Kurama would be free, the Leaf would lose what's probably it's most successful leader(hence the metropolis),
his body would have valuable Hashi cells and because he's so well known and liked plenty characters will be saddened.

Meanwhile no one but Leaf members would even care for Sasuke's death.
Naruto having Kurama is already a bigger problem than Sasuke having Rinnegan.

You can destroy the rinnegan after the user dies.

Naruto dies, there goes the peace and stability. Without no one to maintain it, the world slowly slips back to where it was before, chaos. The 9 bijuu Naruto befriended, and kept idle, are targeted weapons again with Naruto not there to protect them, causing turmoil for them to rebel and attack. The good ties and bonds The Leaf has with the villages are are snipped, because someone would be bound to pull a stunt now that the most powerful Kage is dead.
