, unless you have any questions about the Jutsu. If you do, ask them after filling out the template. You'll probably answer the question yourself while you fill out the template, but if you don't, don't worry, I've got you. xD

Anyway, here's the template. Copy and paste it for each of the following Jutsu. :)

PHP:
Advantages of the Jutsu:
Disadvantages of the Jutsu:
How you would use this Jutsu (Including combos):
How you would counter this Jutsu:
Any other information of relevance:
Perform the Jutsu (With a reasonable level of detail):
And here are the Jutsu. Go nuts. :p

Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user jumps into the air and then stabs his sword into the ground, where he causes water to burst up around him and creating a pillar of water to rise up in the air repelling the enemy.

(Suiton: Seiryūshō) - Water Release: Azure Dragon Palm
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40

(Suiton: Shizuka Yari) - Water Release: Droplet Spear
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: Using their skills with water release, the user creates an orb of water in their hand which they can then release in the form of multiple spearing streams, that they can use to attack their enemy from multiple directions or in spirals.

Water Quaking Pillar

Advantages of the Jutsu: Specifically says that it repels the enemy, so it could ward off strong CQC fighters. Requires no handseals, so it's release itself is fast. Even though it's type is offensive, it could be used defensively depending on the situation.

Disadvantages of the Jutsu: Has range issues. Requires the use of a sword, so highly situational. Requires you to jump, so there is plenty of room for counter.

How you would use this Jutsu (Including combos): This would have been really handy during the RP tournament, because unless you're in the situation that you are using a sword, and your opponent is close range (so probably using a sword or Taijutsu) this is kind of useless in my opinion. However, if you managed to pull it off, it is very versitile so you could potentially follow it up with a ranged Kenjutsu move for a decent combo.

How you would counter this Jutsu: Assuming I'm short range from the user, I could use any assortment of Taijutsu, or Kenjutsu to catch them mid air, thus preventing the technique totally, would work. That or low rank earth armor would do.

Any other information of relevance: None that I can think of.

Perform the Jutsu (With a reasonable level of detail): Trunks channels his suiton chakra into his sword before leaping into the air. He comes down hard and slams his blade into the ground, releasing the chakra all at once while converting it into water. Water begins to shoot up all around him before a giant water pillar rips from the ground, sending back anyone nearby.

When it says that I have to jump to use this, does that mean that I can use that jump to evade attacks? Like, if someone were to shoot a low rank fire ball at me, could jump over it and use this Jutsu to justify the evasion?

Azure Dragon Palm

Advantages of the Jutsu: I suppose the main advantage of this technique is the fact that it's descripifion is one line. That leaves a lot of gray area for how this can be used, making it very versitile. Attack, defense, complementing other techniques, you can do it all.

Disadvantages of the Jutsu: Other than noticeable range issues, this attack seems linear, making it easier to dodge. Plus, it's size can't be that great, since it's released from the palm.

How you would use this Jutsu (Including combos): I could see myself using this with free form tai, or maybe to block incoming attacks.

How you would counter this Jutsu: I would probably try to get out of range of it, or maybe a fast lightning technique. I say lightning because the water would be connected to the persons hand, providing a medium to electrocute them from.

Any other information of relevance: N/A

Perform the Jutsu (With a reasonable level of detail): Trunks channels his suiton chakra into his right palm. Then he thrust his right arm forward while utilizing both nature and shape manipulation to turn his chakra into first water and then a spiraling torrent. The torrent takes out a nearby target before falling harmlessly to the ground.

Droplet Spear

Advantages of the Jutsu: It requires no hand seals, so it's fairly fast. It can also hit multiple targets at once which is nice. Because I can attack from all sides, it is harder to avoid.

Disadvantages of the Jutsu: It cannot reach long range for one. Another would be that it gives a connection to me that reaches to my opponent, that is also able to be conducted by electricity. Also, with every stream I make, the overall power of each one is decreased.

How you would use this Jutsu (Including combos): Considering how this is worded, I could potentially send an attack from all sides, except from directly beneath. Knowing this, I would probably follow this up with Stone Spikes, or some other move that emerges from beneath my opponent.

How you would counter this Jutsu: Probably an earth armor, due to the number of sides and angles that this could come from.

Any other information of relevance: N/A

Perform the Jutsu (With a reasonable level of detail): Trunks pumps suiton chakra into his palm and uses shape manipulation to form it into a sphere. Using the sphere as an origin point, Trunks then manipulates his chakra further to send out several streams of water which simultaneously crash down on a target from all sides.

To be honest, what you're asking is one of those questions where different people have conflicting opinions, and different scenario's have different justifications. I can't really give you a definitive answer, cause there is no one single answer. Some people will probably think it's justified, since the Jutsu requires the user to leap into the air before stabbing the sword into the ground, instead of just cutting out the first part, meaning it's inclusion is justified to some extent. On the other hand, some people will argue that, because the size is limited to Short Range of the user, the max distance anyone can jump with this technique, vertically included, is 5m, which isn't nearly high enough for evading some Jutsu. It's situational is what I'm basically saying. If you're opponent is using a Jutsu with limited scale inside of Short Range, I'd say you have more of a chance at evading than a massive Jutsu coming at you from Long Range, you know?

Anyway, apologies for the delay, so sorry, won't happen again, etc, etc, etc.

(Suiton: Nagareru no Yari) - Water Release: Flowing Spear
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user creates crescent shaped blades of water, which follow the arcs of their hand movements attacking opponents infront of them or they can twirl around while generating the crescent blades to attack all around them.

(Suiton: Mizuame Bakujō) - Water Release: Starch Syrup Binding Rope
Type: Supplementary
Rank: B
Range: Short - Mid range
Chakra: 20
Damage: 40
Description: After kneading chakra in the stomach and converting it to high-viscosity water, the user spits it out, in the form of ropes that restrains the target's movement. Because of the viscosity of the water, it is even more difficult for them to escape its confines.

(Suiton: Gufuu Suika) - Water Style: Typhoon Water Vortex
Rank: A
Type: Attack/Defence
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description:The user will create a ‘Wind Style: Rasengan’ in one hand, and ‘Water Style: Destruction Torrent’ in the other. By combining them, he will create a tornado of water that can be used to attack or defend. This jutsu can also be used to drown out wind and fire combos
Note: No water source required.
Note: Can only be used with either a clone or an ally

Oh ok, I had heard it both ways so I wasn't sure. When I first started, back when McRazor was Scorps' Senpai, he originally told me that a similarly worded lightning jutsu could be used that way, but I was called out on it the first time I tried to use it xD Thanks for clearing that up though. And yeah, you know what I'm going to say, don't worry about it lol. I just became a Senpai myself, so I can't hold others to a standard that I wouldn't hold myself too lol. Oh, and everything is good IRL now, so we can switch back to the other training style whenever you get bored of this one lol.

(Suiton: Nagareru no Yari) - Water Release: Flowing Spear

Advantages of the Jutsu: The arc follows the motions of your hand, so the shape and pattern of the jutsu is customizable, to a certain degree. No hand seals, so a decently fast release. Can be used in a 360 degree fashion, so useful in the situation that you are surrounded on all/most sides.
Disadvantages of the Jutsu: Sounds like it has a small overall surface area, so that limits the amount of uses that this has. Cannot be used at long range. Can easily be countered by a large earth jutsu.
How you would use this Jutsu (Including combos): Sounds like this would be good for a combo with Nagashi, because if you were successful, you would have the damaging qualities of this jutsu, and the numbing effects of the lightning. Other than that, you may be able to use this to follow up on a genjutsu.
How you would counter this Jutsu: As I said before, large earth jutsu would be more than enough. Maybe Lytes leaping golem lol
Any other information of relevance: Not that I can think of
Perform the Jutsu (With a reasonable level of detail):

Trunks concentrates his suiton chakra into his left hand. Swinging it in an arcing fashion from his upper right to lower left, he releases a thin, but fast blade of water. The blade would travel a short distance before coming into contact with a target on the training grounds, splitting it in two as it did. The blade would then continue on for a little ways before falling harmlessly to the ground.

(Suiton: Mizuame Bakujō) - Water Release: Starch Syrup Binding Rope

Advantages of the Jutsu: This would be a great first move, because it has to go through. Once it does, it completely limits my opponents counters to only those without hand seals and come from a full body surge of chakra. There are a few common ones that do this, but if you set up your second move to counter those, then you have created a very bad situation for your opponent. Also, no hand seals is always a plus.
Disadvantages of the Jutsu: I don't like how it comes from my mouth. Someone hits that thing with a lightning jutsu before it comes out fully and youre a goner, leading me to my second point. High viscosity does mean stronger, but it also means slower, meaning this technique will probably have speed issues.
How you would use this Jutsu (Including combos): I could see myself using this how I described in the advantages section. Maybe follow it up with Stormy Blockade, that way my opponent electrocutes themselves if they try to use Nagashi to break it lol. Then probably a high rank lightning jutsu, since I've basically limited them to a full body earth armor.
How you would counter this Jutsu: Well, if my opponent thinks like me, I'm pretty screwed regardless lol. But Nagashi, earth armor, and a few other things could break me out of this. If I'm fast enough, a lightning jutsu aimed for the rope before it makes it out of their mouths lol.
Any other information of relevance: None that I can think of
Perform the Jutsu (With a reasonable level of detail):

Trunks kneads his water chakra in his stomach, utilizing nature manipulation to form a very dense pool of water. Using this very viscous material, Trunks then uses shape manipulation to form a rope as he forces the water through his throat. Opening his mouth, Trunks then shoots the rope at a nearby target, which proceeds to be wrapped tightly as it is knocked over from the momentum.

(Suiton: Gufuu Suika) - Water Style: Typhoon Water Vortex

Advantages of the Jutsu: Large area jutsu, so its hard to avoid. Can be used both defense or attack. Neither requires the use of hand seals, which is nice. It can be used to drown out fire/wind combos, which is pretty great in itself.
Disadvantages of the Jutsu: You need a clone or ally! To date I have had one fight that a clone or ally was present at all, so finding myself in the situation that I could use this is rare at best. It also has range issues
How you would use this Jutsu (Including combos): Following this up with lightning would be good, since the only good counter would be earth.
How you would counter this Jutsu: If you could manage to throw off either participant, their jutsu would synchronize, and the effect will not be achieved, so I would probably do the earth shaking jutsu.
Any other information of relevance: None at this time
Perform the Jutsu (With a reasonable level of detail):

Trunks forms a single handseal to form a shadow clone. While Trunks Pumps water chakra into his left hand, the clone would be pumping wind into his right. Both would simultaneously form orbs of water and wind, which they would then hurl toward the target. Combining once they reach short range, a massive typhoon of water would rip up the training grounds near the target, sending chunks of earth and debris flying everywhere. Trunks allows the clone to disperse as the jutsu begins to die down.

Alrighty, I'll be picking up your training from here till the end. I don't do templates so what I want from you is to explain the jutsu to me, how you'd use it or good and bad things about it. You don't have to write wallies, I'll read your replies and any questions you have and if I feel you got the jist we will move forwards.

(Suiton: Daibakufu no Jutsu) - Water Release: Great Waterfall Technique
Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Long
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: After doing the needed hand seals Tiger → Ox → Monkey → Rabbit → Ram → Boar → Ox → Horse → Monkey → Tiger → Dog → Tiger → Snake → Tiger → Ox → Monkey → Rabbit → Bird, the user will form a gigantic vortex of water in the form of a ring in front of him. It will then shoot a gigantic torrent of water that extends water over a large scale, surges upon impact and rises up to several dozen meters high only to collapse down, forming massive waves all around as it does. The effect is such that as its collapsing it resembles a waterfall, hence the name of the technique. In doing so, it resembles a huge wave, with tremendous power that can hollow out the ground. What remains after that technique's utilization is reminiscent of no less than the aftermath of a natural disaster. This is a considerably advanced ninjutsu, and activating this technique requires a fair amount of chakra. The normal use of the technique requires a water source which is manipulated into the technique but some users have shown the ability to use the technique as a water stream exhaled from the mouth and forming more of a gigantic barrage/stream/wave of water rather than the more intricate and complex use of the main application of the technique.
Note: Can be used with a water source or by using one's own chakra to exhale the technique without the need for a water source nearby.

(Suiton: Senkogenma Kujo) – Water Release: Flash Grinding Destruction

Rank: A
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 30
Damage point: 60
Description: As his opponent is standing on a source of water, the user will create. four sharks of water. Those sharks will rush at their target, come out and knock the opponent high into the air. breaking several of his bones in the process. Then, as his enemy is in a very vulnerable position, the user can freely attack with swords or other ninja techniques.
Note: Requires a water source.

(Suiton: Kyojin Nami Shougeki) – Water Release: Giant Wave Crash
Rank: A
Type: Offensive , Deffence
Range: Long
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: The user gathers a large amount of water that can then be used to crash into the opponent. It is strong enough to push back Killer bee in Eight tales form.
Note: Requires a water source

Sounds good to me xD

Great Waterfall Technique

The first thing I notice is the entire string of hand seals needed for this. Even though handseals are usually considered negligible, this many is obviously slow. Aside from that, forming a ring of water in front of me is pretty useful for countering other techniques. I like how it's shoots forward and then goes above after impact, making this a sort of two part attack. Long range is always a plus as well.

Flash Grinding Destruction

This one is really cool. A bit situational because of the fact that your opponent has to be on water to use it. But aside from that, there is no earth to counter with! They are on water! Leaving only jutsu of equal rank to straight on counter with, excluding CE of course. It comes from under my opponent, water doesn't vibrate like earth, and it's transparent. Which sounds like to me that the only legit way to counter this would start with chakra sensing, but I could be wrong.

Giant Wave Crash

There really isn't much to go on here. No handseals, so that's cool. Requires a water source, so it's kind of situational. I like how it can be offensive or defensive by definition. Not sure of what else to put.

Good, and the last one was used by Sugetsu against Killer B so you could always rewatch that to get a better idea. Moving on.

(Suiton: Suijinheki) - Water Style: Water Encampment Wall
Rank: A
Type: Defence/Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This defensive jutsu creates a wall of water around the user. The user will use the following hand seals to activate the technique Tiger → Snake → Rat → Snake → Tiger. Enemy attacks are completely intercepted by a fence of water blown out from the mouth, and is raised from below with tremendous might. The water is blown out in the form of a circle around the user, and it makes for a defence without openings. It is also possible for the user to control the amount of water and duration at will. Furthermore, because the field of vision is maintained even while defending one can easily go on to the next move, which is a great advantage. The wall can also be formed from a pre-existing water source.

(Suiton: Kōka Suijin) - Water Release: Hard Whirlpool Water Blade
Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: The user makes the water under the enemy explode, launching them into the air. Then the user jumps above the enemy and creates a large whirlpool around his arm, striking the enemy with it and creating a large water explosion.
Note: Water source required.

(Suiton: Mizu no Tatsumaki) - Water Release: Tornado of Water
Rank: A
Type: Attack/Defence/Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: After performing the Ram → Horse → Bird the user is able to create a technique that utilizes water to create a spinning water vortex around the user. The water vortex acts both as a barrier and an attack mechanism. The power of the vortex is enough to knock an opponent unconscious.
Note: Requires a nearby water source
Alright, lets see whatcha got

Water Encampment Wall

This one is pretty cool. A few handseals so it isn't the fastest technique out there, but it is a complete defense. No water source bring required is nice, because I could follow this up by manipulating the water further, using it as a source for another water technique. Visibility while using it is a huge advantage over most wall techniques. My only problem with it is how it can be limiting of movement if maintained too long.

Hard Whirlpool Water Blade

This one is very situational. Before I an use it, my opponent has to be standing on a water source. Aside from that, the technique itself is pretty cool. It appears from under my opponent and launches them into the air, only to be drilled back down. Which sounds good, but this techniques real weakness is the fact that it is a two part technique. That fraction of a moment between the lift into the air and the punch is all that some need for a counter.

Tornado of Water

I think this may be my favorite so far. Three handseals which is nothing, for a simultaneous attack and defense that is as dangerous as it is wide, making it hard to simply avoid. The only drawback is it requires a water source, which really isn't a drawback most of the time.

Yeah the drawback for most water is the seals or needing a water source, however as you see once their is a water soure you can easily use it to combine with many other water jutsu. And yes that 2 part move is the downside to HWWB, that's the part they would use to try and escape, at least I would xD. Your doing well, keep it up. If I see you need further clarification I will always add my 2 cents. Moving on.

(Suiton: Dai Bakusui Shōha) - Water Release: Great Exploding Water Colliding Wave
Rank: A
Type: Offensive,Supplementary
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: This technique is a stronger version of exploding water colliding wave technique. The user will first perform the ram hand seal and then spits out a large amount of water that covers an entire area, with massive waves that can crush the opponent. The user then forms the water into a giant orb, instead of releasing like weaker version of the technique.

(Suiton: Mizu Shishi) - Water Release: Water Beast
Rank: A
Type: Offensive, Supplementary
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: The user after performing the Dog → Horse → Monkey → Ram and by manipulating a pre-existing water source and transforms it into a giant wolf-like beast. The beast can launch powerful streams of water from its mouth equivilant to B rank, or sweep the area with its claws to let a powerful torrent of water to wash away the enemies.
Note: The Water Beast remains active for three turns

( Suiton: Arekuruu Hayase ) - Water Release: Raging Rapids
Rank: A
Type: Offensive
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: Using their skills with Water Release, the user generates a powerful vortex of water around their enemy with a swing of their arm that sends them flying upwards and then dispels it with another hand gesture. (Requires a water source).
Note: Tobirama and Mei terumi can perform this without a water source.

( Suiton: Tenkyū ) - Water Release: Heavenly Weeping
Type: Offensive
Rank: A
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra: 30
Damage: 60
Description: A technique in which chakra is kneaded in the user's body, transformed into water and then shaped into senbon in the mouth before finally being expelled at a high velocity. The needles are shot in an attempt to catch the enemy off guard, while also aiming at their vitals.

Last A ranks, just gonna have you do the last 4 in one shot then we move to S. Lets see what you got son

Great Exploding Water Colliding Wave

Pretty cool two part technique, requires only one hand seal. Very wide spread attack at first, making it hard to avoid, followed by forming the resulting water into an orb that I'm assuming can be used to trap my opponent. Need a water source? This one would work perfectly.

Water Beast

Aside from the number of hand seals and needing a water source, this one is pretty cool. An ally that has two different water techniques, and long range reach isn't something to be taken lightly either. If I was to make a water specialist bio, I could definitely use this in some nasty ways.

Raging Rapids

I like how this one can be done with an arm motion, making it useful in Tai. It also throws my opponent into the air without a secondary move being mandatory, which is nice in itself for combos.

Heavenly Weeping

Considering the majority of the technique is formed inside the body, unless you're a sensor, dojutsu user, or some variation of that, it can be easy to be caught off guard. Plus, these individual projectiles travel at the speed of senbon, which is faster than kunai travel. Since I'm aiming for vital organs, any unsuccessful counter results in death to my opponent.

Yes they are quite useful in many situations. That last one is great against a rushing opponent who carelessly attacks head on

(Suiton: Suiryū Kōbaku ) - Water Release: Water Dragon Biting Explosion
Rank: S
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 70
Damage points: 120
Description: The user will clap his hands and slam them on the ground, streaming an incredibly rapid stream of water through it, creating a large pool of water beneath the opponent to form, that gushes upwards in a burst, lifting the opponent high into the air. The user does the Bird → Dog → Snake → Rat hand seals after his opponent is mid air, using the water pool to shoot up to 8 small water bullets, designed to further raise the opponent into the air, disorient him and damage him. The water bullets gather above the opponent after hitting and passing through his position and form into a water dragon which then attacks the target, grabbing it in its jaws and forcefully bringing it crashing into the ground. The dragon comes down from above the target, bites the target and coils down, towards the ground, crushing the target between the ground and the now incredible mass of falling water. Tobirama Senju does this technique with his own specific hand seals, similar to how he does some other water techniques. Despite long and seemingly complex, the technique is quite fast to perform and trigger.
Note: Can only be used by Water Primary Specialists.
Note: Can only be used twice.
Used to be a fun move till they made it a specialist only move lol.
(Suiton: Suidanha) Water Release: Severing Wave
Type: Offensive
Rank: S-rank
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 40
Damage: 80
Description:
After doing the Tiger hand seal, the user will quickly exhale a very thin stream of pressurized water that will be able to cut even rock. The most noteworthy feature of the technique is how fast the stream is and how sharp it can be. By moving his head, the user can alter the jet's cutting path, creating longer cuts or affecting bigger targets.
Love this one, Tobirama used this quite well in the War arc. Love that it cuts thru rock making blocking thru traditional means harder
(Suiton: Suidan no Jutsu) - Water Release: Water Bullet Technique
Rank: S
Type: Offensive/Supplementary
Range: Short - Long
Chakra Cost: 40
Damage Points: 80
Description: The user inhales and molds a great amount of chakra into their chest, exhaling a very large quantity of water in the form of a powerful torrent towards their intended target. The stream of water is so powerful and concentrated it can rip through most obstacles in its path. The stream itself contains so much concentrated water that it can flood medium to large sized depressions of the battle field in relatively short amounts of time.
Nice jutsu to attack, cause devestation, and also flood the terrain giving you a water source for more jutsu
( Suiton: Suijinchū ) - Water Release: Water Encampment Pillar
Rank: S
Type: Defence
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 40
Damage points: N/A
Description: A defensive technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into water, and then expelled from the mouth in a dense torrent, effectively creating a near instantaneous barricade that can be used to intercept incoming attacks.
A nice quick defense, the bane of many fire jutsu.

Alright, last techniques so make it good

Water Dragon Biting Explosion

Why must this be a water specialist move ;_; It's the complete package really. A few handseals, but still very fast. Would be great to end a combo where you toss or jumble your opponent into the air. It has long range reach, but requires a water source. Very nice jutsu all together

Severing Wave

One hand seal for a water jet with S-Rank pressure? Brilliant, simply brilliant. It can be used to impale or slice your opponent, depending on how you use it. That in itself makes for more combo options. Long range reach, but no water source needed, which is great.

Water Bullet Technique

From the sounds of it, the attack mechanism of this jutsu is very similar to the last technique, but a different size. Instead of a small jet, you have a large torrent. This tells me that this technique would do more blunt force damage than piercing damage. This makes it good for any combo that wouldn't work well with the previous technique. Long range reach, yet again, but always nice lol.

Water Encampment Pillar

Near instantaneous is awesome, it doesn't even need a water source. No handseals just adds to the speed, while the range is something to be expected. The downside to this one is I believe the torrent would be large enough to block your vision of what was happening in the other parts of the battle field.
