If we went by Itachi's logic then Tsukuyomi would work on Kaguya and JuubiJins, see how ridiculous that sounds ? Genjutsu isn't limited to genetics, anyone with the power to break high level mind control can break Tsukuyomi because it involves breaking someone's control over your neurons, and Jiraiya already made it clear chakra release is the method to do so. Hashi's chakra is the reason he could break free of Edo and Itachi couldn't gaining a hold over his mind is impossible.

It wouldn't because they have the Rinne Sharingan. Also, all known JJs are Uchiha or progenitors of Uchiha.

Sage mode can sense chakra and attacks coming. With that he doesn't need to see Itachi .Which means that's a counter to Tsukiyomi.
Whether he can break out of it or not is a debate i really don't care for. I'm not sure i can take Uchiha fans serious after this thread since half of you seem to think that Itachi can beat Hashi.

Kakashi made that statement before he was seen as fodder compared to other ninja. Do you really think Hashirama will be affected like he was ? The guy has Ashura's body, he has the stamina and resistance to tank Tsukuyomi's effects

lmao. that's the problem dude. you can't compare itachi to madara, they are complete polar opposites. one of which hashirama is use to while the other he isn't (from what we know of). maddy prefers combat over gen, itachi prefers gen over combat. madara is MUCH more skilled at taijutsu and Ninjutsu than itachi while obviously itachi is MUCH more skilled at Genjutsu and baiting his opponents. yes, the gap is obviously hashirama > itachi. but without intel and factoring in hashi not going all out ASAP and taking extra precautions base off his scans, i don't see him countering genjutsu from someone skilled enough to catch foes in gen even W/ intel and created so much hype with his genjutsu that even the sensory division were afraid of it. hashi speed isn't topping a jutsu that can instant low-key hit foes from just a glance of his eye or finger. kinda reminds me of superman lobotomized. lol i'm done, getting back to dark souls 3 haha
