(Kuchiyose no jutsu: Laticauda ) | Summoning Technique: Laticauda

Description:
Laticauda is a small snake from sea snakes family and is about 1.5 meters long. Despite of being a sea snake, Laticauda isn’t much adapted to sea life and rather is adapted to living on the land and shallow areas. He has ventral scales that make him capable of slithering on the ground. Due to its small size user can summon Laticauda from his sleeve, much like Hidden shadow snake hand. Just like the jutsu, Laticauda can extend from user’s sleeve and attack his opponents.
What makes Laticauda special are his distinct abilities: One of them is, he can create water source, by expelling water from his mouth, while remaining attached to the user. Water source created this way is enough to create a small lake(enough to perform A-Rank jutsu using it). It can also travel through the water source, its speed is around 1st gate activated Rock Lee. Laticauda itself can perform water jutsus upto B-Rank, while remaining attached to the user, with which user can form combo.
It can also detach itself from the user and act independently. It can perform water jutsus upto A-Rank, without the need of water source, when it is detached from the user.
Restrictions:
-Must have signed snake summoning contract.
-Creation of Water source counts as a move and Laticauda won’t be able to perform above C-Rank water jutsus in next move.
-Can only be taught by The Sach.

Description: Lightning is one element, that is produced by vibrating your chakra to extreme levels. Taking one step further, the user vibrates his chakra even more, to such a great level, that his body starts vibrating as well. The vibrations cause the body to oscillate in such high speeds, that the body starts to look like a blur (Note that this is only oscillating speed, and not the running speed). When seen closely, one can see that the user's body can vibrate at an atomic level. And when it vibrates with a natural frequency of air, the user becomes capable of phasing through an object without crashing into it. This technique gains inspiration from "Underground Fish Projection Technique" except that the user can phase through the object in the blink of an eye (The technique will never increase his running speed). However, note that different objects have different frequencies (Ranks in our RP), which is why the user must vibrate his chakra at a particular frequency (Rank) so as to match the object's frequency. Although this technique is mostly used as a supplementary technique, the user can vibrate his limbs at a different frequency, as that of the target's body, as he inserts that limb into the target body, to drill a hole through it.
Note:
-Can only be used thrice.
-This technique can only phase through solid and semi-solid objects (No liquid, gases or energies).
-The user cannot use any lightning technique above S-Rank (on using the S-Rank variation) in the same turn.
-Needs a break of at least one turn before using this again.

(Suiton: Mizuame Hebi Shuushuku) | Water Release: Starch syrup Snake constriction

Description: This technique is based upon Starch syrup capture field technique, but unlike that technique, user here doesn't blow out water syrup from his mouth but rather manipulates the water around the opponent and gives it sticky properties by increasing its viscosity.
User channels his water chakra into the water source near the opponent(which can very well be opponent's technique) and manipulates it to form 10-20 snakes of very small size(typically of about 1 meter length) that are made up of the sticky viscous water. The snakes attack opponent from all the directions, remain attached to him and will bind him. Snakes near the opponent feet are of utmost important, as they not only bind the opponent but also keep him attached to the ground using the stickiness.
User then forms additional snakes of sticky water that then will wrap themselves around the opponent's legs, keep attached and will constrict them to break leg bones using pressure. Based upon user's wishes, rather than constricting, user can make the snakes near opponent's feat explode, damaging his legs severely.
Notes:
-Exploding and constriction can't be achieved simultaneously. User can only do one of them at a time.
-Can only be taught by Sach.

Barnacle Contract :

(Kuchiyose : Fujitsubohantā) - Summoning : Barnacle Hunters

Description:
The user makes 2 hand seals and swipes blood across their barnacle tattoo, they build up a large amount of water in their mouth and shoot it out as a harmless torrent of D-Rank water which would have a group of barnacles that would hit target and attach onto the part they were hit on (the torrent may be harmless but it still pushes the opponent back as it has a little force). After the Barnacles Attach to the opponent and use their feather like appendages to beat against the air, manipulating the wind and creating currents that push the opponent towards the user or a desired direction which would also surprise the opponent and can stop them from performing a hand seal - the wind has great force and is like a stream which will push the enemy continuously until the barnacles stop. Barnacles MUST be attached to the opponent to do this the wind causes no damage and cannot be avoided with the Barnacles attached to them.

These Barnacles are of the Thoracica "Acorn" kind and have a Calcite Shell so they cannot be killed or removed by simple blades, the opponent can't even cut off the section of clothing they are latched onto as they are actually pressed up against their skin through the clothing using chakra. B-Rank or below elemental ninjutsu cannot break through the shells bar lightning, which is only C-Rank and under, However Paralysis techniques like Nagashi does not affect the Barnacles and they will remain latched onto their opponent - Barnacles cannot be paralyzed.

The Barnacle Hunters also have an ability when they are attached the the USER, they are capable of doing the same thing that can be done with the opponent - pushing them in a direction using the wind, however it's usually for their benefit. of course the continuous wind blast costs a move and can be stopped at any time with the user's will, also the barnacles can maeuver the user in a way which would be very similar to floating/flying, capable of changing direction mid-flight. If they so wish they can make a sharp direction change whilst flying, which would send the user in another direction suddenly costing a turn. They also have another ability to add Wind Chakra into techiques done by the user, meaning they will get a boost in strength (+20) and reduction is chakra used by the user (Wind Technique's chakra cost is halved), and they do not have to be stuck the user for this - they can be on the field (like if they missed attaching to the target).

(Kuchiyose : Barbaracle) - Summoning : Barbaracle

Description:
The user will perform the ordinary summoning technique or swipe blood on their Barnacle tattoo and summon a tornado of water 2 meters high and 1 meter in diameter on the field within mid range (Similar way " is summoned onto the field, water tornado is purely cosmetic) revealing Community of Barnacles that have already made a Piece of Rock their home, work together to become a monstrous creature. It's made up of two rocks, the larger one being the torso and the smaller one being the pelvis area, connecting the two would be regarded as their stomach area connected through the binding of many Barnacle tendrils to become this thick, strong flesh. Barbaracle also has arms and legs made of the strong, thick flesh and at the end of this thick flesh are claws made of Steel which they can use to slash at the enemy with their feet or hands, the barbaracle has four arms altogether. The Barbaracle has a head too which also has steel claws, it is about the size of the average human, just wider.

The Barbaracle is a Water User, capable of expelling torrents of water from it's arms and legs, the water will seem to leak from between their flesh like tendrils to become the torrent of A-Rank water which counts as a move - Barbaracle can split the power of the Water torrent if he wants to shoot it simultaneously from each limb (B-Rank each from two, C-Rank each from four, B-Rank and two C-Rank for 3). The water can even be used in such a way that when Barbaracle is standing they can expel the water from their legs to propel them upwards, however this can only be done if in contact with a surface, if angled correctly he can propel forwards quickly. Even though they are water uses, the earth they made their home can be used as protection like an Earth technique of A-Rank and lower, however they cannot repair it as they do not have an earth affinity. The Flesh can be cut like ordinary Human skin.

Because the Barbaracle is made up of many barnacles, at the end of each limb there is a barnacle which is used as an eye, there is also one in the head. These can be used to Barbaracle's advantage, however when the water technique is used they cannot see until the water subsides, of course they can't see if they're covered up (for example the eyes on the feet will be covered up when standing). The Barbaracle is a Soldier of the Barnacles, there are many Barbaracles that make up the Barnacle Army and another can be summoned if one were to fall in battle and so their special ability is that another Barbaracle can be summoned again later.

Janguru Δ Jungle
Type: Weapon

Description:
Jungle comes in two parts to fit the style that it was created for. The first is the Staff, and it simply looks like a Black Metal Pole - however this isn't just a normal staff, when the user holds it they are capable of having it 'activate' which forms a blade made of green looking Chakra on any end of the pole to become what looks like a Scythe. The blade acts like an ordinary blade would do and doesn't have an special boosts except that they can have the blade activate and deactivate at will. The scythe fits the Fighting Style more and in this form is a lot lighter to carry as it is can be coupled with a sword in the other hand - a Katana can also be slotted and locked into one end of the Pole to form a Naginata.

The other part of the Weapon is the actual Cards, in a Holster Deck made up of 52 of them that is kept on the user's person. They're Chakra Enhanced Metal Cards, completely black with sharp edges - used as a substitute for Kunai and Shuriken in Jutsu and for Freeform. Each card has inscriptions on them, drawn using the user's blood that has dried onto the surfaces, their ability is simple and uses the link the user has with each of their cards to be able to use them passively. By using some Chakra and one of your three turns the User will slam their hand down on to the surface of their card, poofing into a cloud of smoke and will basically reverse summon themselves to another one of Jungle's Cards - they will always appear in the same way they went in and always on the flat surface of the card being under their feet even whilst the Card is in Transit.

However. The Ability of Jungle will only be allowed if the Staff is on the user's person as that carries more inscriptions that will glow green when each Reverse Summon is activated, if the user and the Staff are not touching then they can not perform their Ability.

- Decks of Cards can be concealed by clothing, so until they are used or revealed by removing said piece of clothing (Sash, Jacket, Over-shirt) the Weapon does not have to be posted for reference/activation until then.
- The Staff is usually strapped to the User's back, on the Strap running across the user's torso would be the Decks of Cards
- Smoke, Flash, Explosive Cards replace the use of ordinary Tags and Bombs in Freeform and Jutsu. (These Cards are Colour-Coded, Blue, White, Red Respectively)
- Cards can replace Kunai and Shuriken in Freeform and Jutsu
- Can only be used by LonelyAssassin
- Ability cannot be used twice in the same turn
- Used in conjunction with Reaper of the Cards
- User can have Multiple Decks of Cards
- Must have Mastered Ninjutsu to be able to Wield


Declined - Normally i would decline this for the fact that i don't like the reverse summoning to be used as a method of your own FTG, but that was ok with NK so it's fine by me. But, i'd like a limit to the useage on it. Even FTG has a limit for it's use. As for the blade of chakra you form on it, is this S rank? If so an instant S rank chakra blade needs some form of restriction, or reduce it to say the chakra blade is a lower rank.

Just to clarify, you can make one post with up to 3 jutsu submissions in it. This goes on until i close the thread again and state that i'm starting a new cycle.

The thread shall be closed at 5pm my time tomorrow, and will remain closed until next saturday while the submissions are checked and i play catch up on pending customs and such issues.

Description: This is a suplementary technique created by a Fuuinjusu master, to save him from the trouble of summoning an animal to use summon ninjutsu. The user begins by applying a seal on any object/part of the body (he could pre-prepare the object by applying the seals on them already; would be mentioned in the bio) which would produce a kanji for "Soul" on the desired object. Once the seal has been placed, it would allow the user to use Summoning Ninjutsu (or any techinque that the summon is able to perform) through that seal. So for example, if you own a bird summon that is capable of releasing its feathers, then by linking that summon to the seal, the user can produce the feathers from the seal. The seal would in essense, act as a proxy summon, and thereby helping the user in the battle.
Note:
The user needs to post the primary technique that is used, for reference.
The total chakra used by the technique would depend on the primary technique's chakra cost.
This technique will follow the restrictions of the primary technique that is being used.


Declined - It's a nice idea in a sense, but it's over powered. Now think, you combine this with weapon clone jutsu, make 1000 weapons on the field that you can use any summoning jutsu out of at any point. Trust me, this is OP xd

Pending - need to think on this one. It's a nice concept but some jutsu bound to certain contracts are OP. For example, crushing toad stomac, you could tehcnically use this to summon it around your opponent and then using the shrinking jutsu to trap and cursh them in an acidic stomac. Or contracts that have venom or acid based attack. Need to think.

Declined - It conflicts with Imperfects Box summon that he submitted before this.

(Fuuinjutsu: Akuma no noroi) | Sealing Arts: Demon's Curse

Description: The user will chanel his chakra and place a seal on the target body. The seal causes a triangle mark to appear on the body of the target. This is similar to the curse mark of Sasuke, which will disappear once the seal has been placed (but the seal will always remain). This method is used on prisoners and suspiscious people in the village by the member of the Root. The seal contains a special formula, that contains the user's chakra in it, which he can manipulate remotely. This is so that he can keep the prisoners from escaping the prison; or else they pay a heavy price. The user, when he wants, can release some chakra from the seal (its a genjutsu), that would cause terrible pain in the target's head. This is similar to how the Hyuga branch family was kept in check by the Main branch, but with different method and some variations. The pain caused by the release of chakra (B-Rank) would make it unable for the target to concentrate on anything, as his eye sight blacks out, and the searing pain in his head grows. Burning sensation would take over his body as he would feel like he is kept on a burning stove. Chakra build up for any technique in his body will stop as well (he won't be able to continue with his technique if he was about to perform any). Although in reality, he will only take B-Rank mental damage. Once the seal has been released, the user can keep causing mental torture to his opponent whenever he wants, for the next 3 turns. This would give him enough time to subdue the prisoner and get him back to prison. Forcibly removing the seal can be done via two methods. The first being, cutting of the limb where it was placed. And the second, by using any custom seal release methods. However, in either of this case, the entirety of the user's chakra (A-Rank) will flow back into the prisoner's head before being unsealed, causing so much pain, which would eventually cause him to fall unconscious. The user can remotely control the actions of the seal, to make the target follow the orders.
Note:

Description: This is the ultimate technique of a Sage. Over the period of time, as the number of Sages who have gained the ability to manipulate the natural chakra have increased, their purity have likewise decreased. They started taking things for granted and used this ability only for offensive purposes. The true skills were possessed by only a few, who understood the true meaning of being a sage - being one with nature. When the users are introduced to the art of Senjutsu, they have to go through rigorous training, to be able to feel being one with nature. However once they start manipulating the natural energy, the users forget the task of being one with nature. The technique allows the users to leave their mortal body and linger on in the environment, while being a part of the nature. They exist in the earth, the trees, plants, the soil, water, wind and even in the organic matter which means that their presence can never be located to one particular place. At a later time when the user wishes, he can reform in a new body (similar to how replacement techniques work; but this is not replacement) that forms out of nature at a different location. The new body being made out of natural substances (like leaves, soil and water), work as efficiently as the original body, being composed of flesh and blood. Once the user has used the chakra to linger in the nature, he has 3 turns before he has to re-emerge again. The original body will get decomposed automatically after 3 turns and the new body will contain all the seals and tags just like the original body did. As an advanced technique, Re-birth of a Sage limits the user in different ways as mentioned below:

Description:
Drought of a Thousand Moons is a forbidden technique created by an Iwagakure ninja prominent in fire release. She was a part of the first generation of shinobi of Iwagakure, and was thought to have died with this technique.
The user weaves five hand seals as they focus katon chakra into the air or a preexisting katon technique (their own or someone else's, though it must be S rank or below). As their chakra enters the technique or sky, a ball of fire is formed from it, taking over the previous technique or just appearing. As it is formed, large gusts of wind are created that spiral around the orb of fire, sucking in anything equal to the weight of approximately a kunai and lower if it is not grounded by something (ex: a kunai in someones ninja pouch would not be effected). The sphere grows in size to be about as large as a blue face-off circle in hockey. It grows to be this size by accessing residue chakra in the air from any and all previous katon techniques used in the fight. This technique gains +2 damage for each technique used (it had to have gone through to count). The giant sphere of fire can travel towards a foe at about the speed of the Uchiha clan's Great Fire Ball jutsu, or it can break apart into 1000 mini versions of itself and travel at about 1.5x that speed. The flames of this fire are enhanced with chakra so that they can burn on water, and light things on fire at a much faster rate than a normal flame. If over 20 katon techniques had been used in the fight prior to this one, the technique can travel at a comparable speed to that of Ay.

Description:
Element is the name of a sword crafted by a wise ninja tens of years ago who was obsessed with creating a weapon able to harness the power of the base five elemental chakras. Not being able to wield the base five types of chakra he was attempting to control in a single weapon proved to be a troubling road block for his work. He was able to harness three of the five natures, thus he created a sword able of harnessing three of them at a time. Element was built was a very strong metal that works exceptionally well with chakra, and cannot be broken unless it were to sustain a direct hit from an F ranked technique, or two S ranks.

Chakra Control:

The user can channel up to 3 of the 5 basic chakra natures into this sword. Of course, this can only be done individually unless the user possesses Ying-Yang release. Once they have channeled chakra into the sword, they can stab it into a solid object and imagine the technique they desire in their mind to substitute the hand seals out, the stabbing and releasing said chakra from it taking its place. Due to the lack of seals, any technique would require chakra equivalent to what would create an S rank (40 chakra), even if the technique used was not classified as an S rank. The three natures which are able to be channeled into the sword are determined as the battle progresses, meaning the user picks them as they go, the first three channeled into it are the first three that can be used. (Channeling chakra into the sword for any reason besides this techniques own ability does not take up one of the 3 natures allowed, ex: coating the sword in lightning).

Description: The Hokage's Necklace is a Necklace made of special crystal that originally belongs to the first Hokage, Hashirama Senju. It isn't any ordinary necklace nor was it ever meant to be, after all it belonged to the God of Shinobis. This Necklace was made with the aid of Wood Element which is known to give life, and this was not an exception. The combination of wood element along with the special crystal partially gave birth to a creature. It couldnt speak nor could it move or actually do anything physically, yet the living traits gave the crystal a conscious and a will that was highly loyal to Hashirama and whoever follows him. It also have a mental communication with the owner which it could communicate with him through. This Necklace has a really special ability with which it could continuously put chakra into the owner upon his request in order to prevent falling for genjutsu. The last ability the use is capable of using Hengen no Jutsu on it to give it a basic physical trait (like flying or walking) by turning it into an animal however that can't be used to attack the opponent, it is rather used for spying and what not.

Declined - No genjutsu effecting you? That's too much. Explain the way it changes your chakra, then say it only works on certain ranks. And turning into an animal? Explain this more, give it a rank, make it a jutsu per turn to change.

Wood could be normally produced from any earth or water surface, however this technique doesn't produce anything from water or earth, but rather it shifts it into wood. While wood normally use water/earth as a source for them, it isn't the case here. The water/earth becomes wood, it turns into wood whether partially or completely. So instead of producing a pillar or a root from a water blast, this technique turns the water blast into wood blast. This could be a partial shift or a complete shift. A partial shift as to turn only the half into wood and let the other half in it's original form or just turn the outer surface into wood, creating a layer of wood and leaving the interior in it's normal state.
- Can only be used 3 times per battle
- No S rank wood in the same turn
- Complete shift turns the technique into A rank technique with A rank damage, even if it is higher rank. Partial shift however, leaves the damage of the other technique and adds the damage of this technique to it

Declined - I see how this is similar to my own jutsu but break it down to explain it better. So part 1 being partial transformation, step to full. For example

Partial: The user will focus wood chakra into a water or earth jutsu combining it to partially turn the jutsu to wood element. If this was used on a water stream it would cause wood to grow from within the water to make it a two element combo of wood and water.

Then explain how it works with earth, and just generally work on the description to make it clear the limits of each concept.

The complete on the other hand, allows the user to turn the water/earth completely into wood.

The necklace putting chakra into the user's chakra system interrupts the normal chakra circulation and as such, breaks the user out of the genjutsu. The last ability is a pretty special one. Since the necklace does have a conscious, however, it can't move due to the body limits, which is the necklace in this case, the necklace can use the chakra stored in it to turn into A-rank animal of the user's choice e.g a lion, crow, eagle or even giraffe. It can also turn into a bug for espionage purposes. In the normal animal form, it can use wood techniques up to A-rank and since it is made of wood, it doesn't need handseals, since the seals is usually to produce Mokuton chakra, but in this case, the Mokuton chakra already exists.

Description: This is one of Hashirama's personal techniques which he developed after his last fight with Madara. After which, Hashirama found how strong Madara became after he acquired the Ten Tails chakra. And although this power wasn't permanent, this was a victory for Madara over Hashirama, which Hashirama couldn't handle. After all, Madara was his lifelong rival, naturally he wouldn't want to get defeated by him. This technique's principle is similar to that of the Truth Seeking Ball, however, it is done by Hashirama's infamous wood release. Hashirama would create 20 orbs of wood with each orbit the same size as a normal baseball. Each orbit has two surfaces, the anterior surface which is rough and full of wood spikes and the posterior surface which is smooth and has no landmarks whatsoever on it. Both the anterior surface and the posterior surface is covered with wood seeds, ones that are capable of sensing both chakra and pressure. Once, created, these balls acquire the living trait of wood, and as such they are alive. They are coated with a layer of the user's chakra in order to maintain their airborne action. The orbits act as Hashirama's personal pets, they defend him against any foreign body that approaches his short range. They are capable of sensing such foreign body using the seeds and once this foreign body enters short range from Hashirama, they proceed to attack it. Even if it is an ally, the only way to stop it, is by introducing the ally to the orbits, this introducing is done through Hashirama's chakra. Not only does the orbits inflict damage upon the impact with the enemy due to their speed and spikes all over their anterior surface, but they also explode upon impact with the foreign body, or in other words, the enemy. The explosion would cause the seeds to spread on the enemy's body and as such, the user can both sense him and use this seeds as a source for further wood techniques. The orbits are free willed, so they can attack even if the enemy didn't approach the user's short range. They can move however they want, however, usually, they are on standby. The orbits could also combine with each other, in order to create much bigger orbit that has the same effects as the other and not only that, but the user can also passively change their appearance to create different types of weapons. The last usage of them is rather unique one. Hashirama would stand on the posterior surface of two orbits, one below each foot and with which he can passively fly.

Declined - 20 orbs is a bit much. if you break down an S rank technique into 20 smaller ones think of it this way:

1 s rank = 2 a ranks = 4 B ranks = 8 C ranks = 16 D ranks = 32 E ranks lol

Like statistically that's the way i'd look at it this, so really each orb is between D rank E rank and alone can't defend from much. It should be useable once, reduce the number of orbs accordingly. I think 3 would be enough in this can, maybe defend from 3 A ranks, 1 S rank ect... just needs reworking to suit the current Rp

Iris has only one special ability and that is the ability to create chakra human figures out of itself, it is rumored that it's simply the cloak releasing a soul and forcing it to do the user's bidding, these figures are black as night (Like an human with no face nor hair then covered completely in black paint), these figures also bend and move the same way the human body does i.e the joints and movements, plus they pack quite a punch possessing with each attack counting as A rank similarly to how an earth golem's freeform attack depends on its rank e.g A rank golem freeform = A rank damage . Declined - I want to approve it it's a goo idea. But remove the boosting part, reduce it to 3 times per battle, instead of 8 meters put mid range as 5m -20m is mid range. And give one example with a cannon jutsu, such as the wind blade jutsu. State that they can see the light breeze too

This is done by at least 4 heads collaborating to condense, shape, and solidify raw flames; each creation equal to A rank. Declined - no useage limit? I know it's only B rank but you're throwing something that will releases a blast that most can't see. Not only that it should reduce sage mode by a turn.

Declined - Can you describe what the explosion is? To me i imagine it as a release of sage chakra as a blast that can't be seen like a pushing force, but when you just say explosion it sounds like an explosive tag. Which in that case wouldn't work as pure sage chakra wont cause that kind of explosion.

Gokudere is one of the Sages from Ryuchi Cave that can use Senjutsu and even poison. His senjutsu abilities him to use all snake jutsus and sage jutsus. Now he has three perfect abilities that makes him a great partner and ally. He can transfer natural energy to his summoner to allow breaking of a genjutsu or even entering or increasing Snake Sage Mode by two turns. This can be all be possible with Chakra Transfer Technique. The next ability is to use poison which he can send out as a bite or as a mist(reaches up to mid range but with a wind jutsu can increase it to long range). The poison is slow and painful which would lead to death. The poison attacks the nervous system and the poison makes the person's vision blurry, vomiting, and breath heavy. The poison takes three turns to complete its course to death for respiratory failure. This would count a jutsu slot to use either of the poison methods. With its large size he can still move around with twice the speed of a normal kage rank shinobi and is resilience to damage of A rank and below Taijutsu and B rank and below Ninjutsu(elemental and raw chakra included).

The next ability is to use poison which he can send out as a bite or as a mist(reaches up to mid range but with a wind jutsu can increase it to long range). The poison is slow and painful which would lead to death. The poison attacks the nervous system and the poison makes the person's vision blurry, vomiting, and breath heavy. The poison takes three turns to complete its course to death for respiratory failure. This would count a jutsu slot to use either of the poison methods. With its large size he can still move around with twice the speed of a normal kage rank shinobi and is resilience to damage of A rank and below Taijutsu and B rank and below Ninjutsu(elemental and raw chakra included).

Description: This technique is a powerful fuuinjutsu ability employed by those who specialize in water techniques along with being skilled in the art of fuuinjutsu. Normally employed on larger scale techniques ideally those that flood or otherwise cover a battlefield. Upon releasing a water jutsu the user of this technique will apply one additional handseal to the technique. Causing a sealing script to blend in with the water. Once the jutsu is completed and at it's full size, one more handseal will cause the sealing script to activate forming a large invisible glass like barrier around the outside of the water jutsu or across it's surface. To those outside of the water it would appear akin to a giant fishbowl with no exits. To those inside the water the barrier would be almost undetectable without the aid of sensory techniques. The purpose of the jutsu is to essentially reinforce any prison of water used to trap someone in. The barrier will be symbiotic with the water in that it will take on twice the amount of damage points the water technique had. This will become the damage required to shatter the barrier. Also the barrier could be broken with an equally ranked fuuin displacement technique. So for example if this technique was to be used with an A ranked water technique, the barrier would require 120 damage total to be broken. To clarify, the barrier is treated as an A rank, and the jutsu itself would be an A rank meaning to break both at the same time would require 120 damage. If this jutsu was used with a B rank, it would require 40 damage to break the Brank barrier and 40 damage to break the B rank water binding jutsu used, as the barrier takes on the strength of the jutsu.

- Once this technique has been used, the user will not be able to use any fuuinjutsu for two turns.
- It should be noted that this technique can in no way increase the offensive damage of a technique it it simply used to create barriers to prevent entrance or exit.

This technique is a powerful variant of the traditional silent killing technique that requires advanced chakra control. Whilst inside the hidden mist the user will need to be capable of determining the opponents exact position. Either by sensory jutsu or by being accustomed to fighting in the mist as the seven swordsman are. Once locating the opponent the user will first run chakra throughout his body and expand it in to the mist around himself. Using his chakra to push the mist and by proxy his body towards the opponents location lifting him off the floor. This makes the technique entirely silent with the exception of a light rushing noise of the mist and will additionally increase the users speed to a level that is on par with the body flicker technique. Upon reaching his opponent the user will slash out with whatever weapon is at hand, converting the chakra and thus the mist so that it covers the weapon, increasing the speed of the attack also and making it capable of causing increased damage thanks to the chakra enhancement.

Description: The Hokage's Necklace is a Necklace made of special crystal that originally belongs to the first Hokage, Hashirama Senju. It isn't any ordinary necklace nor was it ever meant to be, after all it belonged to the God of Shinobis. This Necklace was made with the aid of Wood Element which is known to give life, and this was not an exception. The combination of wood element along with the special crystal partially gave birth to a creature. It couldnt speak nor could it move or actually do anything physically, yet the living traits gave the crystal a conscious and a will that was highly loyal to Hashirama and whoever follows him. It also have a mental communication with the owner which it could communicate with him through. This Necklace has a really special ability with which it could continuously put chakra into the owner upon his request in order to prevent falling for genjutsu. The necklace putting chakra into the user's chakra system interrupts the normal chakra circulation and as such, breaks the user out of the genjutsu. The last ability is a pretty special one. Since the necklace does have a conscious, however, it can't move due to the body limits, which is the necklace in this case, the necklace can use the chakra stored in it to turn into A-rank animal of the user's choice e.g a lion, crow, eagle or even giraffe. It can also turn into a bug for espionage purposes. In the normal animal form, it can use wood techniques up to A-rank and since it is made of wood, it doesn't need handseals, since the seals is usually to produce Mokuton chakra, but in this case, the Mokuton chakra already exists.

- The ability to snap out of the genjutsu is usable only for limited amount of time for certain ranks:

Declined - Genjutsu, make it 1 s rank, 2 A ranks, 3 B ranks, only up to 3 times per battle, or no gen would ever work on you. As for the turning into an animal that's a bit much for my liking. Make it a separate jutsu. Breaking gen all the time is a strong enough ability.

Description: This is one of Hashirama's personal techniques which he developed after his last fight with Madara. After which, Hashirama found how strong Madara became after he acquired the Ten Tails chakra. And although this power wasn't permanent, this was a victory for Madara over Hashirama, which Hashirama couldn't handle. After all, Madara was his lifelong rival, naturally he wouldn't want to get defeated by him. This technique's principle is similar to that of the Truth Seeking Ball, however, it is done by Hashirama's infamous wood release. Hashirama would create 20 orbs of wood with each orbit the same size as a normal baseball. Each orbit has two surfaces, the anterior surface which is rough and full of wood spikes and the posterior surface which is smooth and has no landmarks whatsoever on it. Both the anterior surface and the posterior surface is covered with wood seeds, ones that are capable of sensing both chakra and pressure. Once, created, these balls acquire the living trait of wood, and as such they are alive. They are coated with a layer of the user's chakra in order to maintain their airborne action. The orbits act as Hashirama's personal pets, they defend him against any foreign body that approaches his short range. They are capable of sensing such foreign body using the seeds and once this foreign body enters short range from Hashirama, they proceed to attack it. Even if it is an ally, the only way to stop it, is by introducing the ally to the orbits, this introducing is done through Hashirama's chakra. Not only does the orbits inflict damage upon the impact with the enemy due to their speed and spikes all over their anterior surface, but they also explode upon impact with the foreign body, or in other words, the enemy. The explosion would cause the seeds to spread on the enemy's body and as such, the user can both sense him and use this seeds as a source for further wood techniques. The orbits are free willed, so they can attack even if the enemy didn't approach the user's short range. They can move however they want, however, usually, they are on standby. The orbits could also combine with each other, in order to create much bigger orbit that has the same effects as the other and not only that, but the user can also passively change their appearance to create different types of weapons. The last usage of them is rather unique one. Hashirama would stand on the posterior surface of two orbits, one below each foot and with which he can passively fly.

Declined - 20 orbs is a bit much. if you break down an S rank technique into 20 smaller ones think of it this way:

1 s rank = 2 a ranks = 4 B ranks = 8 C ranks = 16 D ranks = 32 E ranks lol

Like statistically that's the way i'd look at it this, so really each orb is between D rank E rank and alone can't defend from much. It should be useable once, reduce the number of orbs accordingly. I think 3 would be enough in this can, maybe defend from 3 A ranks, 1 S rank ect... just needs reworking to suit the current Rp

The adhesion between the seeds and the opponent's body is so strong that it wouldn't fall with time or rough movements, the only way to get rid of these seeds is by destroying them by a superior ranked technique, or a superior element, following the elemental weaknesses and strengths. These seeds are no ordinary seeds, they are different than the other seeds which the user creates in order to sense the presence of the others. By using these seeds, the user is able to produce wood techniques from the enemies' own body from the seeds. With this, the user is to both harm the opponent(s)' by attacking/harming them with the produced wood and also hurt their skin as their bodies aren't used to producing wood at all, unlike wood users. That isn't their only purpose, however. As long as the seeds exist on the user's body, they shall suck chakra from them and transfer it to the user or just leave it stored in a nearby spot in the ground.

Description:The user will form the Dragon-Tiger-Snake handseals and release from their bodies several red, transparent arriers. The barriers are extremely condensed and malleable, giving the appearance of several "streaks" or "bands" that surround the user's body in a spinning motion. Three created in total, one of the barriers circulate around the user horizontally and two of them horizontally. The barriers are all spaced three feet apart, with the one closest to the user located a foot away from the user's body, covering a total area of four feet. The velocity and strength of the three barriers causes them to resonate off chakra, with the rapid speed causing these resonations to overlap and appear to meld together into a force field. The three spinning barriers offer protection to the user, preventing any objects or techniques of lesser rank from penetrating through and touching the user. The technique also offers offensive usages, as any persons that make contact with the barriers would be met with damage through the concussive force of the barriers slamming into their bodies at high speed, capable of causing deep breaks and shatters to bones and shredding into skin. At any point during the technique's activation, the user can form the Hare handseal, causing the barrier to forcefully expand outwards in all directions up to Mid-Range. This will, however, cause the barrier to deactivate at the expense of increasing its offensive usage. Due to being transparent, the barriers do not impair the user's vision.

-The barriers are capable of moving with the user, remaining in their perspective positions. As they are manifested around the user's body, he is free to perform other techniques while it is active

Declined - few too many effects for one jutsu. and this could be active for like 9 turns in battle. The barrier being controlled would also mean you couldn't focus any other chakra's while this is active. As for the breaking bone that's a it much, when the anbu hit an A rank barrier they just bounce back not broke their bones. It would hurt yeah but no that much force.

Description:Suisame is an extremely powerful shark, modeled after bull sharks and rivaling Gamakichi in size. Like most sharks, Suisame has a white underbelly with blue coloring on its top, allowing it to move stealthily in water by blending in with the sky when viewed from below and blending in with the water when viewed from above. Along with the basic abilities that come with a shark's physiology, Suisame is one of the most proficient users of Water among all of the sharks, being able to use any Suiton jutsu the user knows up to A-rank by using the water in the surrounding air as a source, at the cost of one of the user's three technique slots per move. While strongest in water, he is also very capable if summoned on land. In the case of the latter, Suisame is able to passively manipulate the water in the air surrounding it to create a mass of water along the bottom of its body, allowing it to breathe on land and even "swim" by moving this mass of water, and its body accordingly. Suisame's mastery and skill in Suiton is so refined that he is capable of controlling the water around him at such a degree of perfection that he manipulates the water solely, causing any impurities to be effectively filtered out of its Suition techniques. As such, Suiton techniques used by Suisame do not conduct electricity as other Suiton jutsu do. He also carries a very unique ability; once per battle, Suisame is capable of transforming himself into a giant mass of water and then flowing himself to converge around the enemy, forming a prison of sorts made of water. Once the target/s is/are trapped, Suisame is capable of reverse summoning himself, taking those trapped in its water form along with it, at the cost of removing Suisame from the battle/field for the remainder of the match, similar to Crushing Toad Stomach technique.

While initially harmless and generally unnoticeable, a large enough volume inhaled by a person is severely dangerous. One turn of remaining in the mist will cause a large volume of water molecules to be inhaled; in the presence of the opponent's internal chakra system, the water will change properties to become sticky water. The now syrupy water will cling to the linings of the target's respiratory system, effectively making it extremely difficult to breathe. For the next two turns, the presence of the syrupy water will cause the opponent to suffocate and choke, simulating the experience of drowning on dry land. This breaks the opponent's concentration, leaving them unable to weave seals and causing severe disorientation(lack of balance, extremely blurry vision, reduced effectiveness of the five senses, etc.) for two turns, after which the water inside of them dispels harmlessly and returning them to normal. Leaving the mist or managing to dispel the mist before a full turn is complete will result in no harm or sticky water, though leaving the mist once the sticky water has formed won't have any effect. Water Specialists are able to invoke this technique within the same timeslot as they create the mist by adding the Bird handseal during the process of creating the mist, though this will still take up one of the user's three moves per turn.

Declined - I'm not having the sticky method approved and it doesn't need to be S rank. If you make thicker mist, as they breathe it in it will cause them to choke as their lungs with fill with water, but the sticky method Also needs to say you can't manipulate the water in their body, as i know there are people who would try to do that.

Once spawned, the barrier releases a tremendous amount of pressure on those inside, making it similar in this regard to the Multiple Infinite Embraces technique, albeit without the chakra sapping qualities. Unlike the downwards release of pressure in the Multiple Infinite Embraces, this technique does so horizontally, releasing the pressure to the left and right simultaneously. The two colliding streams of pressure causes the opponent to be locked into position, effectively creating a wall that locks movement. Due to the constant push of pressure pressing into the target, they would be severely injured(A-rank/60 damage). The constant pain causes the opponent to be unable to move chakra above A-rank for as long as the barrier is up, preventing the usage of S-rank and Forbidden-rank techniques. A-rank techniques are capable of breaking through the force and destroying the barrier.

Declined - you still don't see the problem. You're holding them in place, they can't move and can only use A ranks and need atleast an A rank to break the barrier. ANd if they try you just counter or weaken their A rank. They've already been hit by A rank damage from the barrier trapping them too. If you want to bind them and stop them using above A ranks, use the cannon version, customs need more restrictions than cannon

Description:Suisame is an extremely powerful shark, modeled after bull sharks and rivaling Gamakichi in size. Like most sharks, Suisame has a white underbelly with blue coloring on its top, allowing it to move stealthily in water by blending in with the sky when viewed from below and blending in with the water when viewed from above. Along with the basic abilities that come with a shark's physiology, Suisame is one of the most proficient users of Water among all of the sharks, being able to use any Suiton jutsu the user knows up to A-rank by using the water in the surrounding air as a source, at the cost of one of the user's three technique slots per move. While strongest in water, he is also very capable if summoned on land. In the case of the latter, Suisame is able to manipulate the water in the air surrounding it to create a mass of water along the bottom of its body, allowing it to breathe on land and even "swim" by moving this mass of water, and its body accordingly. Suisame's mastery and skill in Suiton is so refined that he is capable of controlling the water around him at such a degree of perfection that he manipulates the water solely, causing any impurities to be effectively filtered out of its Suition techniques. As such, Suiton techniques used by Suisame do not conduct electricity as other Suiton jutsu do. He also carries a very unique ability; once per battle, Suisame is capable of transforming himself into a giant mass of water and then flowing himself to converge around the enemy, forming a prison of sorts made of water. Once the target/s is/are trapped, Suisame is capable of reverse summoning himself, taking those trapped in its water form along with it, at the cost of removing Suisame from the battle/field for the remainder of the match, similar to Crushing Toad Stomach technique.

She now responds to Rey, her new master. Kitsuha is approximately 20 meters tall and is able to turn biped and run towards the opponent with great speed, though the same can be said when she runs on all fours. Her sharp claws and tail can be used for close combat, in terms of both slashing and grabbing the opponent, respectively. She is overall quite agile in terms of movement and close combat capabilities. Kitsuha, is a Fire specialist, and hence, is capable of using Fire techniques up to S rank, using either hand seals or swing her Tail in the direction of the opponent when it is a projectile based technique (both canon techniques and custom techniques of the user). Due to her thick red and brown fur, Kitsuha is able to focus her chakra into it, to be able to protect herself against any Fire Jutsu of C-Rank and below without getting harmed, showcasing her mastery of the element. When harmed, or killed in battle, Kitsuha can willingly or unwillingly, transform her entire body into a mass of Fire, before returning back from whence she was summoned. This affects everything Short range around her like a contained explosion. Once per fight, Kitsuha is capable of dashing towards the opponent and rolling her body into a ball, focusing chakra into her fur and expelling a red hue of Fire chakra from it, which burns upon contact (and is equal to an A rank technique). This makes her ideal for taking down obstacles or simply attacking the opponent straightforward.

Declined - Just a bit much for one summon. Being able to turn to fire is a no. Make it so she can be summoned once. Explain her speed, is it as fast as a kage ranked ninja?

Description: The user would form four hand seals and induce the Genjutsu. Preferably performed in a misty environment or after the usage of the Hidden Mist Technique, the opponent will see the environment become even more foggy and misty, leaving merely an odd figure of a man dressed in gray and black army fatigues, hanging in the air, several meters before them. The ground would become soggy and wet, thick with mud and swamp like material, hidden beneath the fog and a low amount of water. This makes it difficult for the opponent to traverse in any direction, whilst within the Genjutsu, and making running, even more difficult. This figure would speak with a voice of despair and sorrow, causing several figures to rise all around the foggy environment. These figures signify the ones who have been killed before, remnant to the opponent trapped within the Genjutsu. These figures can be considered quite fast and agile, as they launch themselves in the form of white orbs towards the opponent, creating screeching sounds and images of death within the mind of the opponent. If not broken within one turn, the opponent would suffer damage in the form of mental stress.

Declined - How can you create an illusion of someone you've never met to be relevant to your opponent. For example, my Lucifer bio and your Rey bio have never met and know nothing about each other and so we couldn't make illisions about people we each knew. Not only that but there are already genjutsu that show things coming out the ground like zombies ect...

Kenjutsu: Zettai bunri | Sword Arts: Absolute Separation

Description: Zettai bunri is a purely defensive jutsu that a shinobi swordsman crafted to defend Ninjutsu if they got close to him. Using a single sword (or other bladed weapon such as a spear, axe, etc), the user will do a slash of any kind towards the technique in question, while focusing chakra on the outlining of the weapon's blade. The moment the blade is about to clash with the technique, the user will expand the chakra from the outlining of the blade in the form of a very thin and flat plate. The chakra cuts through the technique while expanding outwards in opposite directions to separate the technique into two, leaving it to pass by the user on either side of him. The expansion of the plate is 10m wide, so both sides would be separated far enough not to hit the user as it continues forward. From someone else's point of view, it would seem as if the weapon itself cut the techniques, though the thin plate of chakra would separate them before they touch the sword. The slash of course has its limits on what kind of techniques it can separate. It can slash through solids and liquids such as Earth, steel, water, oil etc. It can also slash through wind techniques, lightning techniques, Tangible fire and raw chakra. It can't cut through gasses, intangible wind and non-condensed flames.

Description: Katen Kyokotsu is a pair of swords that slot together side by side to make one sword or can be separated into two at any point. Katen kyokotsu is unique in that it exists as a daisho sword pair, consisting of a tachi and a wakizashi. Their cross guards are rectangles, with the corners cut off, decorated by a pattern of cherry petals and lines, and each sports a dark-blue handle. Shunsui usually keeps them sheathed through his waist tie at his left side; however, during battle, the swords have been placed on both sides of his sash. Like many other weapons, Katen Kyōkotsu has a personality of its own; taking on the personality of a young woman. Legend has it that Shunsui had an older sister who was sick, and she had died during a raid on the village. After death it was believed her spirit lived on within the twin swords her brother wielded, granting the swords abilities akin to her playful personality. This legend becomes even more believable with the fact that the sword has proven to be a sentient being, communicating with those who touch it and being able to use its abilities on its own accord once it has a chakra source.

Description: A simple piece of jewelry forged for a woman who went by the name of Aquarius, a goddess to be exact. This necklace is silver in color, forged from an unknown metal similar to chakra rods. This made the weapon unbreakable but still in a dazzling bright silver color, with a simple blue gem stone attached to the necklace. The gem is said to be made of sapphire, in the shape of a tear drop about the size of a thumb. It was named Sapphire of Serenity. The weapon despite its size is highly powerful to which some people underestimate capabilities of the necklace. The core ability comes from the user’s and weapons chakra syncing as one flow when needed to act as one. Passively the user can channel chakra into Serenity(shorter name) and while doing this the gem will glow a bright blue color showing the synced nature of the chakra. The necklace has several abilities that it can grant the user and are as followed.

#1 Bound Field of the Sea Empress – The user is able to use Serenity to spread chakra into the air surrounding the user passively allowing them to infuse water chakra to a much more higher degree and allowing them to use A-rank water techniques and below without the need of a water source but this can only be done three times per battle, needing a cool down of two turns to expand the water again. The techniques used can only be spawned within short range of the user but then can be manipulated outwards to further distances. Infusion of water takes 20 chakra each time.

#2 Aquarius’ Heart – This goes back to the user being able to channel chakra into Serenity and “merge” chakra path ways. Once active if the user’s chakra is disturbed by foreign chakra the gem stone’s natural blue glow will diminish and repeating flash showing as a sign of danger towards the user. Twice per battle, the user can flush there chakra network but disconnecting the sync with Serenity and have it push Water Chakra into the body of the user in order to remove any foreign chakra(Yamanaka Clan Techniques , Genjutsu etc) out of the body. This counts as a move and can release up to S-rank techniques.

Description: The user makes four hand seals causing an illusion to occur, to which once activate the opponent will see the user instantly slam their hands onto the ground. Once they do a blue summoning formula will appear on the ground under the enemy. A blue chain with a spear head will form behind the target and stab into the spine of the target, to which once it does it will spread out and latch onto the surrounding environment (such as trees, mud puddles,water etc). The chains that branch from the original will then seemingly begin to absorb the properties of the said surroundings and forcefully injecting back into the body of the target. The target will feel immense amount of pressure as they feel there bones being morphed into the same material being absorbed by the chains(changing the bones into tree bark, hardening like steel etc). In reality the target is unharmed but us under immense mental strain and will pass out after 2 turns if they don’t break the illusion due to the intense mental strain. The technique is highly versatile as it can be used in accordance to the actual environment, thus making it harder to decipher.

Description: The user will make two hand seals causing a simple but highly effective genjutsu. Once the seals are made the target will hear angelic singing filling the air and slowly creeping into their ears. They will see the user moving towards them singing a song. The target’s eyes will begin to drop as the user continues to sing and approach them as slowly drifting into a sleepy daze. The closer the user is the harder the sleep effect is induced. The user in the genjutsu will then come and touch the target with their arms slowly with a soft touch completely shutting the target out and falling asleep in reality. The user can make the technique unique yet harder to realize by having them sing in a different langue or pitch, if the opponent used a technique the user can also create a quick false scenario where they “avoided” the technique and simply moving as normal towards them (though the user still counter it in reality). The target falls asleep for two turns if used by a Genjutsu specialist, only one for normal ninjas. The song is also up to the preference of the user.
