I +repped at first because of effort and grading the Kage is an interesting idea, but this is really just a Naruto hate-thread. Helping to defeat Shin is a positive. Being a lynchpin in maintaining good relations with the other four Kages is a positive. He's got the best foreign relations of any Hokage. And people need to stop saying Naruto is dead when it's a shounen manga and Kakashi literally died and came back to life, never mind that the wording is deliberately vague. Finally, he succeeded where Hashirama through to at least Hiruzen failed, in finally settling things with the Sasuke (in prior times, it would have been Madara or the Uchiha Clan in general).

I actually consider taking out Shin a con overall.

Dude literally abandoned his village to go pall around with his best friend, when Lee, Kakashi, Ino-Shika-Cho, Sakura, or any number of faceless Anbu could have helped Sasuke just as much, and defeated Shin just as quickly (assuming they didn't 100% drop the ball and let children be in harm's way, which allowed Shin to regroup).

Might as well have Obama going off to kill Bin Laden instead of sending a Seal Team. In the end of the day, Shin was a curiosity for Sasuke, not a threat in any way shape or form, certainly not worth sending the strongest man in the world to look into it.

Ive already accepted every valid point the opposition made, because they actually support their argument @Claymantan @Princebad man. You, on the other hand, have produced nothing to invalidate my argument or support your claim. Sakura is to team seven, as you are to this argument.

Even Sakura would realize that the fact that Naruto brought peace between countries (even tho it might be temporary) should be enough to put him above Hiruzen (who needed Minato to stop the war).

I honestly didn't understand how Naruto and Sasuke struggled with shin either. I'll still give Naruto credit for winning. A W's a W, but good point.

He left a shadow clone in the village. Honestly, that's enough considering that it's a time of peace and Naruto's clones are no joke.

It was entirely because of the kids. Even if Naruto was struck by Sasuke's sword, without having the knives go for Sarada, even with Sasuke in a weakened state, he would have still taken Shin alive without Naruto's help. He already did it once.

Fair enough. But even that is shady as ****. Naruto left the village in a weakened state to go do something he has hundreds of spies for.

It makes sense that he'd want to investigate the Shin Jr.'s himself, in my opinion. If he happened to discover a threat, him being there is the fastest way to deal with it and minimize any threat to Konoha. Plus, if there's more Uchihas somewhere, that's directly relevant to him. And Konoha "weakened" is still hyper-strong. All the people you mentioned are still in the village.

Agree to disagree then.

I just feel that's like Hashirama up and leaving to go fight Zabuza because he hasn't seen Madara in a while. Kinda pointless and not worth the potential threat.

This thread fails too hard. :lmao:

Naruto is clearly the best Hokage in history. He unlike the rest of the Kage has the worlds trust. It's thanks to him that Kakashi got it easy as a Kage.

You're clearly biased as hell. Do you even know everything that's happened since he was Hokage or what he has done? The story pretty much ended, when he took that position, and there's not much screen time of him being Kage, so how would you know? That's what I thought. :lmao:
What's more pathetic is that you actually think that a fodder like Kawaki killed Naruto. The kid is no match for a god like Naruto. :hint:

A neg rep is too good for you. :sigar:
Ty and Lord Seventh wrecks:win::score::win:

Correct me if I'm wrong, but aside from War and Kage duties, Naruto leaving to investigate Shin is the first time a Hokage left Konoha. I think thats quite irresponsible of Naruto to leave post regardless of their being strong people in his village. From a hierarchy of command stand point, he's leaving the village open for attack to potential invaders without leadership and direction.

I still feel like Naruto's a special case because of his unique power level and the effectiveness of his clones. But I see how people would find it reckless. It all worked out, regardless. If some of these other Hokage's feats hadn't worked out, we'd be saying they were stupid decisions. Can't punish Naruto for taking a risk and not failing.

Besides, Naruto's sensory abilities are virtually unparalleled, and were important for finding Shin. His presence was actually important.

Although I concede that Gaiden is contrived af, but that's beside the point.

You can argue that Narutos not as shit of a hokage as I perceive him to be, but to say Naruto's the best Hokage is an overstatement. When you make an valid argument, we'll talk.

BTW, don't be afraid to neg rep. I like salt with my fries. :bdpf:

Fanfic AU chapter spoilers released, and that prompts a fresh thread of Naruto hate threads.

The new manga is akin to Dragon Ball GT. It wasn't done by the original author and will spin bullshit in order to tell it's story.

1. Wasn't canon
2. Good point, I'll add to future post.
3. Good point.
4. There was only one Uchiha, that being Sasuke, and Sasuke and Naruto were back to being bffs before Naruto became hokage, so no point.

I give you an A for effort. Your setting a good example for these narutards. :sigar:

i was actually referring to Sarada ficaso......he handled the situation quite well....
Also i actually like how he tackled the shin situation. Kabuto being the head of orphanage and letting him take care of all those brain washed kids, he actually acted like a good leader.
