Why do some parents think they can do anything to their kids?

1. You are just weak ass kid who is too naive to know whats going on in the world.

So please, you know what go ahead have a child pamper him/her all you want and wait till he/she takes you for granted and cons you of things.
Personal experience of my mom:- Her own brother never came to visit our grandparents but came during their deaths to take part in the property distribution.

I have seen many kids of age 13-15 having bf/gf instead of studying and doing what kids of their age should do and these kids are the ones who are pampered by their parents.

I don't think building a relationship as a teen is a bad thing.

I wasn't pampered by my parents and I did that and much worse around those ages. I mean if your parents never find out, you don't get in trouble. Doesn't mean you're not being disciplined well.

If you were disciplined well you wouldnt do all those "much worse around those ages" things.

Because I'd be afraid of punishment right? But that same fear motivated me to hide or be sneaky whenever I knew I'd get punished for doing something.

So really it depends on the kids being disciplined as much as the parents.

Only some kids do that.
More than half of bullies's parents who i have seen when i was a kid were like my kid cant do this he is the best child in the world.
Btw only once or twice someone bullied me until i ****ed him up but still i saved alot of guys from people like those and their parents are the worst wont beilieve their "pure hearted" child is a bully.

You know what I've noticed. A person can be in an abusive relationship with a spouse and some will say "That's horrible." "Leave" "How could that person be some horrible to you." but if a parent is abusive the blame is is usually turned on the victim...or at least that's what I've notice. I know that doesn't apply to these situations all the time.

Yea but that's can't apply to everyone. Sure you turned out fine but some people don't. I know people who do not talk to their parent for beating them. I know some people who were beat even if they didn't do anything bad. They got beat or emotionally abused because they parent though they were "helping" the kid.

Because no matter what some people wont even change after getting ass kicked and some people plain take things for granted and do things they arent supposed too.
If the ass kicking goes excessive then sure its bad and should be stopped that i agree with. But according to me talking/explaining along with ass kicking after the kid does the same thing twice should be necessary.

You should probably take some psychology classes. That might make you reconsider.

I have and that wouldn't change my opinion. I personally don't understand how you can think say no over and over again will teach anything. Eventually you have to try a different method or it will just be a infinite cycle until you die and they continue to make mistakes. Granted everyone is different so what may work for one kid may not work for the next so I will admit that trying different ways couldn't hurt and that if they learn right from wrong by talking it out then so be it. But this isn't the case with every kid as I stated before and that sometime you can take it to far as some in the videos have as an example:

It depends because that too can cause a problem like the kid responding back to you.

If you understood psych you should understand emotional abuse and yea I understand videos like that are extreme.I mention that in my original post. Yes parenting can be a trail and error but I don't believe stuff like those videos and talking shit to your kids is good methods< this is legit what my post was about.
