All good. And yea, it's normal wire so it could be argued that is conducts heat/electricity even used infused with chakra.

(Kuchiyose: Tetsuengo Kabe) -Summoning: Iron Protection Wall
Rank: B
Type: Defensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user summons a large iron dome from one of their scrolls that covers themselves and even their teammates from enemies' attacks.
Note: Can only defend against B rank and down but doesnt block techniques directed from beneath.

(Sōgu: Maruchiken Ranmyaku) - Manipulated Tools: Multi-Blade Chaos
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user uses two scrolls and makes multiple weapons come out from them and float in the air. After the final blade causes the opponent to fly up into the air, The user uses a chain to bring their opponent down to the ground and then hits them again with the weapons. Using this attack allows the user to summon more weapons than usual for subsequent attacks.
To begin I pull out a pre-prepared scroll and begin to channel chakra into my hand. I then bite my thumb to draw blood and slam my hand down upon the scroll, this causes a large puff of smoke to appear that obscures me and the surrounding area. When the smoke clears it is revealed that I have summoned a large iron dome around myself that would protect me from some techniques.

I would say this is a medium speed technique that can protect you from some low ranked techniques. Having to pull the scroll out before you summon the dome limits this technique a bit, as it requires more set up time and could give away what your doing to your opponent. Apart from the obvious weakness from below it is also not advisable to use this technique against those with the iron KG as you are giving them a source for their techniques.

To begin my next technique I pull out two scrolls and begin to channel my chakra into them. From the scrolls I materialise several large blades and a chain. I then manipulate the blades and launch them at my opponent, striking and slashing him several times before the last blade knocks him into the air. As this happens I throw one end of my chain around my opponent while I hold onto the other, I then pull him back downwards slamming him to the earth. Finally I manipulate the blades once more and stab him several times as he lays stunned.

This is a good, useful technique if you want to utilise some weapons while you have a move to spare. You could attack your opponent in several ways with the floating blades and chain. Its main downfall is that the technique isn't that quick, the set up time for taking out the scrolls and then forming and launching the blades would give your opponent ample time to defend or dodge.

I would argue that almost all techniques involving scrolls are slow. Takes too much time in relation to what you could do instead. Oh and it's the steel KG, not iron. :p (i've also never used any of the scroll techniques, but shhh >.>)

(Sōgu: Sōninju) - Manipulated Tools: Weapon Gun
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user summons several weapons connected together by strings and jumps into the air, reeling them together to stack on top of each other. They then stands on the top weapon on one foot, and twirls backwards, shooting the string-wealed ninja tools at the opponent like a machine gun.

Sōgu: Kaien Geki) - Manipulated Tools: Spinning Swallow Show
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user hits the opponent with a pair of tonfa, then tosses a scroll in the air to summon a bo staff and hits them with it. When the opponent is lying prone on the ground, they summons a huge spiked club and crushes them with it.

Steel, Iron, same difference xD

To begin I build up my chakra and draw blood from my thumb. I then focus my chakra and summon several weapons connected with metal wire in a puff of smoke. I then jump into the air while swinging the wire, causing the weapons to stack on top of each other. I then land on top of the stack and using my legs launch the weapons at the opponent at a rapid pace.

This is a bit of a weird technique that would be hard to pull of in my opinion. Having to summon the weapons, arrange them and then get yourself into position would take a while and allow your opponent a chance to attack. Its also only short range which further limits its viability.

To begin my next attack I grip my tonfa and run at my target. I slam the tonfa into the side of his ribs doing a good deal of damage. While he would be trying to recover I toss a scroll into the air and from it a bo staff appears in a puff of smoke. Dropping my tonfa I grip the bo staff and twirling it I attack in a sweeping arc, slamming the end into the targets head. This would knock him over and daze him, I take this opportunity to once again summon a new weapon. This time its a huge spiked club, as it is summoned in mid air I grip it without missing a beat and slam it down upon my opponent, finishing him off.

This is a cool little technique utilising weapons. It would be effective at close range and would allow you to switch weapons mid attack if thats what you desire. You have to be careful when summoning the weapons however as this could be a potential opening for the opponent to exploit.

Good! Next two..

(Sōgu: Tenkosai) - Manipulated Tools: Heavenly Steel Disaster
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: Like Manipulated Tools: Heavenly Chain of Destruction, The user unrolls and throws thier large scroll over the enemy. They summons countless Kunai from the scroll to rain down on the enemy before releasing four large chains to force the enemy to the ground as the chains collapse on them.

(Hana Ninpō: Kyōku Sai) - Flower Technique: The District End
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user reaches out his/her hand, sending a stream of flower petals from their palm towards the opponent. The flower petals encircle the enemy and dark smoke fades their surroundings to black, hiding the user.

Another weapons technique and a technique that uses flowers (can just use chakra-made flowers instead).

I begin the next technique by pulling out a scroll as I start to build up my chakra. I then launch the scroll over my enemy, while holding onto the end so it unravels over them. As this happens I focus my chakra and from the scroll I summon huge numbers of kunai that rain down upon them. Finally I summon four large chains from the scroll that collapse onto the enemy and drag him to the ground.

This is a useful combo technique that attacks and pressures your opponent before it traps them with the weight of the chains. Its a decent attack from range and the sheer number of kunai would make this difficult to directly counter to dodge. The scroll however is the weak point of this technique as if the enemy can destroy the scroll before the attack begins then it is nullified completely.

For the next technique I build up my chakra as I extend my hand forwards. I then focus my chakra and create a stream of flower petals from my palm, I direct these petals at the enemy and manipulate them to encircle him. The petals then release a smoke as they swirl around, blocking his vision as everything goes black.

This techniques uses are limited, its good as a distraction but the fact that it does no damage means that the enemy isn't pressured and can counter as they please. It would be an interesting combo with certain genjutsu, blocking their vision in the illusion and in reality. If used correctly this technique can be used to set up a stealth attack as you hide from your opponents sight.

The flower tech is also very good if you have some sort of disappearing tech, like Mu's invisibility or a dispersal-type custom. It can set a lot of moves up if used appropriately. Last of the B-ranks...!

( Gen'ei Tajū Shuriken ) - Multiple Phantom Shuriken
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: After performing the shadow clone technique the user and the two clones perform the Dog → Rabbit → Monkey → Clap Hands and they throw several shuriken which multiply and attack the opponent.
Note: Requires two shadow clones before use.

Rather straight forward technique. o-o A weapons technique involving two clones.

Wooo almost done!

After creating my two clones we all begin to build up our chakra before we form the Dog>Rabbit>Monkey hand seals and clap our hands. We then each take out several shuriken and launch them at our enemy, as we do so we focus our chakra and create several copies of the weapon. The result is a barrage of shuriken that would cover a wide range.

This seems like a worse version of the shuriken shadow clone technique. You need clones already formed to use this and there is a string of hand seals required which makes this harder to use. It would cover a good area with the barrage of shuriken but there are just better options in my opinion.

Yup, the shuriken shadow clone is x1000 better. So go ahead and perform a move using 2 ninjutsu we have learned and a third non-ninjutsu of your choice!

Apologies for the long delay >_>

I begin my move by sprinting in an arc to the right, maintaining the distance between us. As I run I extend my hand and a stream of flower petals emerges that quickly envelopes my opponent and blocks his vision. As I release the petals with my right hand I use my left hand to subtly throw two kunai at my opponents chest, the kunai would travel through the stream of petals as they advance towards the target and are thus very difficult to see. After doing so I form a quick set of hand seals and place my opponent under an illusion, even more flower petals swirling around him to confuse and distract him. With my opponents sight blocked both physically and mentally he is wide open for attack as I reach for a scroll and throw it so it unravels over him. Focusing my chakra into it I release a storm of weapons upon the target that would be quite difficult for him to dodge.

(Hana Ninpō: Kyōku Sai) - Flower Technique: The District End
Rank: B

Rank: D
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 10
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user makes five handseals, appearing to dissolve into a shower of cherry blossom petals. These petals surround the opponent, blocking his vision. This allows the user to mask his movement effectively.

We will assume for the sake of your move that you were within short range since that first techniques range is that. Not bad though. Ready to move on?

Indeed I am ^^
Right >_>

(Himitsu Kibaku Fuda no Jutsu) Hidden Explosive Tags Technique
Type: Offensive
Rank: A-Rank
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra: 30
Damage: 60
Description:
The user does a sequence of 4 hand seals (Tiger → Rat → Bird → Snake) or slams his hand on the ground or surface. Using his chakra, he is able to stream a multitude of paper tags through the ground and use his chakra to keep them hidden from sight. As they stream towards the target, they are undistinguishable from the ground, seamlessly merged with it. Nearing the target, they rise from the ground, "crawling" up the target. As they wrap themselves in lairs around the target, the user can choose when to detonate them, making a quicker, weaker detonation or waiting for more paper tags to pile in the target and adding more damage.

Seems easy enough. Basically a technique to transport large amounts of explosive tags through the ground to any given location.

(Kuchiyose: Sanjū Rashōmon) - Summoning Technique: Triple Rashōmon
Rank: A
Type: Supplementary, Defence
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: N/A
Description: This summoning is an upgrade of the standard Rashomon in which the user summons 3 of these demonic forms of the main gate of old Kyoto. Each gate has a specific duty: the first red gate takes the attack head-on, the second green gate reduces the power of the attack, and the third blue gate disperses the pressure.
Note: This technique can only block A rank and below.

This one is aesthetically cool but pretty impractical in our RP. It's a summoning technique that summons three huge gates to block stuff. I believe Oro used this against Naruto's incomplete TBB when they met mid-way through the series.

I begin the next technique by focusing my chakra and forming the four required hand seals. I then slam my hand to the ground and summon a huge number of explosive tags just under the surface of the earth. manipulating my chakra I make the tags indistinguishable from the regular ground as they move forwards towards my target. As they get close they begin to emerge and wrap themselves around him. Not wanting to give him a chance to counter I detonate them at this point, doing a good deal of damage and possibly crippling him.

This is a useful technique that can be used to covertly get a mass of explosive tags towards your opponent. They are difficult to detect without some form of sensory and they can do a good deal of damage. However I do not think you could perform another technique while using this one since you would have to be manipulating the tags through the ground, though I may be wrong on that.

To begin my next technique I focus my chakra into my hands and after building up enough I slam them to the ground. By doing so I summon three huge demonic gates in front of myself that would provide a moderate level of defence.

This technique is a decent defensive option, it doesn't have any hand seal requirement but it can only block up to A rank attacks. Plus you would need a good bit of distance between yourself and the opponent to have enough room to summon the gates. Overall this technique would probably be better if it was just a single gate that was enough to block up to A ranks. The three demon gates do look pretty badass though.

You are right about having to focus on the first technique. Also, just to be safe I would say you're going to need actual tags. So you can remove them from a pouch and then transport them. Yea, there is a Ninjutsu with one gate but it is only.. C-rank? I think.

Midare Senbu) – Chaos Fan Dance
Rank: A
Type: Offensive, Defence
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: After attacking the enemy with the users fan, thus launching them into the air. The user then throws their fan to slice the enemy up, after which they then disappear. The user then reappears behind the enemy. Finally the user Grabs the fan and then jabs them into the ground.
Note: Must have a Fan/ War Fan.

You'll probably never use this.. but...

(Sōshōryū Seichuu) - Rising Twin Dragons Control
Rank: A
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: This technique is similar to the normal Twin Rising Dragons, but is an upgraded version. The user doesn't have to hold onto the weapons; they can just send them flying only with a movement of thier hand, which makes the weapons a lot faster. Also, with this new version, The user includes exploding tags in the spread in order to make the technique more effective.

Another weapons technique that is more plausible to use. Refer to the brother technique if you need a refresher (Twin Rising Dragons).

Pulling a fan from somewhere i swing and slam it into your clone, knocking him up into the air. I then open up the fan exposing the bladed spine and launch it at your clone, causing it to slice across his abdomen. I then move with great speed to appear on the other side of your clone and catch the fan. I then snap it shut and slam the blunt end into your clones back and send him crashing into the earth.

If you have a fan handy this technique could be useful in a close quarters fight, putting the enemy in a vulnerable position if the first strike hits. However you also throw your fan at them which could end up with it being destroyed or separated from you if your opponent is good enough. Overall this technique is hard to use and isn't really worth it, though it did give me an idea for a CW so thats good. xD

I begin the next technique by taking out two scrolls, I then focus my chakra into them and throw them upwards where they then unfurl. I then jump and with a small movement from my hand, I unleash a barrage of weapons upon your original clone. As the weapons assault the area i include explosive tags in the mix which adds an explosive end to the technique.

This is a cool technique which can be useful to attack your opponent with a lot of weapons at once, a good synergy with a magnetism bio for example. Though this one like its brother does leave you a bit vulnerable as you have to be in mid air while you execute the attack. The scrolls are also a weakness since destroying one or both of them would weaken or end the technique.

(Sōgu: Tensasai) - Manipulated Tools: Heavenly Chain of Destruction

Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: A stronger version of the Twin Rising Dragons, the user tosses their large scroll into the air above her opponent and summons hundreds of different weapons from it, which then rain down, impaling the opponent and anything in their path. The weapons move so fast that they appear as white streaks.

Another weapon technique... Pretty simple.

(Bunshin Bakuha) - Shadow Clone Explosion
Rank: A
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: 60

Note:Must already know shadow clone jutsu to use this jutsu.

This is a shadow clone technique that explodes. Although, this version can only use a limited range of techniques.

To begin the next technique I pull a scroll from my ninja pouch which I then begin to build up chakra within. I then toss the scroll over your clone and hold onto the end so that it unravels above him. I then focus my chakra and summon huge numbers of weapons from the scroll. These weapons streak downwards very quickly and slam into your clone and the area around him. The result is a barrage of hundreds of different weapons that move so quickly that they are only streaks to the naked eye, the onslaught would decimate the area and cause your clone to poof away.

This is a nice technique that is a solid offense. It pressures the opponent fr above which is good, since you can then set up attacks from multiple directions. The weapons also move very quickly which makes them a lot harder to dodge and counter. The main weakness of this technique would be the scroll itself since destroying it would stop the barrage. It can also go all the way to long range which is another positive.

For my next technique I begin to build my chakra once again while I focus upon a mental image of myself. I then focus my chakra and create a clone that looks exactly like me. As my clone is created I manipulate my chakra to give him explosive properties when triggered. I then have him run off and attack your clone, as they fight I detonate him in a sudden explosion and catch your clone off guard.

This is a cool little technique which is useful in some situations but overall is not that versatile. The clone is limited to only regular ninjutsu and taijutsu which limits its options greatly. But if you can set the clone up while your opponent cannot see you, you potentially set up a trap for them if you can get the clone within short range of them.

Wouldn't it be nice if traps actually worked? z.z

(Meisaigakure no Jutsu) - Hiding with Camouflage Technique
Rank: A
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 30 (-10 per turn active)
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This is a ninja escape technique that allows the user after performing the Tiger hand seal to control how light is reflected around their body with chakra inflections. The technique also erases the user's scent and shadow, and is usable on any terrain, making it ideal not only for covert maneuvers but also offensive strikes. Perceiving the user's position is possible only for ninja who are astute enough to observe minute variations within their surrounding environment, such as distortions of air currents in the immediate vicinity or distinguishing sounds, i.e. footsteps etc. However, the usefulness of this ability can be entirely negated by those with special vision or sensory skills. The Second Tsuchikage, Mū's mastery of this technique helped earn him the moniker "Non-Person" seemingly having neither form nor chakra while the technique was active. Thus, he could not be sensed through traditional means.
Note: Technique lasts a total of 3 turns

This is a pretty cool stealth technique that was mastered by Muu. Useful under certain conditions but definitely has its downsides as well.

(Mikadzuki no Mai) - Dance of the Crescent Moon
Rank: A
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: As the ninja charges at the opponent, they create multiple shadow copies to confuse the opponent. Using the confusion, the real ninja will attack from the opponent's blindside.

A diversion technique used to get close.

A diversion technique used to get close.
I begin by channeling my chakra out of my body and building up a good amount, I then perform the tiger hand seal and manipulate it. I use it to form a sort of cocoon around myself that blocks the light from reaching me, allow it to simply pass around me instead, giving the impression that i am not standing there at all. An added benefit of using my chakra in this way is that it does not let my scent escape and thus removes it as a possible detection method.

This is a useful technique to both hide from your opponent and to set up sneak and surprise attacks by using this to move around the battlefield. It is quick to activate with only one hand seal but although it does remove most signs of your presence it has its flaws. Any sounds you make or slight changes to the terrain could be noticed by your opponent and it is basically useless against those with sensing or dojutsu.

For the next technique I begin by rushing at your clone while I build up chakra within my body. As I close the distance I focus the chakra while I put on a burst of speed, by doing so i create several after-image copies of myself. The after images serve only to distract and disorientate your clone since they lack physical form. However they appear tangible enough to hold his attention while i make my way around and attack him from behind.

A rather simple technique that has been seen in many animes as afterimages when moving quite fast. Its great for a quick distraction technique and for making your opponent lose track of you in the mass of image clones. Its much quicker than the shadow clone technique but a lot less versatile in its applications. Its mostly useful in close combat situations and is well suited to that.
