The reason it seems like it's going in circles is because i'm trying to show you all that:
1. Neji isn't physically cabable of using Kaiten without spinning.

2. Kaiten has never been shown to be used offensively.

Both of these things are fact. If you try and argue against them you are arguing against fact.

Only based on ur facts lol with rotations speed of execution it can obviously be used in cqc even I get wat neo is saying but no matter how many times he shows u ur just too bias and won't conceed , even that forbidden legend guy conceded to neos points which were not outright stated in manga but by logical deduction he was able to fully understand the byakugan and forbidden legend conceeded to that.

2. You than Rotate to perform Kaiten.

Isn't this a contradiction? Neji has to rotate when he uses Kaiten- ie it's not two separate steps- expelling chakra and rotating are both part of the same technique.

No, he doesn't do the complete Kaiten but he uses the first stage of it. What are you not getting here?

This is what I was referring to as fan fiction. It's all one technique. Neji's never shown to only use the "first stage" of rotation without the second except for when he was being stopped from rotating ie webs.
(Because it's all one technique and he can't perform only part of it)

If he doesn't spin, the attack will eventually go through. It's not a true block. The spin is part of the technique. He has to release the chakra while spinning for the blowback.

I already know this. My Point is that he can block punches and kunai with chakra without spinning, he just spins to knock them back. I said this like 8 times.

Right, but to actually repel, he needs to spin. Also, I don't think he can do that and attack at the same time, so it's a null move. Either he spins, or Sukon and Neji stare deeply into each others' eyes.
