To begin I pull out a pre-prepared scroll and begin to channel chakra into my hand. I then bite my thumb to draw blood and slam my hand down upon the scroll, this causes a large puff of smoke to appear that obscures me and the surrounding area. When the smoke clears it is revealed that I have summoned a large iron dome around myself that would protect me from some techniques. All good. And yea, it's normal wire so it could be argued that is conducts heat/electricity even used infused with chakra.

(Sōgu: Maruchiken Ranmyaku) - Manipulated Tools: Multi-Blade Chaos
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user uses two scrolls and makes multiple weapons come out from them and float in the air. After the final blade causes the opponent to fly up into the air, The user uses a chain to bring their opponent down to the ground and then hits them again with the weapons. Using this attack allows the user to summon more weapons than usual for subsequent attacks.
I would say this is a medium speed technique that can protect you from some low ranked techniques. Having to pull the scroll out before you summon the dome limits this technique a bit, as it requires more set up time and could give away what your doing to your opponent. Apart from the obvious weakness from below it is also not advisable to use this technique against those with the iron KG as you are giving them a source for their techniques.
To begin my next technique I pull out two scrolls and begin to channel my chakra into them. From the scrolls I materialise several large blades and a chain. I then manipulate the blades and launch them at my opponent, striking and slashing him several times before the last blade knocks him into the air. As this happens I throw one end of my chain around my opponent while I hold onto the other, I then pull him back downwards slamming him to the earth. Finally I manipulate the blades once more and stab him several times as he lays stunned.
This is a good, useful technique if you want to utilise some weapons while you have a move to spare. You could attack your opponent in several ways with the floating blades and chain. Its main downfall is that the technique isn't that quick, the set up time for taking out the scrolls and then forming and launching the blades would give your opponent ample time to defend or dodge.
