Scorch is esstially fire in a sense, just used with wind to effect moisture. Use water in large amounts and it will extinguish the heat, don't get hit by the orbs and keep your distance just in case.

Simples, avoid the explosion. Most blast jutsu involve contact with something that will detonate, keep away. Or with your hyuuga bio just spin and push the explosion away, or you can see the chakra in the blast jutsu so you can avoid it that way also.

I've never actually been a hyuuga myself, but the answer your looking for is based on how you like to fight. If you want to use genjutsu more, sharingan is the way forwards for you. Hyuugas can track aswell, you can later go for the tenseigan, it all just depends on you. If i didn't have MS i'd go for hyuuga if i wanted a doujutsu due to the gentle fist style that comes with it, 360 vision and the tracking that come with it.

Well, i can use genjutsu with my moves but Taijutsu.. i dont like to go in a cqc but still i like to use gentle fist but i use it when i get a blind spot so i won't be in danger if i miss my shot...

That's a waste in all honesty. It's hard to block an attack as fast as a tai move as it's right in your face. where as ranged attacks give you more chance and time to dodge and counter them

As the ground turns to mud, Jiraiya extends his right leg and quickly begins to spin in a kicking motion. Due to his rotation he rises up off the ground in a vortex of motion like a helicopter in the sense moving forwards in the process towards you. Now lets break down your move. Your first jutsu, using the swamp. That's a good start. It's hard for people to counter the swamp and attack at the same time. Though a method to doing this is:
Release a 360 blast of wind pushing the mud away from you in a tidal wave of earth/wind combo. Saves you from the swamp and sends a combo at them
Now you said you make the swamp. You mention the speed, that's good, but you didn't mention the size of the swamp, the thickness of the mud, the depth of it. All these details really effect how someone can counter. If it's not deep, i just create a D rank earth pillar to get out of it. If its deep but not large i just use hurricane fist. If it's very liquidy, i wont use lightning as it could shock me. Detail is everything.
Now your next jutsu, a head on lightning attack. Easy enough to counter head on attacks like this, no trouble here. If i used the wind like in my example your lightning would be useless. You need to think in the rp in this way:

Now under the assumtion that your opponent will always try to use the element that is strong to your first jutsu, for your second jutsu you use an element that is strong to your first jutsu's weakness.
Example:
Your first jutsu = earth
Opponents logical counter = lightning
So as your second jutsu, use wind, this will deter them from using lightning in the first place.
Example 2:
You use fire
Logical counter = water
second jutsu, used earth to attack
Example 3:
first jutsu is wind
Logical counter = fire
