I'd say the captain seat gives him that luxury but feat wise it's hard to co-sign. Sanji just speed blitzed him in his own torso. Given their minimal comparisons I'm not entirely sure Capone would push Sanji too far without something over his head(like his crew) but the fact he's the captain of a Supernova crew means he should, key word there being should, be tougher than most all of the other Supernova's crew mates.

Yeah no, now that we know he can transform his body into tanks and control the entire environment within his body, he is basically like Robocop at this point, making his combat abilities better than people who thought he was crew reliant considering he can decide whatever type of weapons whatever body part transforms to and use it in battle, which increases his close combat ability, and he can even capture you if close enough and within his body, he'd be a real nightmare to fight against
