Bogard just disproved Yata's hype because Oro is currently not sealed and in genjutsu. That post he posted is not a mechanic of Yata therefore your point about yata is now moot

You mean Totsuka Blade? Totsuka blade did indeed seal a part of oro for all eternity but since oro was sealed at two places at once he came back. Honestly oro coming back was a giant plot hole in itself because that means there were two Orochimarus existing in the same plane.

Exactly the soul of oro that Itachi pierced is currently trapped in genjutsu. The orochimaru Bogard posted is like a clone or piece of oros that was left over. Unless it was pierced then the Totsuka blade hype remains intact.
