(Kenjutsu: Resshinkohō) - Sword Technique: Bestial Roar

Description: The user grips the handle of his sword with his dominant hand while the other grips the other scabbard tightly, infusing it (scabbard) with chakra. The user unsheathes the sword, performs a normal, diagonal slash upwards, and then resheathes his sword. Then, what looks like the same motions again, the user instead brings up the sword (inside scabbard) to his chest, and then releases a burst of chakra (that had been infused in the scabbard) that the user manipulates into the form of a lions head that charges forward and knocks the opponent forward because of the density of the chakra. The released chakra isn't meant to do anything other than push back the opponent to create a gap between the user and his target.

(Ninjutsu: Ōshun) - Ninja Technique: Cherry Blossom Springtime

Description: Using his prowess in the art of deception, the user causes Sakura petals to begin falling from the sky until they cover the entire battlefield. The petals themselves are harmless but they allow the user to manipulate for other techniques because they are imbued with his chakra. The chakra petals take a total of three turns to cover up to long range, two turns to cover up to mid-range, and one turn to cover up to short range of the user. Based on the user's skill with the petals, he can also change their color and appearance depending on the surroundings/terrain allowing for more versatility however he can't make them into anything other than petals. By using a higher degree of chakra and concentration (A-Rank and must maintain his focus, meaning he can't use other techniques while he is doing this), the user can cause the petals to cover the entire field in one turn but he is unable to use this technique further for the remainder of the battle. One important note is that you can only use either two B-Ranks or the one A-Rank (you can't use B-Rank then A-Rank).

Forgive me if I'm missing something but what does this technique actually acomplish beside just having petals fall from the sky? If that's all you're doing with this technique, don't resubmit.


(Ninpō: Giman Tengoku) - Ninja Art: Deceptive Heaven

Description: The user throws several senbon with an small orb designed at one one end throughout the battlefield. The orbs are small non-lethal bombs that release a bright light that when combined with the other orbs, can cover the entire battlefield if there are no obstacles to block the light directly. The user must take precaution when using this technique as he himself could get caught in it and end up blinded as well. Once the senbon are released it doesn't matter if they get blocked or not as the intention is in the orbs not the senbon. The orbs can be activated at any time the user wishes by making the Tiger handseal making it ideal to activate from a vantage point. By using the Shuriken Shadow Clone Technique, the user can increase the senbon and the amount of damage the technique can cause to the enemy.

1) you're already throwing "several" using the shuriken shadow clone wouldn't change that arbitrary value. 2) this can be done freeform with flashbombms on projectiles

Ragunaroku - Ragnarok

Description: Ragnarok, also known as the Demon sword was confiscated by Priest when he fought kishin. It was perhaps not an easy feat, capturing the child of the Demon God and through years of training of the body and mind, Priest is able to wield the sword as if it were his own blood.
Raknarok has two forms which he uses in battle or outside battle and he is able to transform between forms at will and passively.

Sword Form
This forms lets Ragnarok take the form of a large black Scandinavian broadsword with a grey hilt, a white stripe down the middle and spikes around the guard. He would manifest a mouth on the blade just above the guard to speak or when he wants to perform SCREAM RESONANCE(Would be submitted as a separate jutsu).
Ragnarok passively curses himself in chakra while in this form thus able to cut through B-rank and below Jutsu. However, 4x per battle, the user can imbue more chakra to allow him to cut through upto S-rank jutsu.
Once per battle, Ragnarok is able to perform a feat which would afterwords make him revert to a weaker form for 3 turns. He is able to cut through a technique above S-rank. Though this would make him shrink to that of a longsword (or rapier) but retains many of its old features except it unable to cut through jutsus above B-rank for 3 turns.

Humanoid Form
Ragnarok retreats into a symbiote, enveloping Priest like a costume. Though instead of acting as a custume, it moves around and converges at the back of Priest where he now morphs into a humanoid starting from the waist upwards. Him being a symbiote causes a special attachment to the host and the attachment intricately creates a symbiotic bond through which links His and Priest's mind even though they have separate minds of their own. Having gained free will while in this form, Ragnarok is loud-mouthed, rude and confident. He believes he and his host are capable of overcoming any opponent, regardless of how good or bad they actually are at fighting. He is also very violent and easily angered
In this form, Ragnarok has a very muscular body, large gloved hands, and spikes on several parts of his body, but no legs. His face consists of a large egg shape, with no visible mouth(though he talks and mouth appears whenever he wants it to) and a giant white X on his face where his nose should be, with large ping-pong ball-like eyes with Xs for pupils.
Ragnarock is strong, though still having the weight of a normal sword thus does not inhibit the user's speed.
As a symbiote, Ragnarok is able to move around the Host's body and reform into a humanoid on any part, or perhaps extend his skin around the Host to protect him. Ragnarok is strong and with the aim of aiding the user in close quarter combats, actively can punch through or stop with his fist(s), B-rank and below Attacks within reasoning. His skin is able to withstand B-rank and below attacks. However, 4x per battle, the user may imbue more chakra so that the skin is able to withstand up to S-rank.
Once per battle, Ragnarok is able to perform a feat which would then transform him to a weaker form for 3 turns. He is able tank a technique above S-rank. Though this would then make him shrink to that of a chibi version of his humanoid form but retains many of his old features except it unable to tank jutsus above B-rank for 3 turns.

NOTE: Attacking and Defending with Ragnarok counts as a move.
NOTE: Any chakra spent on attacking and defending is leeched from the user and the chakra is deducted accordingly to the rank of the attack or defense in question.
NOTE: Attack and defense are on par with elemental techniques due to ragnarock himself being a symbiote genetically engineered from advanced matter.
NOTE: Ragnarok's defense would be within reason, and although, he may defend himself fully, if the attack is a wide one that spread or flows like wide fire, the user can receive damage from the spills/overflow as Ragnarok may not fully protect the user.
NOTE: Ragnarok is indestructible, though he can receive damage which would turn him to a shrinked form for 3 turns as he recuperates. If he receives another damage while he's in the shrinked form, he'll be unusable totally for 3 turns, the time which he rejuvenates into the shrinked form and then another 3 turns to form back into the full form.
NOTE: Can only be weild by Priest or anyone he teaches, Any other who tries to weild him would be impaled by several 5m long spikes that can pierce through any amour.

Declined - the first part i'm fine with but the humanoid form i can't approve, no sentient weapons, like kisame. I can't have the sword having it's own mind as you mention.

Fuinjutsu: Shokku Terapi Typ 2 - Sealing Art: Shock Therapy Typ 2

Description: This is a second form of albeit more versatile in usage than the first one.
There are 3 seals which would be located at the back of the user's ear(left or right) which then leeches the user's chakra as a trigger for the usage of the technique.
The seal responds willingly or reflexively to distinct neuro activity in the brain and thus discharges subtle controlled lightning chakra to charge/change the brainwaves for different affects. The brain is made up of billions of brain cells called neurons, which use electricity to communicate with each other. The electrical activity of the brain is a cyclic, wave-like nature called Brainwave pattern thus our mind is able to regulate its activities by means of electric waves which are registered in the brain, emiting tiny electrochemical impulses of varied frequencies. The seal responds to the frequencies emitted by the brain due to a certain situation and then it activates, pouring lightning chakra inform of subtle electric current to correct the brainwaves' frequency to a more prefered one.
They are Alpha, Beta, Theta and Delta. While the previous Shock Therapy takes care of Theta and Delta which is a state of somnolence, unconciousness and catalepsy, This variant takes care of Beta.
The seal activates whenever the brain responds to a Beta brainwave pattern. The Beta brainwaves are of frequencies ranging from 13 to 60 pulses per seconds and these occurs when we feel agitated, tensed, afraid, in pain or confused. Upon activation, the seal releases a flush of lightning chakra in a molecular advanced scale that matches that of the brainwaves, thus forcibly albeit subtly regulating the frequency to that of Alpha.
Alpha brainwaves are of frequencies ranging from 7 to 13 pulses per seconds and its when we are in a state of physical and mental relaxation.

NOTE: It will take a while(3 turns) before the brain is able to react to another brainwave pattern once they are forcibly regulated. This means the change in brainwave pattern is pro-active for 3 turns before the brainwaves can be able to react to outside factors again.
NOTE: There are only 3 seals located behind the user's ears, so it can only be used 3 times per battle with 2 turns inbetween usage.
NOTE: Since the user has to be in a state of physical and mental relaxation, He is unable to give off killing intent while he is in this state.

Declined - So much science for a cj. I feel shocking your brain is a bit much, shocking your heart i can understand. This might work once, and that is only if you're a med ninja. You're messing with the way you're brain works and one amp too many could fry your brain. I can understand what you're trying to do, fix your sense, stop mind controlling stuff, but needs to be reworked to be approvable. Maybe even submitted as a med cj if you're a med ninja.

Description: The genjutsu is a simple one. Though a non aggressive one, it is very useful in decieving the opponent while going into details in making it seems true. The user does a simple body gesture to cast the genjutsu. The gesture may range from a sigh, a wink, a snap a wave of hand or a single handseal and then the genjutsu would be cast upon the target or targets if there are more than one.
In the genjutsu, depending on the user wants it, the target would see one of his possession sudden poofs away prior to the user's body gesture and then He'll see the user wearing/holding/in possession of his belonging. The disapperance of the target's possession can be detailed. The user may make it poof away like a summon would and poof into existence on his person, or rather, he can make it vanish like using a flicker movement or space time jutsu and then appear on the user. Anyhow the belonging of the target disappears, it gives a taste of reality. Another keen detail is that, in the genjutsu, once a target looses his possession, he won't be able to feel it. for example: Say the target was holding a smoke bomb in his fist and he was dispossessed, his hand would be free, lighter and he can even clench his fist as if nothing was in his hand. In reality though, the possession is still there albeits its existence was made void in the genjutsu.

You say the object disappears before the observed gesture but say the gesture is the casting of the genjutsu, how is this possible? That's the biggest thing confusing me. Also how exactly is this conspicuous. Even if the object just vanishes as if out of thin air I'd think that would be pretty conspicuous

Chakra: 40 to summon (For each of the puppets active they take up -10, so in the beginning when they are summoned they use up -40 chakra each turn onward.

Description: This series of puppets comes in the form of four identical puppets. These set of puppets are wooden manikin dolls. Each are labeled with a number on their forehead from 1-4. They wear a sinister grin on their face, and have their eyes wide open. The puppets have something unique about them which is the fact they do not require chakra threads to manipulate them. Instead they are controlled by curse tags infused with the user’s chakra which are placed on each of their backs. All of the puppets and the user are linked together. The main ability of the puppet’s is that damage that would be inflicted upon the user is transferred onto the puppets instead. The user will use their chakra to forcefully control the puppets, and due to his chakra being spread between the four of them it is hard for him to perform too complex movements on someone other than himself. The curse tags allow for the user to change deadly techniques into nearly harmless attacks. Due to the puppets being S-Rank as a whole that means that each of the puppets have the strength of an B-rank technique. So it just goes to say that the most damage a single puppet can take is that of a B-rank jutsu. When the maximum amount of damage has been achieved on the puppet(s) it will instantly fall apart. If needed for one attack the user is capable of using up more than one puppet for a technique. Overall, the puppet as a whole have the capability of saving the user from a S-rank jutsu altogether. An example of the puppets in action is, if the user is faced with a B-rank fire ball technique. The user can use one of the spare dolls to take its damage, and any subsequent effects the jutsu would have had such as burn marks is instead placed on the puppet instead, and the user can continue forward as if nothing happened. Each of the puppets are equipped with an ability depending on their number. Each of the puppets have holes placed on the bottom of their feet similar to the ones on Sasori's palms. The holes are capable of blowing out pressured air equal to A-rank, which can propel them in to the sky at long range, or in a linear pattern. Also, if the user does possess enough clones to absorb a jutsu whatever is left of the technique will be what the user if inflicted with.

#1: The first puppet in the sequence is enforced with a special ability of its own. This puppet has holes on its palms just as Sasori does which enables it to fire pressured air waves. The air waves cover a large range and can reach up to mid-range, and is equal to an A-rank technique.

#2: The next puppet in the sequence, is capable of spinning in a rapid motion picking up speed and force. Once the puppet has picked up enough speed it unleashes fire from all over it body creating a deadly fire tornado equal to an B-rank jutsu, with the puppet at the center of it.

#3: Inside of the puppet are iron threads which come in several diameters and lengths. The threads can be used to create a dome of iron threads which protects all allies up to mid-range. The dome has the properties of an A-rank shield. With the strings the user can also posses them to attack the enemy with precise aiming and accuracy, which is able to pierce the target with A-rank strength.

#4: The last puppet in the sequence has sealing tags placed on its arms which are capable of unleashing a barrage of puppet of arms similar to the Thousand hand manipulation used by the Kazekage. The arms can reach up to long range, and the puppet has complete directional control over the puppet. Inside of all of the arms are kunai and smoke screens which the user can manipulate to their advantage. This technique is equal to an B-rank jutsu.
Notes:
- Can only be taught by Sasori
- Can use all basic puppet techniques.
- Can only use puppetry techniques while out. Some Taijutsu within reason.
- While these are out no other puppets can be used.
- The curse tags can be forcefully removed from the puppet releasing the user’s control over them.
- The user and the puppets have to be close together at all times, and if they get out of range the user will lose control of them. (Farthest they can be away is Mid-range)
- After the damage sharing ability has been used it cant be used for one whole turn.

Description: Sasori crafted a specialized weapon specifically for his puppet body. This weapon would be capable of attaching itself to Sasori’s heart, and activate into armor. It would come in the form of a cylinder the size of Sasori’s heart. Sasori will apply the cylinder structure to his heart where it then releases wires and attaches itself to the nerves of Sasori’s heart. With it connecting to his heart it unlocks into a full battle suit of a sturdy material. This suit gives Sasori a large variety of defensive and offensive mechanisms.

Once active the user is unaffected by ordinary ninja tools such as kunai and shuriken due to the hard material the armor is made of. Due to the fact that the suit is connected to the nerves of his heart, it is capable of monitoring the user's chakra flow. Anytime a shift in Sasori’s chakra flow has be detected by the weapon it will notify Sasori of the genjutsu and he will be able to inflict a sort of Kai upon himself from the weapon which causes for him to awake from A-rank and below genjutsu.(Cost -20 chakra for each illusion dispersed, and can only be used every two turns.) With the activation of the weapon a special type of goggles cover his eyes and gives him a 360 degrees range of sight. Sasori also has the ability to activate another effect of the telescope which enables the user the ability to see through basic flash bombs and smoke screens as well as dark areas, and chakra based smoke screens up to B-rank. (Activation counts as a move, and from then afterwards drains -5 chakra) Whilst the weapon is active Sasori gains the ability to launch wings from his back. The wings enable him to fly by flowing his chakra into the wings, making the air above move faster causing for it to fly. (Activation is a B-rank Move, and drains -10 chakra afterwards. User has complete directional control over the wings. Also it can travel up to long range. Also propellers can not already be out.) The weapon is also responsible for protecting Sasori’s heart with a sturdy material allowing for him to protect himself from A- Rank and below attacks. Sasori also has the ability to release a set of skis on his feet which allow for him to slide on slippery/icy grounds. Due to the weapon Sasori is also capable of maintaining a firm grip on the ground, so if anything disturbances on the ground occurs Sasori will remain on balance. (Keeps on balance from up to C-rank jutsu). The last ability of the armor is that it is capable of sensing vibrations from underground which enable the user the ability to sense attacks coming from below before they actually strike.

Description: This is a collection of ten different puppets that Sasori has amassed together. His grandmother’s “White Secret Technique: The Chikamatsu Collection of Ten Puppets.” inspired him to create them. Sasori controls these puppets with one chakra string each from his fingertips. Though if need be he can control them with the chakra strings in his heart compartment. Each of the puppets have unique abilities suited for themselves. All of the puppets have a name embedded on their forehead which signifies which ability they have. Firstly, all of the puppets have holes on their feet which are capable of blowing out pressured air which can propel them into the air at long range, or in a linear manner which is equal to a A-rank technique. (Counts as a move). Can be used simultaneously with all of the puppets so it counts only as one move or can be used individually with certain puppets.


Aiko: This puppet is a girl with long red hair dressed in a red overall. She has the ability to emit a chakra shield from her body which enables her to protect all nearby allies. The shield has the properties of an A-rank shield. It shields the user from all attacks even from below except from in the air or the top. Inside of its body are two large swords which can be used to cut through enemies with ease.

Ken: Next, is a bulky puppet which has black horns protruding out of his head, it is also covered through its entire body with iron plates. The puppets hands were also larger than normal humans, they had iron plates on them which gave them more offensive abilities. With the iron gauntlets on its hands it enables the puppet the ability to destroy through B-rank and below earth ninjutsu as well as other structures such as a trees. With the iron plates on the puppet it enables the puppet the ability to nullify A-rank and below taijutsu. Due to the heavy structure of the puppet it moves at a lower pace than the rest of the puppets.

Kenta, Ken, Kanon: Then the next three puppets in the sequence are capable of working together with each other. They are all dressed in red clothing and have black hair. The special ability of these puppets is that they are capable of linking their arms together in order to spin at a rapid speed. Due to their speed they create a large tornado which is capable of being launched at the enemy. The tornado has a powerful suction ability and destructive ability. The tornado itself has the rank of a A-Rank wind jutsu.

Taisuke: Additionally, there is the puppet with white spiked hair. It’s special ability is being able to fire strings of thread which can reach up to mid range. The thing about this string is that it has sticky properties which is able to bind a target with B-rank strength. It can even bind a medium sized summoning. The threads are also capable of piercing through targets with ease and precise aiming with B-rank strength. The user has the ability to summon threads in all sizes and diameter.

Goro and Guro: The most notable feature about these puppets are the several holes that they have on their body. First, puppet Goro will link arms with Guro, and due to the small frame work of puppet Guro, Goro is able to easily lift the puppet up. Puppet Goro begins by spinning the puppet in the air at intense speeds, while spinning Guro will release sharp blades all over its body. Once the puppet has picked up enough speed the puppet will then launch Guro at the target like a shuriken. With the force gathered up by the puppet it can easily mow through targets and slice through them with precise accuracy. It can cut through up to A-rank obstacles. Once it is done slicing through the target the user is capable of having Puppet Guro come back to the User like a boomerang.

Hikari: This puppet has an electrical generator inside of its body which gives it the ability to generate currents of lightning. The electrical generator inside of the puppet is also able to be used to increase the speed at which the puppet moves. One of the moves of the puppet is that it is able to move at an accelerated path around the user and allies, and while using the electrical generator it will create a lightning ring around the user protecting them with a B-rank lightning ring. Lastly, the puppet can also send out small currents of lightning equal to B-rank. Not only does the ring of lightning protect the user it also blocks the enemy’s sight of them.

Izumi: The last puppet in the sequence. This puppets wields two medium sized drills as hands which are equal to B-rank. The puppet mainly uses the drills to dig underground and travel up to long range. While underground the puppet is capable of planting land mines underground equal to C-rank which are used to restrict the enemy’s movement. Step on one of landmines they will set off an explosion of C-rank strength. Bombs can be used without being underground. ( Takes a full turn to plant the landmines throughout the area)
Notes:
- No other puppets while these are out.
-Can only be used once per battle.
-Can only be taught by Sasori.
-Only puppetry attacks whilst these are out as well as some taijutsu.
-The Chakra shield requires a two turn cool down after each use. (-20 chakra for each usage)
-After the tornado ability has been used it cannot be used again for One Full turn.
-The electrical generator can only last two turns, and after that requires a one full turn cool down.

(Tentōchū no Geijutsu: Hādosheru Bakudan) - Ladybug Arts: Hard Shell Bomb

Description: The user weaves 2 hand seals before clapping their hands together summoning three connected pieces of a gigantic shell from a ladybug, forming a large weapon that resembles a fuma shuriken, although this version is bigger in size. The blade then tossed by the user, using their chakra to enhance the throw of the weapon, giving it a great boost in speed as it traverses. The user can allow the weapon to traverse in its own or they can control its trajectory, in order to make wide turns, with a continuous focus of the weapon. The cutting powers and pure force of the thrown Hard Shell Bomb is extremely destructive, able to cut through solid rock of equal rank with ease, and once in short range of a target the user can choose to split the connecting pieces of the technique, each piece rotating at high speeds, in order to add versatility when attacking an opponent. Once contact is made with the targeted solid object, the pieces of the shell will continuously spin maximizing its damage.

Description: Unholy Rebirth: The user is able to clone a duplicate of their custom weapon, with the same attributes, however, for the cloned weapon to use the abilities of the original, the abilities will require an increase in the amount of chakra, x.5 chakra percentage, needed. (Ex: 30 for original technique will be 45 for the cloned weapon to perform that same technique.) The duplicate has the ability to form up to five tendrils of chakra (short-long, -30 chakra for first tendril, -5 chakra for addition tendrils) that change to whatever element they touch. However, if they touch a Kekkei Genkai the user doesn't have or cannot control (Ex: Lava, Magnetism, Boil, Steel, etc.) the element is only sustained on the tendrils for one turn and after that, the duplicate vanishes and the technique must be performed again to get another duplicate. Copying an element counts as a technique in your turn.

Unnatural Conversion: After cloning the weapon with the original technique (Unholy Rebirth), the user can use the second phase (Unnatural Conversion) and join their weapon at the ends. For example: swords can be joined at the hilt for greater reach, nunchucks can become joined for greater reach, etc. If being used on a custom weapon that wouldn't make any sense to become joined (ex: a ring, gloves, necklace, belt), this jutsu cannot be performed on it. During this, the same rules apply as Unholy Rebirth, however the tendrils cannot be activated at all once this is used.

Description: Gangerene is a beautiful jade colored snake with deep red eyes who is completely submissive to Moxxi and respects her as a person and shinobi. Although rather small compared to other well known snakes, such as Manda, she is about the length of ten grown adults and is extremely fast and agile. What makes Gangerene special is that she is able to function easily under water for extreme amounts of time and under the pressure of water techniques, which makes her able to withstand A rank and below water techniques. The nature of her scales makes her immune to non-solidified fire techniques. She comes equipped with a sword called Mizu no Torikuru (Water Trickle), which usually resides in her mouth or digested until needed for battle, that allows her to perform up to B rank and below water techniques and rain techniques. This sword is extremely long as is the handle, much like a naginata. Gangerene is able to toss this at a certain point on the field while a rain source is available and the rain will turn immensely sharp and dart towards the sword at all angles. Although the rain coming towards the sword is only C rank, it happens in the blink of an eye and is extremely sharp, giving it no less of a lethal payoff. When summoned, she is summoned with a large amount of water that will fill the field, granting a water source for all parties on the field.

The 3rd form of Creeping darkness . Once activated threads flood to the users right arm covering the whole arm up as the threads exit. An elongated double ended blade forms from the base of the right elbow, turning the users arm into a giant razor sharp cutting weapon. Though the blade isnt metal it is sharp enough to cut through almost anything.

The warrior travels at high speeds which makes it almost impossible to see in some situations. Upon Enter the opponents mouth while there talking or screaming it travels to the opponents lungs .
As the warrior begins inhaling (none stop) all the air the opponent lungs and the continues inhaling the new air causing the opponent to not receive any of the air they are inhaling. The warrior also grows and expands the more and more the opponent gasp for air ultimately causing the opponent to kill themselves faster the more they try to inhale air. Once the warrior has inhaled enough air from the user its size will burst open the opponents chest as the warrior disappears.

Description: Omoridō is an activation-type technique that can be utilized with either normal chakra, lightning-type chakra, or wind-type chakra. This technique employs the concept of chakra flow in a manner similar to the rasengan but unique in form. This form is rather to spin the sword's handle quickly between their hand's grip which they coat with chakra (only on the handle). The chakra rotates the sword so quickly that it's appearance is blurred. To the naked eye it appears like a vibrating rod. The chakra soon becomes so concentrated that blue waves emanate from the handle in a fading wave that could be confused with blue fire. The rotation is so focused that even when held by the user, it will require great control lest the user end up losing control and killing himself in the process instead. To dōjutsu users, tracking the rotation spin is rather difficult but not impossible however it requires great attention to detail. Description: After performing two handseals user gathers lightning chakra in his mouth which he then releases in the form of sphere of lightning, which is of about 1 meter of radius. This ball of lightning then suspends in the air between user and his opponent for about three turns or until users decides to use it for offensive purpose. Then, in every turn when his opponent uses lightning jusu, user waves Ram handseal and this ball of lightning absorbs lightning and stores it, by producing the oppositely charged particles towards the opponent’s side. It then gets bigger and bigger and can grow up to 3 meters in radius.
If desired user can also use it for offensive purpose by waving ram handseal and then shape manipulating the ball in the form of lightning arrow and directing it towards the opponent, which can even pierce through hard rocks.
-Can be used only once in the battle.
-Ball can stay in the air for only three turns and can absorb 4 A-Ranks jutsus at the max, which are in the form of projectiles only.
After absorbing 4 A-Rank jutsu, ball will disappear.

-Declined- The process by which the technique absorbed is fundamentally flawed. Opposite charges would only result in an attraction, it wouldn't result in your jutsu becoming stronger. In actuality it would get weaker and so this will only neutralize a maximum of two A-Ranks rather than the four you're going for. I'll only allow chakra absorption for elements which have displayed that ability (mainly Water but also Earth if you have a Jirobo bio). If the absorption is too advanced, I will only allow it for characters which have displayed the ability to absorb chakra.

He then shape manipulates this ball to form stacked plates of lightning(of disk sized) that can be made suspend in the air between user and his opponent or sideways (decided by user), for about three turns or until users decides to use it for offensive purpose. Number of stacked plates are determined by the user and are based on the number of stacked plates. Point to note here is, rank of each stack plate reduces, as number of stacked plates are more(2 stacked plates of A-Rank, 4 stacked plates of B-Rank, 8-stacked of C-Rank and 16 stacked plates of D-Rank). User can then use them to attack his opponent in the form of disk of lightning or can use those plates to defend himself from the upcoming attack.
If opponent attacks the stacked plates using S-Rank lightning tech, then the techniques cancel each other. For other elemental attacks, elemental interaction logic follows. User can also join lower ranked plates to form single S-Rank disk, which can be used to defend or can be used to attack the opponent, depending upon user's will.

Description:
Adam and Eve are a pair of mute swans that are always summoned together in a battle. Mute swans are generally known for their intelligence and their aggressive behavior. Adam and Eve are no exceptions to this.
They are basically husband and wife pair, that share a lot of love for each other and are said to be like mother and father figure for all other swans(just like Ma toad and Pa toad are for toads). They are characterized by swimming with their long neck curved into an S and often holding their wings raised slightly above their backs. Their physical appearance can be seen in the picture below(refer to the spoiler picture in the description of power of love genjutsu).
To summon them user waves Ram -> Tiger handseals, draws his hand and then slams his hand on the ground. Out of the pair, Adam is pretty aggressive summon and hence is mostly responsible for performing offensive water jutsus, on the other hand Eve is known for her smartness and generally is responsible for performing defensive water jutsus. Adam also carries a small tonto with him, which he ties just beneath his wings. He can use that tonto to perform kenjutsu. Eve is pretty smart on other hand and can use her smartness to cast genjutsus on her opponents. Together they can perform a unique genjutsu called as 'power of love'.
Power of love:
Power of love is a unique A- Rank genjutsu, which is performed by Adam and Eve together, when they get into their mating position when they are in water source, shown in the picture below.

After getting into this position, they trigger a visual genjutsu. In this genjutsu, the opponent will see their loved one appearing in front of them and gazing straight into their eyes with the feeling of love. After that, opponent will see that the user will trap their loved one in a water prison and will kill him/her using water pillars. Opponent in reality is immobilized and hence won't be able to save his/her lover and this will be put him/her in huge mental stress. It will be A rank genjutsu and can be only performed by Adam and Eve and not by the user.
Restrictions:
-Adam and Eve are always summoned together and one can't summon them individually. Although if one is harmed and made to disappear, other still stays in the battlefield.
-'Power of love' can only be performed once in the battle and can be layered with other genjutsus, including user performed genjutsus.(provided that layering follows genjutsu layering principles).
-Adam and Eve can only perform water jutsus till B-Rank individually and Kenjutsu and Genjutsu till user's rank.

Description: On the user's limbs there are five different colored seals bearing the kanji, 宮, for palace. Each colored seal represents a different element, and four sets are placed on the user's skin (one on each of the arms and legs). When an attack approaches the user, they will focus densely molded chakra over the entirety of the desired limb. This allows the user to make contact with a technique without harming themselves in the process. Upon contact, the user further focuses chakra into one or a combination of seals (up to two), releasing the chakra within. Each seal releases a separate basic elemental chakra, infusing the barrier with said element(s). The chakra transfers from the user arms and rapidly forms around the entirety of the incoming technique, mixing with the released chakra from the seal. When jutsus which empower other jutsus are used, they tend to add damage to offensive jutsus, whilst having zero, to no affect on supplementary and defensive technique. However, with the activation of this jutsu, when damage using jutsus are used alongside defensive techniques, the chakra added (has to be able to add at least +10 damage points), is converted and used to empower the defensive jutsu, allowing it to counter techniques one rank higher than their usual capabilities, whilst still adhering to their strengths and weaknesses. ~ Can only be taught by Erzo. It can be used three times per battle, lasting a maximum of five turns if not deactivated early. Once used, must wait 2 turns before using again. This jutsu is activated instantly, allowing the user to use it alongside defensive jutsus in the same time-frame.

Description: Much like his brothers Tate Eboshi technique. Mangetsu has his own unique version that uses his hydrification technique with a large water source to vastly increase his size and power. After using his Hydrification Technique to merge with a water source, Suigetsu can form a giant wave that looks like a demon-like fish. Suigetsu can use this form to battle larger opponents, or he can use it to shield allies from attack. Though it was strong enough to physically push back Killer B in his Tailed Beast Mode, it was not strong enough to withstand a point-blank range Tailed Beast Ball, which rendered Suigetsu unconscious, causing him to fall into a jelly-like state. However Mangetsu's version allows him to take the form of a large Kappa, or a water demon. Wielding his Hiramakerei in it's giant S rank form charged with chakra. In this form Mangetsu has enhanced kenjutsu and water release damage and his hydrification forms bonus is enhanced allowing him to create all S rank and below water jutsu using his body as a water source.

This allows the user to create sounds of explosions, weapons flying through the air, or even mimicking the Sound of a person, which the user had encountered before, the possibilities of sounds created are near endless as sound is merely vibrations and rarefactions, which can be imitated by recognizing the frequency and amplitude, and then mimicking it. The technique works this premise, that Sound users listen to subtle vibrations caused by every sound around them, which allows them to mimic it with their chakra. Even though the technique does not cause damage, it can be very important in battle to a tactician, or simply to fool others by using the voice of your enemy.

Description: Named after the fall of angelic beings, this Genjutsu requires the user to form four hand seals. After doing so, the Genjutsu starts by the formation of one, to three orbs of light about the size of a basketball, manifesting anywhere up to Mid range from the user. These orbs of light attract the opponent's attention towards them, as they form from pure light, to angelic beings with demonic faces, the size of normal people. Their bodies are enclosed by their massive white wings, and they carry spears of various colors on their backs, or in their hands. They are capable of moving with quite some fast speed due to their wings, within the illusion. As the opponent faces the angelic fallen, their wings flap open in a flash of light, revealing a demonic face on their stomach, complete with a mouth and red glowing eyes. The face then screams with a raging voice, akin to a Sound technique. This would constrict the opponent's bodily movements within the Genjutsu as they believe its a Sound Genjutsu like A Thousand Years of Torture of a Banshee which causes pain and agony, and also temporary paralysis. This allows the other fallen, or if one is created, to simply launch or thrust their spear into the opponent. These spears, are however, colored and act as a method of inducing a certain illusionary aspect each onto the opponent. The spears are colored according to a certain basic element, a red spear for Fire, a blue spear for Water, a green spear for Wind, a brown spear for Earth and violet spear, for Lightning. Upon being impaled with the spear, the opponent would be tricked into believing that they cannot use the element of that corresponding color they have been impaled with, for as long as they are trapped within the illusion. After a single turn, the Genjutsu would cause extreme mental stress on the opponent's mind due to being impaled by the spear and the pain perceived from the screams, and thus cause them to take 60 damage.

Not too keen on the paralysis aspect of the technique coupled with the nature sealing. Within the illusion the environment is completely under your control. Nothing your opponent can physically do can avoid the effects of the illusion with exception to actually breaking the entire illusion. Nevertheless, this technique's purpose as you'd outlined it is to paralyze and restrict the nature you decide. Your technique is conspicuous and that's likely why you induce the paralysis aspect of the technique so it's not so easy to break.

If you want to cause an effect without worrying about your opponent noticing it's an illusion (bar metagaming which you can call out)or breaking it right away with some other jutsu inconspicuousness is your golden key. While genjutsu is imaginative remember one of the key goals is to make it blend with reality. You're fooling your opponent.

Anyway, since this technique stays in play until it's broken the user will need to break through it and you can create up to three spheres you can seal up a lot of elements with the ambiguity in your wording. You could seal up many of the common elements used for full body surges and that would prevent people from breaking it period despite this being a really pathetic illusion in construction. Technique is exploitable so fix it.

Sucks that I like you doesn't it? Means you get it worse.

Description: This technique was developed to enable other people to hear as great as the user by developing a way to use the technique "Inner Sonar" on other people. Through the development of this, the user realized in the mist of trying this, they could actually use this for offensive purposes. The user will simply make a noise from any part of their body (be it a whistle, blowing, clap, etc) releasing their sound chakra into the ear drums of the opponent. This technique will cause the opponents ear drum to hear 10X louder then normal. This is bittersweet, as they can hear things from afar, but now their hearing is very sensitive to sound. Due to the ears being sensitive to sound, any loud noise that is made, (Via shouting, Clapping, Lightning Jutsus, Etc) Will hurt the opponents ears dealing mental damage to their brain throwing off their balance and concentration. With this technique active while caught in a genjutsu, this will dispel the illusion due to the pain, of equal rank of this jutsu or below. Making genjutsu essentially useless of this technique is active on the opponent.

A kunai stab to the hand would feel like you smashed your whole hand. Doing monstrous damage.

Description: This technique is very similar in its core concept to the child version "Pains of sensitivity" but different in its output. Developed by the same way the user learned to create a technique that can strike a foe, and even if it misses, it could still effect the opponent. The user will create a bow and arrow made from pure chakra, taking a purple color to it. The user will then shoot the bow and arrow towards the opponent, which shoots off at a very fast pace (Similar to a lightning technique). This arrow is strong enough to pierce the human body with ease, being fatal if struck. The main effect of this technique come from after the bow lands. The bow once it strikes a surface will explode into a void purple explosion the size of a soccer ball that will linger for awhile. This void explosion is unique as it tethers anybody within 5 meters of it with a chakra source and can tether up to 3 people. Once tethered, just like the child technique, it would cause the chakra inside the opponent to resonate very violent, making their body majorly sore to the touch (Similar to guy in 7th Gates) making them majorly sensitive to pain making a simple pluck to the head feel like somebody punch you very hard. In addition, tethering drops the speed of the opponent movement in half, due to the heavy nature of the chakra shrouding the opponent making it harder for them to simply dash out of the tether but very possible.

Description: Hanshou is the offspring of both Katsuya, and Sendo (custom slug summon), being one of the two prodigys of the slug family. Hanshou is gray in color and is very soft spoken but very aggressive if need be but always have a soft spot for their owner. Hashou is even able to swim underwater for long periods of time. Hanshou has white and black zig zag lines that travel down his whole body. Hanshou is said to share similar traits to both his mother and father but even have abilities that surpass them both. Hanshou is very skilled at sensing, being an elite amongst all the slug summons. The sensing being able to rival that of an uzumaki, being able to decipher different types of chakra be it chakra nature or a person and even able to mask/hide their chakra from detection and anybody within his body. Hanshou very much like his mother can heal but due to the lack of extra chakra (like the white seal) Hashou will take the chakra from his owner, and mix it with his own, healing an ally by +40 per turn, and if Hashou is healing the user, Hanshou will simply give up his own chakra, healing the user by +20 per turn. Hashou size can be altered without the need of splitting up his body. This can be used for evading purpose, in the matter of dodging an attack, or offensive purposes such as crushing the enemy. He can grow in 3 sizes. Pocket size, where he can be on your shoulder, Riding size, enough to fit one person inside his body (this can be used as a healing method) or their parent size (The size of katsuya). Hanshou isnt a very offensive summon as he can only spit out acid from his mouth similar to his mother but weaker.

Description:
This is a Close Combat Technique which uses the ability to draw things using Wind but on a more powerful scale. This technique has two applications where the user will manipulate the wind to rapidly pull either themselves or a target within Short to Mid range in a linear direction. When used on a Target the user will extend their hand and make it seem as if they are going to grab something, they do this for the entire pull until when the target is right next to them then will punch with their other hand with all the built up wind used for the pull now strengthening the punch and launching the in range target through the air with great power, can be used to launch large rocks.

When this technique is used to pull the user it only has an effective range of 5 meters, making this one only a short range use. The user will use the wind to pull them forward and get into close range so they will crash into a target, can be used to rapidly pull them to the floor and cause a crater in the area when punched, causing the ground to buckle and any opponents to fall over with range. When used to rush forward to directly punch a target, it will cause major damage, enough to shatter bones.

The User Forms a Lightning in the Shape of behind their back and raise their arms, calling forth a giant column of energy about 5 meters in circumference down upon the Battlefield to smash into the earth or onto their target. This would easily tear the earth apart, however the technique does not finish here, once it hits the ground it spreads out - like it is conducting through the earth the lightning spreads throughout the battlefield up to a 15 meter radius. The Lightning that spreads outwards will look similar to a wall of flames, they do not spread out omnidirectionally, there will just be many of them scattering around, so the user can have the walls of lightning miss them, however what they cannot dodge is the Paralysis caused by the harmless lightning travelling through the ground - this also effects the opponent once the lightning hits the ground, causing ONLY their legs to be paralyzed.

- Because of it's scale, the technique can only be used twice.
- No Lightning Jutsu in the same turn
- Has a Three Turn Cooldown
- Paralysis doesn't work on Lightning Specialists

The webs are very thin and can be hard to spot without doujutsu.

How exactly is your chakra the one being used for the threads? All you're doing is summoning the spiders, your chakra has nothing to do with the webs they spin. Also the web would only indicate something's location if the web itself is intact and the spider is connected to it. The target and the spider(s) need to be connected.

Description: The user forms a single handseal and gathers his senjutsu chakra from the nature around him. He will make the chakra anywhere in range, form shackles or bands around the target's body, similar to leg weights or its equivalent for the arms. These bands never touch the target's body directly, but will form an inch away from their body, while adding pressure and force downwards as if too much gravity was acting on the target body. Their functions however, are similar to that of the Leg Weights; in the sense that they are created to slow down the target. Even if the bands created contain no offensive power to it, they will aid the user by reducing the target's speed to 1/3rd of their base speed. This involves both running and movement speed. So even if the opponent uses Modes to enhance his speed, his speed will be brought down to 1/3rd of his base speed, which would prove to be a disadvantage for the target.

Description:Void blade is a sword Found by zero karoshi when he investigated a old ruin hidden in a cave. he found a sword that when he picked it it transformed into a black tungsten ring tungsten is a very dense heavy and hard material.when he wondered what whould happen if he molded chakra into the ring he did so and it transformed back into the sword he found but it had a new polish and looked like it had been sharpened. anyway it hs two mode Sword mode which is just a extra sword really besides the fact its heavy as hell as its made of tungsten just like the ring making it hard to destroy and even if it is it can regenerate in ring form with the cost of 30 chakra.

Any minor wounds to the blade like chips or small cracks will heal passivly without any chakra costs if switched to ring form with a wait time of 1 turn for them to heal.

Description The Sword of Eternal Lightning is a sword created by an unknown blacksmith somewhere in the Land of Fire. Nobody has ever seen or met the blacksmith and until now, no one had known of the sword. Minato Aburame found the sword while searching through abandoned Akatsuki Hideouts, and decided to keep it in place of his normal Katana. The sword is sealed in the form of a glove (see below). The sword can be released from it's sealed form by saying the words "shock and awe," after which the glove will transform into the sword with a bright flash of light.
Abilities of the sword It is almost the exact same thing as channeling Chidori through a sword, except it doesn't have the same cutting power, but it still has the numbing effects and does not cost a move to use as this is a passive ability. As an addition to the blades affinity to lightning, when it absorbs a lightning jutsu, it passively heals whatever damage has been done to the blade. Also giving it the ability to send an electric shock wave out 5m by stabbing it into the ground. The shockwave travels across the ground in a perfect circle around the user. The sword also is rather light, giving those with permission to use it a much easier maneuverability with it. But if someone who doesn't have permission or kenjutsu mastered tries to lift it, they will not be able to even get it an inch off the ground because of electric forces holding it down.
Note: The weapon stays in glove form until activated, which costs a move. The Sword remains until it is reverted back into glove form.
Note: Deactivation doesn't cost a move and can only be used every other round.
Note: Can only be used by Sam and those he gives permission to.
Note: Healing ability can only be used 4 times per battle with a 2 turn limit between uses.

These rods feel similar to the rods that were pierced at Nagato's back when he was connected to Gedo Mazou. On his command, the rods will fly in and pierce the target's body at a very high speed. Although they do cause considerable piercing damage to the target, the main intention of the rods is to channel natural chakra into the target's body. This will cause the targets to turn into a stone with animal features (Toad/snake etc.) should they not be able to handle the natural chakra. Should the user wish, he can restrict the natural chakra from getting in completely by remotely controlling the flow of natural chakra. This would make only the part of the body that was pierced to become stone. This method is mostly used for interrogation purposes.

The user will activate this technique, which allows him to preheat his chakra, or channel his chakra into his fire techniques, that would substantially increase its temperature, to more than twice. When this happens, water molecules which come in contact with this fire will simply produce an insulating vapor that will restrict it from interacting with the fire energy, and making it difficult for it to douse the energy. In essence, the fire, since it does not interact with the water molecules the way it did previously, will overcome its weakness to water and play on equal terms in terms of elemental interactions. The technique activates instantly, as it contains no offensive powers of its own. Also, since the fire was heated to such a high temperature, the target will receive double the damage as compared to normal fire techniques (applicable only up to A Rank techniques).

Not entirely sure of this technique being applicable to actual plasma-based elements like fire. I can agree with this in regard to solid objects, but not necessarily fire. Give me more reading with it next time if you intend to resubmit this in order to get a better idea if it's even possible with fire itself.

Reduce the rank to B and take out the range information since this is a supplementary technique. It'll be whatever range the jutsu you apply this to is. This should only be applicable to one technique at a time, there is no 4 turn lasting effect.

Description: This is a simple illusionary tactic mainly used to prolong or change the effects of real actions. Although the technique can be performed without any handseals (in short range; needs seal of confrontation for higher ranges), it can only help the user by creating simple illusions, which are not difficult to believe in. For example, on droping a smoke bomb. The action of dropping the item will put the target in an illusion. It may seem that the smoke bomb had a chain reaction and is now covering up the entire battlefield with smoke. Similarly, when an explosive tag explodes, it only creates limited amount of destruction. However, with the user's actions, he can make it seem that the destruction was large scaled, causing damage to the target (mental damage in reality). Now this technique does not limit itself to prolonging the effects of any action. New illusions can be created by simple actions like swinging their hands like throwing a kunai, or creating replicas of a thrown object when in reality there is none. This technique is very useful when fighting close range, helping the user to mask his real attacks (taijutsu moves) when the target is expecting something different. The illusion basically masks all actions in reality while planting a fake action in the mind of the target. Once the illusion has been planted, the user can change the results in the illusion according to his wishes. For example, he can make the target see that the target's attacks have gone through, when it reality, the attack might've missed. And like most of the illusions, this techniques affects all 5 senses of the target, which makes it possible to fool him to the best of the user's abilities.

The user then activates the seal by snapping his fingers with hands several times, the practitioner creates a blue, cuboid barrier around the head/limb of his opponent or around the object, it's size varying on the extremity it's been placed on. Bringing the palms of his/her hands together, the practitioner emits a signal of chakra into the barrier. When the chakra activates the barrier turns red before "falling away", virtually sliding off the main body and decapitating/cutting off the limb of the victim in the process. This technique can be used against multiple opponents at once so long ast he Kanji seal is placed on all of them. Further more, if the Kanji is placed on the Kunai, the user can stab something or someone with it, and achieve the same effect, covering the effected area and not only the kunai; such as the leg of an opponent. Description: The technique is initiated by having the user grow half of a humanoid skeleton around his upper body. Encasing his torso in bone ribs, shrouding their head in a bone mask shaped like a demon, with two glaring horns standing out above and an extra pair of bone arms above the real arms. These new features emerge with numerous Kanji formulas already spread across them. Once the user activates the seals placed on the bone through the clapping of both hands, they glow red and activate. The Kanji on the left bone arm read "Lightning/Wind/Fire" while the Kanji on the right read "Earth/Water". These as hinted work in the same fashion as the "Fire/Water/Wind/Earth/Lightning Sealing Method" however being pre-prepared, the user doesn't have to waste time writing the element's name and forming the seals. Each hand has a main Kanji in the palm that reads "Seal" it as at this point where the approaching technique is sealed inside of through either hand and stored in the seal network. However each hand can only be used 1 time to seal up 1 elemental attack only. Thus, 2 elements in total can be sealed and only twice (once with each hand). These can seal any elemental (or raw chakra) technique up to A rank (unlike the original which can seal up to S), and once it has done so, the user can activate a seal located at each horn which read "Release". From this point, the absorbed attack can be returned from the horn in the shape of a stream or wave, composed of the same element. Alternatively, the user can use both at the same time and create an elemental combo of A rank, combining both elemental techniques sealed, for a dual elemental attack. The bones naturally have the same steel hardness as any other Kaguya technique, and the appendages can be used as regular arms, be it for close combat and other melee uses and the horns are sharp enough to penetrate objects and people.

This seal is a body type seal that is placed on the users body. With the activation cause by the Boar handsign, this will activate the seal. The activation of this seal will have no visible effects even though it has been activated and sensory ninja can determine this. The user will have all sound that the body produces restricted even speech. The seal in turn will absorb all the sounds the user makes or even that the body makes. From things like spewing elements from the mouth to the muffled noises of making hand signs. It even goes as far to conceal the sound of movement itself. This seal is visible to doujutsu users however the only thing they will notice is that the enemy does not have any rippling sound based effect while moving or using chakra. This seal pulls in any disruptive waves and noise from the body that has the seal activated. This does not mean the user can absorb sound attacks.

This seal is applied to the user's bio.

Description:
This Jutsu is used in conjunction with a round shield. The user will place a specific wind based kanji on the inside of there shield. Then throwing the shield up into the air above the enemy, the user will perform the Bird hand sign once the shield is above the enemy. The shield will hover in the air and a wind type barrier will surround the enemy in a 10 meter diameter. This barrier has compressed air inside it that is so dense its becomes harder to move freely. The speed of anybody inside the barrier will be reduced by 3x This barrier will only effect living organisms and will put strain on the body muscles. It's so dense that a user cannot even lift there arms and walking is a strenuous task to deal with.

Final blow:
The user after setting up the barrier must form three more hand signs unlocking the three scrolls held in the strap of the shield. The scrolls will burst open ripping apart the strap holder, and out from the scrolls will drop a 9 explosive tags ( three from each scroll. These tags will float down into the barrier from the shield, and the user does the confrontation sign and the Tags will explode. This will cause the compressed dense wind inside to act like a bomb and blow a hole in the earth similar in size to Deidara's c3.

Restrictions:

+ Barrier remains active for two turns

+ once the barrier is depleted the shield will drop down to the ground.

+ cannot use wind while this is active

+ must have a shield to utilize this Jutsu.

Description: After the opponent comes in the vicinity of a fire jutsu, or something that emanates heat, the user will trap the opponent in a genjutsu. After being placed in the genjutsu, the opponent will start to sweat profusely. The sweat will weigh down on their body to point that they will weighed down onto the ground, and will be unable to lift themselves up from the ground. In reality, the opponent will be laying on the ground unable to move.
