Plus BB himself clearly told Burgess that he wasn't ready to fight ACE. This all happened pre timeskip so just look at their positions
Ace>Burgess
Shiryyu = Ace (since they were both kept in lvl. 6)

So that's definite proof that pre timeskip Shiryyu was stronger than pre timeskip Burgess

I see that you're still evading answering my question since you have no proof. Shiryuu was Magellan's equal and he likely got stronger over the timeskip, so there's no way that Sabo would low diff someone that is greater than or equal to Magellan.

Well Shiryu did save Blackbeard's life against magellan.. so what exactly do you mean pre-timeskip Blackbeard is superior to Magellan? Magellan is without a doubt able to take on a Yonko and fight to at the most high-diff.

Aokiji ain't the type to join Blackbeard's crew, its more like hes going undercover and keeping a close eye on Blackbeard due to that. While BB has the impression that hes working with them.
