Okay.

Miata uses her newfound power to open a small, black crack in the sky by spreading her hands apart (Don't think that is necessary, though? You can do it by just wanting it to open, right? No commands with hands or anything?), which opened in an oval shape, like an evil eye but eventually opened into a perfect black portal with a bright purple trim around it. It was deathly silent, to her surprise. She had opened it a few meters above her master's head. But that was the easy part. She used her angry and perhaps aggressive state to keep her connection to the keigoku alive. She calls it forth from the moon and it comes out of the portal but it was light and in an almost smoke-like state, although it was simply keigoku, just not enough as she wasn't of enough skill to summon a sufficient amount. However, she still completed the task her master gave her. Perhaps next time, she would be able to summon a more desired amount.

Good, good and yes, the portals can be opened with no hand movements needed. Keigoku takes on the characteristic color of a deep, dark purple with a black tint to it. You've established a good connection and successfully opened a portal. These portals are pretty useful and can be opened at any time without costing a move in the time frame ( however Keigoku can't flow through without the effect of a jutsu ) and are hard to see through, though they don't block chakra sensors from sensing you.

At this point, you are considered a Scourge. Your keigoku does 25% more damage than a Seer's, but it can't pass through anything. At this point, you can be considered a full member of the Clan and as such, we get to travel to Minas Morgul soon. Let's go, shall we?

*begins walking towards Land of Demons*

As a full member, you get to wear our Clan robes. These robes are completely black, fashioned like the Akatsuki robes with the mark of the Jyuubi on the upper back of the robe. The color of the emblem depends on rank of wearer. The Head of the Clan has an emblem the color of deep purple. Clan Council have the color of bloodshot red. Black Knights have the color royal blue. Paladin's have green, Scourge gold and seers have pure white emblems, signifying their inept ability with Keigoku.

*hands you a robe with a gold insignia on it*

Besides the robes, what else have you heard about the ranks?

*Reluctantly follows you and takes the robe...* :|

Nothing besides the margin between their abilities and who votes on who gets in and who doesn't. I know the Black Knights and up get some very cool and powerful abilities. That's all I have really heard.

Analysis type it is, then.

Now, ranks in the clan. They start with Seer, the lowest ranking members, the ones who just joined the clan. After that, we get the Scourge rank, and that's where you are now (yay for you). They are basically the pawns ( :coffee: ) and I spent a large amount of time in that ranking >_>. After that, we get the Paladin rank, where you are right under the Black Knights and above the Scourge, at this point, you are pretty powerful already. Then comes the Black Knight rank, where I am currently situated. We are the fighting force of the clan, and there can only be four of us, at most. Second last, the Clan Council, these guys (or girls >,>) are pretty bad ass, and they are extremely knowledgeable in Keigoku and have quite some mastery over it at this point. They are basically the elite, and there can only be two at a time. Last, we get the Clan Head. The leader, and boss man of the clan.

Currently, our Scourges are you, BlackCrow, Tsukune, Imperfect, Lee and Python.
Paladins are Vision, Edward and Tsuki.
Black Knights are me, Venom and Broly.
Clan Council are Xavier and LoK
Clan Head is Sharingdork (not sure what he and LoK's agreement is here though >_<)

ReXii, Professor Sarutobi and Better were all Clan Council and BK rank at some point, each are inactive in their own way. Idk where Shady finds himself these days >_>

• Clan Head - The leader of the Clan, and the ultimate authority with regard to any Clan decision. The leader is also the strongest at the Clan techniques, and the most skilled.

• Clan Council - Two members aside from the Clan Head, who perform as the joint head in the Clan Head's absence, and are sought for adivce by the Head before he makes any decisions regarding the Clan. The two Councilmen are typically extremely wise and knowledgeable.

• Black Knight - The most powerful warriors of the Nekura are drafted into the Black Knights. At any given time, there may be only four of these, and they are under the direct control of the Clan Head. Consider them his personal guard or task force.

• Paladin - The second tier of powerful warriors, who are slightly less skilled than the Black Knights. They are the strikeforce during wars.

• Scourge - The rank and file of basic warriors who know a few of the clan's skills and are not experienced at using them. They constitute the maximum number of people.

• Seers - A non-fighting class, they are drafted in to research or spy as the case demands. They will fight during wars, however they are not typically very skilled at fighting per se.

Cool beans. Now, we'll move on to the techniques. I want you to analyze the technique, giving me everything about it from strengths and weaknesses, to how you would use it, and if its cool >_>. You might have many questions, so list them as well. I'll explain the technique thoroughly, I just want you to do try it first.

( Nekura Ichizoku Hijutsu: Zokugie ) - Nekura Clan Secret Technique: Unholy Conversion
Type: Supplementary
Rank: A
Range: Self
Chakra: 30 (+10 per turn)
Damage: N/A
Description:
Once the Nekura casts this technique, it generates a small portal in front of him. From then onwards, whenever he shoots out a technique from him or from in front of him, a little Keigoku goes from the portal into the technique ( i.e., if he uses a fireball, a sphere of Keigoku, tennis-ball sized hides inside the fireball, and attacks the opponent as well when the fire hits him, or even if the fire is blocked, it needs to be blocked as well ). However, it does not work when techniques are being cast that come from other directions ( such as spikes from under the opponent, or wind from the sky ) as the portal is not near them.
Since the amount of Keigoku used is small per technique, it only gives the opponent a headache and makes him lose concentration for a few seconds if it hits, however the effects stack- i.e, if the first time he loses conentration for two seconds, the next time his already weak mind loses focus for four, then six, and so on.
No Forbidden-rank Nekura techniques may be used while this is active.

Okay I was actually confused about this but it's actually pretty simple. I just misread. Anyway, you cast a portal in front of you and basically as you cast basic techniques through it, those techniques pick up a little keigoku from the portal and the effects are as stated in the technique. First time, not too much happens, they get a little confused and a minor headache I believe and then after that, it stacks so each time a technique comes into contact with them, the effects become worse, and worse.

My only question is, can this be used with tai, ninjutsu techniques such as the likes of summoning chains and stuff like that? With tai, I mean summoning a portal, punching through it, having your arm now coated in a little of the keigoku and then the contact does what it would do for the elemental stuff. I would love to use this with ninjutsu involving chains.

Good job, that's pretty much the gist of it. And no, the technique is aimed at working with more projectile based techniques, where things are "shot" towards the opponent, whilst the Keigoku hides within it. So only stuff that travel independently, though the portal, and towards the opponent.

Now, I want you to perform it for me. Focus on the Mark of the Demon, open a portal before you, fire a technique through the portal and manipulate the Keigoku to hide within it. So the higher your rank, even if the projectile is stopped, the orb of Keogoku could still phase through a large amount of matter, to get to the opponent and cause its effects. Simple, yet effective.

Just to clarify, I'm Clan Head. Dork and Broly are Clan Council. L,Venom, and Aizen are Black Knights
Would be cool if someone were to edit the rankings in the clan group :|
I might as well have two teachers.
Ikr >_>

Paimon focuses on her mark intently, opening a medium-sized portal in front of her abdomen, far enough away for her to shoot something clean through it. Without weaving a handseal and with great speed, Paimon raises her right hand in the shape of a "gun" while focusing chakra into it and shoots out a D rank water technique straight through the portal. Although the small bullet of water traveled and looked normal, as soon as it hit the tree not far from where they were standing, the water splashed and the keigoku that was living in the middle surged from it violently, trying to make contact with the eternity of the tree as if it was attacking at its own will. It was a cool sight to see.

Nice job, remember that only sentient beings are affected though. Should have used a clone >_> Anyway, you're like Scourge rank now, and what not. So let's move on to the next technique, shall we?

Type: Supplemenary
Rank: C
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra: 15
Damage: N/A
Description: A simple but effective technique, the Nekura makes three handseals turning any existing Keigoku on the battlefield that he wishes ( such as that from any techniques the opponent dodges ) into a wave of sharp needles that then shoot at the opponent. Whatever the rank of the Keigoku technique this is used on, the needles will be of that same rank.*If struck by the needles, the opponent suffers from drawbacks of the Keigoku attack originally used (common effects are as small as small minor headaches to searing headaches, momentary loss of focus and temporary incapacitation for no more than 10 seconds).
Cannot be used on Keigoku attacks of S-rank and higher
Can only be used four times per battle

Let's talk about this baby. What can you tell me about it, and how do you think you'd be able to utilize it effectively?

Shoot me a VM when you do ^^
Took so long to edit, I can't edit lol. Anyway, I love that technique. So say your technique containing or of keigoku misses or cannot pass through something AKA gets deflected, depending on the trajectory, weaving three seals you can turn that same keigoku into needles that will dart toward your opponent which is pretty damn cool in my opinion. I like needles. And needles of keigoku just seems awesome lol. Although I dislike the S rank thing but that's whatever. Still cool and very useful.

Yeah, plus, Keigoku is silent, so that makes it the perfect technique to surprise the opponent. So best to use when the opponent is busy.

Anyway, I've taught you Unholy Conversion and Cursed Blood Needle Wave. Use them in battle a bit, and show me that you use them effectively. Even if its just one battle, just test 'em out. A practical exercise is a good way to gauge how useful these techniques are, plus, you are the furthest already of all the newbies xD So in the words of Chris, lemme go walk my turtle.
