Description: Archer is one of the guardians of the Columbidae Contract, alongside Arigas Oaks. He has a red colored plumage while the rest of his body is covered in white feathers. He is rather short for his level of size, being 15 meters from head to tail with a wing span of 6 feet. While in Avian Form Archer is rather weak compared to his human form but he makes up for this with is natural strength and agility, being able to move from short range to long in only a few seconds demonstrating his swift speed as well as using his talons he can move with at least one person in them or his back with ease. In human form, Archer takes the form of a young male in his mid-twenties with white hair matching his Avian Form tanned skin with black armor, metal plated shoes and pants. He also wears his traditional bow gloves and red overcoat. In his human form is where his true power is hidden, as on his gloves he has special summoning seals marked “Bow( 弓) on his left hand and on the right marked “Swords”( 剣). Archer’s abilities lay in his Archery, Kenjutsu and Summoning skills, using the right mark on his hand to passively summon swords of many kinds as well as arrows for his attacks. He can use Kenjutsu known to the user up to S-rank, and has his own special move called “Caladbolg” in which he summons a spiral sword and uses it as an arrow instead and fires it at the enemy by fueling a massive amount of chakra into the blade and then releasing it. This is S-ranked in power and can only be done once per battle by Archer or a Columbidae summoner. Archer’s bow is also modified in terms of the string it uses, allows him to fire his bows further away(up to Long Range) and can deal 40 damage points if contact is made with the enemy. He has deep respect for the contract holder.

Description: The user will make a single hand seal, to which the user will summon forth a single hydra head. The hydra head will wrap around the arm of the user tightly but with enough slack for them to move their arm still. Once done, the hydra will begin to secrete poison from inside of its mouth but rather than just leaking down the skin, it will focus the chakra into the poison allowing it to form it into different shapes or weapons such as spears, swords etc, This allows the user to actually utilize the weapon as actual weapons in close quarter combat, and due to being a hydra signer, they arent immune to the effects but are highly resistant to it . The user and hydra has a mental link, can easily order the hydra to reshape the poison without talking to them. If one of the weapons stabs into the enemy, the poison will leak into the skin and start to burn the insides of the flesh. Due to the poison attacking like a real weapon/liquid based attacks, techniques like Lightning Release: Wave of Inspiration can be infused into the poison to supplement the attack.

Description: The user will contact physical objects and place a chakra seal on them. The seal will act as a source for elemental techniques to be created, beforehand the user must place what type of elemental seal they want. From their the seal will activate in two ways: either by the user performing a hand seal, or when foreign chakra is within short range of it. The seal will be released in its source form and then be manipulated into a technique instantly after activation of whatever the user might choose (must be S-Ranks and below). At that moment either the technique will move to attack the foreign chakra in a passive/projectile sense, or the user will decide to take control of its movement in a streaming sense. The technique used along with this jutsu will be relatively untouched.

There's too much going on and there's too much ambiguity. Sealing away an arbitrary technique inside of an object won't do, a similar technique of mine was declined for such a reason. Also, regardless of the technique, further in your technique description you mention how you can stream it if you so desire, which may very well contradict the technique you're sealing. There's no indication of what sort of elemental technique you're sealing. Your activation methods are also unnecessary, you can activate it whenever you want with the clause about the hand seal so why have the passive "if foreign chakra comes in short range" in there? Though I'd prefer the latter method of activation if you resubmit, leaving it to it's own passive activation after the inception would be a more unpredictable outcome for there are several ways to get around that.

Description: The user will place a tag or create an artificial mist, the tag will have a mist coating that appears when activated. Essentially what is created is a mist technique with a special absorption ability, specifically it will absorb the specific infusions or power-ups an opponent might have placed in their own techniques. The mist will simply actively absorb those benefits and leave the jutsu as is without, that is the extent of the technique. Now application wise, the user can make this mist span multiple ranges- long range costs an extra 10 chakra- or they can even localize it on their own techniques within the same time frame so when they clash with each other, they will essentially play on equal terms. The key of activating this technique is when the mist feels chakra that does not belong from the user themselves, this also allows the user techniques to remain out of harms way. The mist will linger around for a set of turns, but realize, it does not have any visual impairment to it, you can see through the mist accordingly. This technique works on any rank beside Forbidden techniques.

There are a variety of different power ups that such a technique wouldn't be able to affect. For example, the passive power ups from certain characters or certain members with abilities like EIG or LW. How will you "absorb" the benefit of stronger muscle or say a natural strength boost from a weapon like the Seven Swords? Also you aren't being slick by saying you and your opponent play on "equal" terms but then say you aren't affected by the technique, thereby meaning if you increased your abilities or techniques, you wouldn't be effected. This isn't even a sealing technique, this is an Absorption Mist technique, a basic concept that's been a lot already. The only difference is your attempt to absorb only jutsu/ability power ups which you go about poorly. Also I'm not approving any techniques that can be done within the same timeframe as another technique as if you can get your two+ techniques off before your opponent does one. There is becoming a surplus of those already. However, as I said this isn't a sealing technique because you're not actually sealing anything or creating a barrier, it disqualifies you from doing so.

Description:The user will form a string three handseals and either slam their hands or stomp their foot on a surface. Upon the stomp or slam, the user will create five identical seals, four of which will be formed scattered throughout the terrain, and one of which will form on the user's back. The seals all bear intricate markings, appearing similarly to ancient markings and kanji, and serve as a means of decoy. The four seals scattered through the terrain transmits the user's chakra through them, causing the seals to "feel" the same as the user does to all methods of sensory. The seals effectively work to confuse or distract chakra sensors, appearing as though the user has made duplicates of himself throughout the terrain. The seals move relatively to the user(If the user moves towards the north, the seals will move towards that direction). Once per turn, the seals "swap" places with each other, feeling as though "copies" of the user are moving along the terrain.

The seals are constructs of your chakra yet they mask you from all forms of sensory because they "feel he same to all methods of sensory" How about the Byakugan who can physically see matter or Inuzuka smelling? How about Naruto's emotion sensory? Let's go custom wise. Gyojin water body detection, Binkan omniscience, Kiyoshi energy sensing? You're telling me that your one precaution of chakra duplication (which has been done before btw) is going to be enough to fool all those methods of detection...

Description: Using the special trait of the spider signers the user will release silk from the middle of their back, the silk will pour forth and begin to take shape. The silk will split into four long strands, each strand will take a position either under her arms or over her shoulders, the strands will then take on the shape of spiders legs, each limb is long enough to lift the user off the ground. These limbs are as strong as steel and can pierce though flesh This will in essence give the user eight limbs. Since these are spider limbs there primary usage is to aid in mobility. The limbs can be used to dodge jutsus within reason.

Description: Each pumpkin bomb is hand sized and as the name implies they look exactly like pumpkins or to be more accurate they look like jack o' lanterns. Each bomb is filled with two things, one being an explosive tag and the second being a special type of venom. The explosive tag gives the bomb a kick and allows the venom to disperse in a wider area. Each bomb has three compartments, each holding a different venom. The user can select the type of venom by activating it with their charka, when selected the other two types become inactive. After selecting the the venom the user can either put the bomb on a timer, by pushing in the stem of the pumpkin, or they can use there chakra to detonate it.

Naxra: This venom is the least potent of the three venoms. Once released this venom creates a thin red mist to hang in the air. The venom can cause minor irritation of the skin and eyes, such as rashes and redness. If inhaled it will irritate the lungs and mirror smoke inhalation.

Axera: The venom, when released, creates a thick dark blue mist. This venom is so thick that it will block the opponents vision. When it comes into contact with the skin it will cause the skin to boil and fester, causing immense pain. If it comes into contact with the eyes it will cause blindness.

Xaxra: This venom is the most potent of the three. It creates a black mist that no light can pierce though. This venom is like acid, it causes the skin to melt, flesh to decay and wither away, eyes to turn to pure liquid. When inhaled causes the lungs to shrivel and die.

Allowing for freeform avoidance of techniques after the fact isn't going to fly, even if you claim small margin. I will allow you to add in a clause that allows you to avoid techniques within a short range of Area of Effect with this technique once every couple of turns as long as it counts to your technique count for that turn.

Second technique any sort of poison or venom extractions that a user can manipulate falls under medical term. A summon itself can have venomous qualities that they can use but not something the signer can extract and/or manipulate themselves.

(Hyouton: Tou Ue Kasn)-Ice Release: Freeze Up Add On

Description: A sister jutsu to meant to increase the jutsus versatility. The user after having already used freeze up will keep their chakra linked to all ice jutsu they create and by making contact with their own ice jutsu will be able to absorb that ice and its chakra by using the link they kept with their ice. This will allow the user to reuse the ice in his own new ice like form being able to create an extra limb made of ice, or increase their size, altough once the jutsu wears off these extra parts will melt away but any chakra regained from absorbing one of his own jutsu will stay.

Note:Absorbing an F rank will allow the user to grow 5 extra limbs or grow 35 meters but not both at once. Absorbing an S rank will allow the user to grow 4 extra limbs/grow 30 meters in height but not both at once. Absorbing an A rank will allow the user to grow 3 extra limbs/grow 25 meters in height but note both at once. Absorbing a B rank will allow the user to grow 2 extra limbs or grow 20 metersbut not both at once, and absorbing a C rank will allow the user to grow one extra limb or grow 15 meters in height but not both at once and absorbing a D rank will allow the user to grow 10 meters in height and repair cracks in their body.

The amount in which you can add on basically makes you the size of a titan. Adding limbs is doable, but growing to such heights that would rival possibly the great earth golem is a bit too much. Also I don't approved of you re-absorbing your own chakra. I mean by the description of your chakra cost you expend the amount of chakra that you used for the technique you're absorbing. This almost sounds like you're negating the chakra use for the technique.

Description: This jutsu is a sister jutsu to Ice release: , and is used only after the user has been shattered either by alittle bit like losing an arm or alot like being completely turned into little pieces of ice. The user will focus his chakra into one piece of the Ice which will become the center piece or the brain the chakra spread will out from the center piece like a spider web one string of chakra attached to each piece of ice. Then using his chakra he'll pull the pieces back together and using the spider web like chakra will repair cracks reforming the jutsu to how it was before breaking.

Note: Can only be used three times per battle
Note: The user can use this for a single limb or their entire body,meaning if you lose an arm last turn and the next turn you shatter completely this jutsu will bring everything back together.

( Suiton/Hyouton:Ya korri kan)- Water release/Ice Release: Melting Ice caps

Description: The user will make a single handsign while gathering a large amount water chakra in his chest. Once the chakra has become large enough the user will spit out the large amount of water chakra as a huge wave while doing so the user will add his ice chakra into it freezeing bits and pieces of the water into ice bergs that can crash into the enemy as the jutsu rushes at them The force of the water crashing down on them along with the ice bergs in the water will leave the enemy to not only protect themselves from the wave but the huge ice bergs aswell which will ram themselves into the enemy if nothing is done to stop them. When it settles the battlefield will have become a complete ocean (50 feet above the ground where the battle field was) with huge ice bergs and glaciers. Finally after the water has settled the user will blow up a piece of the ice bergs with their chakra causing a large piece to fall into the water and melt away making the water level increase 10 feet once again causing the water level to rise and sending waves of water crashing in all directions which will need to be defended against, if the enemy is near an ice berg as a piece falls off of it they can be crushed by it. The Ice bergs are as strong as an S- rank ice jutsu. [/B]

Note: the wave of water and ice that comes from the user is the main attack, melting the ice bergs is a secondary move included in the jutsu that counts towards jutsu count as an S rank water jutsu
Note: The icebergs only melt because the user releases his chakra control over them to force the water up higher and cause tsunamis. The water will starts up at 50 feet before any ice bergs are melted and will increase by ten feet each time
Note: There are many ice bergs which will be heading towards the enemy when the jutsu is activated but only 5 can be used to rise the water level the 5 Ice bergs are: 1 in short range 2 in mid range and 2 in long range melting each one causes a tsunami and a rise in the water level by ten feet but counts towards the jutsu count the wave of water that comes from the ice berg melting counts as an S rank and will take away that much chakra
Note: No water jutsu of S rank in the same turn or the turn after after use and no ice style jutsu of S rank the turn of or the turn after use

Too much going on here. No jutsu should be able to alter the terrain to such an extent. This is essentially a more vast version of Kisame's great exploding wave thingy with the addition of giant iceburgs and glaciers than can be exploded for further S-rank attacks. Tone it down, a lot.

While the jutsu is active they can still use their hands but once the jutsu wears off the hand will go numb and unuseable for the rest of the match. The user will engage the enemy in close combat and attempt to land a blow anywhere to the body wherever the blow lands that body parts blood will freeze cutting off all flow of blood to it and causing immense pain and will become unusable to the affected enemy.


Note: The jutsu can cover the users whole body but doing so will result in death by the jutsus end but if used on the users self no fire jutsu will be able to affect the user and they'll take on a pale blue skin tone with their blood vessels becoming more and more visible each turn

Definitely enough drawback for it to be F-rank, just clarify the bold. How big of an area gets frozen? Can a simple touch cause it? Or does it need to be a strike? How does this interact with other jutsu?

Should the users hand be cut off at any point while the jutsu is active and even after its passed no blood will pour from the wound as its frozen in that area.

You should take out the part regarding you no blood loss if your hands get cut off. If you're transferring this technique to the whole body like you say you can, by the logic you gave for preventing blood loss, it'd be the same throughout your body. If all the blood in your own body is frozen then you're kinda screwed. Also this doesn't make you immune to fire techniques. fire techniques of an adequate equal rank can neutralize your technique. Remember, fire isn't weak to ice it's neutral.

I honestly don't think you need to make this such a high ranking technique. I'm assuming there isn't another sort of technique like this for Ice release, you could create a sort of ice boxing jutsu that just allows you to freeze things on the touch (to a less severe extent) and also spare yourself. Also your sentence structure is pretty bad. Half of your jutsu is one big run on sentence. You should fix that so it's more understandable.

Description: The user will Inhale deeply and begin to pump Wind style chakra onto and into his heart and will continue to do so for the duratuion of the jutsu. With each heart beat a blast of wind will come from all around the users body until the jutsu ends, this will protect the user from any lighting style ninjutsu and even damage enemies if they are close enough to be hit by the S rank version, but would leave them more open for fire style attacks. The user can take it a step further however by adding even more chakra into their heart they will force it to beat more rapidly and violently sending out a blast from all over the users body that reaches mid range, this blast is strong enough to knock down a boss summon it sends out 3 powerful wind blasts that all together equal one powerful wind blast (not 3 separate blasts) before the heart gives off such an indescribable pain that the user won't be able to sustain the jutsu, the jutsu will end automatically if the F rank version is used. Doing this will cause the user to run out of breathe and will begin to pant heavily and make it hard to move their left arm

Too OP, if you're causing a blast of wind every heart beat, purely at your resting heart rate you're releasing several wind blasts within those three turns. In a heated fight when your adrenaline and heart rate are up exponentially, you'll be sending off potentially dozens. If you're maintaining the same rank for every blast you're essentially releasing dozens of S-rank pulses with one jutsu a few times per turn (just based off of the structure of this technique as it is). Also your rank information only accounts for Forbidden Rank usage. You need to tone this technique down a bit. It's a bit weird to generate pulses of wind via your heartbeat but it's doable I suppose.

Being that this armor of tiny crystal scales covers your entire body. The user will be unaffected by A rank and below Genjutsu as this armor would deflect the chakra from being inserted into the person wearing this armour.

I am tempted to send you to remedial genjutsu training and/or find whoever taught you and figure how you got these ideas.

Wind Trumpet: You're creating a large sphere of wind and shooting it to a desired location, that's all your technique is. You make mention that it goes at speeds near instantaneous, however that still isn't quantifiable to do anything significant nor is it anything different than already existing canon techniques that do the same thing.

Your next two techniques are what get me. While I cannot do anything about Roku as the previous version with the genjutsu thing was already approved, I will explain to you the errors in the existing version and let that be my reason for calling it a broken jutsu that I will not allow for you to update. I will also do the same thing for your second technique.

Roku: Regardless of whether or not his fur is naturally statically charged, that is not means to allow him to be "immune" to B-rank and below genjutsu. The conventional breaking methods for gen are pain, kai, external chakra infusion, and chakra surge. His natural static charge is not not something that is causing him pain otherwise he wouldn't function right (or we'd create a case like the Kaguya's who can't use pain release), it's not kai, it's not chakra from a partner, and it's not a surge of his own chakra constantly flowing through him. Even if it was, by the same logic those with Lightning Armor couldn't be put under genjutsu because their chakra is constantly surging out of their body, however that's not the case. This technique was approved despite this, much to my heartbreak. However with this, I won't allow you to resubmit any updates for this technique unless it is to remove the part about genjutsu. However, from my experience, people don't tend to downgrade so be happy with that.

Crystal Armor: The chakra used in genjutsu does not travel as if it is a stream penetrating the body. I will not explain more to you about genjutsu because this isn't a training thread. All you need to know is, by being in armor of any kind, that doesn't give you any immunity, defense, resistance to genjutsu, it will do nothing. I can put you under an E-rank genjutsu while you are in F-ranked Crystal armor if you are in range.

Oh and your sentence structure, Jesus, the first half of your Roku technique is just one long run-on sentence.

Your wording is weird, you say that the ash will continuously rain down and make it sound as though once the cloud is created it will be virtually unavoidable and will kill your opponent. Fix your wording over all. As well I don't get exactly why you're making this sound like a lightning technique. A bolt of ash that can level a ground? Isn't the ground already...level?

I suggest, if you want to keep this high level, restrict the creation to something like: It takes one turn to fully form before using it uninterrupted and user can only use two techniques in that turn or something. Honestly it's more realistic for techniques that cover the entire field to take a descent amount of time to converge completely. As well, fix it so you don't make it sound like it's raining down everywhere to simultaneously incinerate everything. Not sure how I feel about the non-flammable ash that can burn to cinders...If you're going to cause numbness to your arm, might as well say you can't use that arm for things like hand seals or something if you're going to cause "damage" to yourself. At this point in our RP (and probably for the entirety of its existence) "-X to user" is pointless as hell. Use actual measurable damage if you're going to use it. While I'm not telling you you have to use all these restrictions, remember, you're making a Forbidden rank technique, you're gonna actually have to sacrifice something.

You already mentioned the power being S-rank in the previous version you submitted, which to me makes the nature of this technique the same with the exception of you reducing the rank so you don't actually have to mention "S-rank in strength". In other words you just re-submitted the same technique but with a lower rank and less restrictions, which would make it more OP.

Keep it S-rank, if you want to keep the tracking mechanism of the technique reduce the amount of turns from 3 to two (or if you reduce the technique to A-rank and I'll allow it for 3 turns). If you're going to have it maintain literally everything, increase your restriction of water release. If it's an S-rank technique no other water techniques while in play. If it's A-rank, no Water above B or C-rank. Those are my suggestions assuming I am the one to check the re-submission.

The user will focus their chakra and activate this justu, altering their earth techniques. These particles have a single ability, upon reaching the enemy they stick to them and siphon chakra from them. Absorbing it to fuel their own growth, quickly getting larger they form into sticky mud that grows to cover the targets body and preventing them from moving. Due to the particles small size on their initial release, they are not affected by the initial clash of techniques and can very easily make their way through through small holes in defences and around obstructions. Due to this techniques dependency on other techniques to function, it can be activated passively in the same timeframe as another technique.

It's a generic blast, I'm almost positive it's been done before. However, even if I give the benefit of the doubt to say that this hasn't been done before down to a key, this is a combination technique. You're mentioning using the sparks to create a fire that wraps around the lightning blast. This should be a Fire/Lightning Release technique and a slightly higher restriction. Try to diversify this technique a bit so you're not just creating a blast of X-element (or XY-elements in this case).

Fr though, speeds equivalent to official Sage? No. I'm reluctant with these type of techniques but I'll allow it. As the name hints towards, 'Kuishinbō tatchi' is a jutsu that is initiated either off of coming into contact with the target or doing a series of 3 hand seals to initiate it from a distance. Once the user touches the target, whether it's through his (user's) hand, leg, elbow etc. he'll release a a baseball sized dark blob of muddy earthen material which will stick to the target. Alternatively the 3 hands seals allow the user to make the blob shoot from the ground anywhere within 15m of himself to stick onto a target. The blob of Earth takes on unique properties of the flammable mud variant of Earth, being very mud-like and sticky to the touch, thus seeming like a ball of swamp material with its dark color and sticky texture. Once the blob is in contact with the opponent it starts to act on its own accord. The blob of mud begins to duplicate itself like a germ of some sort, quickly spreading across the target as it expands to become thicker and heavier by the second. Within a moment's notice the mud would completely ensnare the opponent's entire body, starting to smother and crush him within the mud. Due to the flammable nature of the mud it would be highly reactive to flames, sparks and electricity; catching a blaze and making the mud even more dangerous. The mud doesn't make explosions when it is ignited though, but simply catches on fire to start heating and turning the mud into a molten mud of sorts. This isn't limited to simply being used on a human either, it can be used on summonings or other jutsu within reason (like a stone golem) to ensnare and constrict them with the mud.

As the name hints towards, 'Kuishinbō tatchi' is a jutsu that is initiated purely off of coming into contact with the target. Once the user touches the target, whether it's through his (user's) hand, leg, elbow etc. he'll release a marble sized dark blob of water which will stick to the target. The blob of water takes on unique properties of water, being very viscous and sticky to the touch, thus seeming like syrup with its dark color and sticky texture. Once placed on the target, the blob of water begins to leech off of the opponent's chakra in order to not only grow in power itself but to weaken the opponent while self sustaining it being active. Due to the blob of water continously leeching chakra from the target, as long as the blob is attached to the target all of his/her jutsu would lose a single rank. So with the blob on a target, all of his/her A-rank techniques would be drained to B-rank, Forbidden ranks to S-rank etc. while the blob itself puts the leeched chakra to use. Upon the blob initially starting to leech the opponent's chakra, it's self preservation kicks in and it becomes difficult to get rid of the blob. When trying to forcefully destroy the blob by cutting, crushing, ripping the blob etc. it would defend itself. It would suddenly start to divide itself to avoid damage from the attack, so when trying to cut it, it would simply split into two identical versions on the target, same goes for other attacks within reason. The blob of water isn't limited to being placed onto a human being either. The user can easily place it onto a summon to achieve the same affects, or even another jutsu within reason, i.e. one could use it on a stone golem in order to leech its chakra and weaken it by one single rank as a whole, thus making the blob versatile in what it can weaken.

Kinda want to DNR this and the approved technique. You can technically break the original technique since there is the description stating you can create the blob anywhere within 15m (even on the opponent) and also that it engulfs them in a moment. This is the same. In this technique, however, you state the chakra drains -20 to your opponent per turn as well as reducing the level of the techniques they use. So in essence they lose 20 + a factor of 1-rank chakra due to the power becoming weaker. That is too OP. I'd allow one or the other (I'd prefer the former) with appropriate restriction and I wont' allow for you to manifest it out of nowhere, this will be purely a contact jutsu. Don't be a punk and be too scared fight QC

Regardless of who you are, Kaguya or otherwise, bone pain is one of the worst kinds of pain, especially in this case where the users bone is forcibly broken from within. Afterwards, with the help of their KG, the user will re-duct and mend the broken bone, which causes an equal amount of pain as breaking the bone in the first place (hence the 80 damage points). If the broken bones happen to protrude through the skin, the pierced flesh will be healed in the mending process as well. The entire process only takes a few seconds, however the pain inflicted is severe enough to break the user out of a majority of Genjutsu.

It's base form can be infused with fire chakra heating the blade to 2,192°F if given the command "Burn Okami". When given the command "Hide Okami" it shifts into a light weight hidden blade with vambrace that attaches to the users dominant wrist(Assassins creed style). When given the command "Harden Okami" both Kira and Byoto fuse to form a giant two handed osmium sword with 6ft chain wrapped around users arm and body. In this form the sword has no edge and so cannot cut but can crush and defend against blows dependent on the users rank (can't defend against raiton techs of equal/greater rank). When given the command "Flow Okami" Kira and Byoto turn into sickle while Chi extends into a 12ft chain with a circle in the center. This circle allows the weapon to extend to long range and retract at the will of the user. If this blade is in any way, shape, or form separated from each another they become ordinary katana. If Keji dies without passing off Okami the sword vanishes from the existence.

Description: Ikiru mastering Fuuton and Raiton, he was able to conjurer the thunderclouds to perform feats beyond the scale of normality. The user molds Raiton, for the initial cloud transformation starts out with the similar appearance to that of a feline and then thunderclouds react violently as he summons the micro-bursts. Which isn't a small feat, it's a huge downdraft that moves in anyway opposite of a tornado. Micro-bursts are extremely deadly to all airborne subjects within the area of it's occurrence. Usually found only in strong thunderstorms, there are two types of micro-bursts: wet micro-bursts and dry micro-bursts. Depending on the choice of the user, they can either choose wet or dry gusts. For a wet gusts, it would easily knock out katon jutsu(S-rank) within range. While dry gusts, would similarly hold raiton aspects, knocking out all doton(S-rank) within range. The jutsu will go through three stages in of it's life cycle: the down-burst, outburst, and cushion stage as the ending. The scale and suddenness of a micro-burst makes it a great danger to all within range, due to the low-level wind shear power cause-effect of it's downward gust. The high winds of this jutsu can knock over fully grown trees and/or change landmarks with a single smack onto the surface. A massive amount of repulsive force is placed above the target, crushing everything beneath in an enormous explosion. Dependency on the user, they can maker the jutsu last for a duration of a couple of seconds to several minutes. In addition, after usage seems to disperse the thunder clouds as the sky clears up.
Note: Can only be avoided with time/space techniques or otherwise absolute defenses.

This technique is all over the place. You mention it being a Lightning Wind combination but one of the main factors is the wet burst which you say can easily combat S-rank Katon techniques. The way it sound, it has a water aspect to it, which in reality it would being a microburst. This honestly sounds like a Water and Lightning technique from the way you describe the types of bursts, though you need the wind aspect to create the nature you want. You're trying to create a simulated thunderstorm which can do these microbursts but you'd need more elemental properties to do all of what you're saying.

Description: This jutsu starts as the user generates non-focused electricity from their body as they lighten up from this action as if they're to explode. The encasing burst of ration surged from all over their body is a current that is released as a projection of one's self. The unstable ration clone will simply stay expression-less, and non-active in anyway whatsoever, as it simply is a projection(a process similar to molting). This allows the projection to stay in place even after release either floating in mid-air or however. When releasing, the user is launched backwards(while also in mid-air) in whichever direction of stationing of the projection from their previous place. The projection's out-coming is powerful enough to push both parties away from each other, even if they were to be holding hands. The unstable ration clone isn't tangible to touch because it's pure electricity that isn't focused, but is manipulated to take shape and form. It doesn't kill on contact, instead it has outstanding shocking, numbing, and paralyzing effects as a packed current of ration, process is quite fluid and fast.

This blade is the most treasured item from Rai Uchiha, the prized possession of when he was alive. Having been in command of a group of his clansmen, it is presumable that Rai had capable leadership skills. He was a capable swordsman, even with one eye blinded. He also showed a noticeable amount of physical strength, being able to shatter the ground with a single strike of his sword. When death took him, his sword was passed onto his children soon they too passed on the sword. The very death of the Uchiha clan, resulted in treasures to being sold off to whoever would be interested. Years to pass, the sword ended back into a Uchiha home. Soon Ikiru's father presented the sword to him, with simple his understanding of where it came from. Since the massacre of the Uchiha clan, it's whole history of the sword is not known to Ikiru or anyone as Ikiru knows only it's a Uchiha sword.

Abilities of the blade:

╳ This blade once drawn would draw up water from the ground forming water sources with in two turns anywhere on land(passive). This is a very unique trait for a sword to carry which gave note that this blade could tap into natural aquifer's in the ground. The water sources are fairly large in size which is why it takes two turns for the blade's natural water ability to activate. Water attacks used by this water blade will go up one rank giving the sword based water attacks a boost in power and size of the jutsu.

The hilt of this sword has a water gem built into it which can store chakra for self sufficient use. The blade edge of this blade will always have a self sufficient coating of water chakra on the edge. This coating of water chakra leaves the blade edge with a sticky cold edge. It can slash through B rank fire (non exploding) directing the technique off to the sides. With the stickiness of the edge will help with the absorption ability. When the user of the sword strikes an enemy or something an enemy is touching the water sucks -20 chakra from the enemy with every contacted strike. This form is very intricate and also unique to user who developed the ability.

Restrictions:
+ Can only make one water source per turn.

+ Takes two turns to draw up from underground a water source(6 turns the terrain will become an ocean).

+ Slashes/cuts of an enemy with this sword, will result in A rank damage causing chakra drain and fatigue.

Not approving this as a chakra absorbing blade. You have a contradiction which says you can create one water source per turn in the restrictions but say it takes two turns. Limit the creation to only one water source. A weapon like this is also going to need a chakra cost. Change rank increase limitations so it only goes up to S-rank

I'm not entirely sure what you're saying because of the incoherent wording. You make it sound as though there is more than one usage of the technique when, from what I can tell, you're only releasing fire from your fist in the shape of a phoenix. "opponents" not "opponent's" but that's syntax. Punching x-element out of your hand is by no means original...

There are quite a bit of tremor like genjutsu techniques that exist already. Based on what's here there isn't much expanding on the idea so unless you're going to give some innovative twist to it, I wouldn't suggest resubmitting, even then there may not be much you can do.

"throwing the opponent and user up and down unable to focus" this is incredibly vague and gives no quantifying detriment to one's opponent. What does their inability to focus mean in regard to what they can or can't do?

"goes on for like 15 secs" If you've battled before you'd know we don't quantify time in this manner. Some old techniques have it but even then it wasn't something easily converted.

Work on your sentence structure.

Like the idea, but it's still a bit much. I was debating at first what your intentions were until I re-read through it just now and saw the visual affects. The way this technique is constructed rn is that it will arbitrarily allow the user to create any visual based illusion. This is going off the description in the beginning and later about the increased visual effects as the technique persists. That being said, as the technique is activated by a word it's still too strong and has the potential to get worse along those lines. If you have it as a mental imagery technique or something like a schizophrenic technique it may work better. However keep it to just a mental disorienting technique and keep actual physical stimuli effects out of it otherwise you just an ambiguous technique.

I suggest adding some quantifiable drawbacks to your opponent once they are captured in the illusion. Genjutsu techniques are on a bit more technical level now a days. To simply say it makes your opponent's focus erratic without stating what that would mean in technical terms doesn't help you and makes the illusion a bit worthless.

A minor note, you kept 80 damage at the end of the technique. Something I could take out if it really came down to it but you need to re-word your technique. This can get stronger in the right way if you do it right.

Description: A very simple Earthen technique, where the user will manipulate his Earth based chakra around the a specific object, or opponent, up to Mid range. This allows the user to either create small rocks, or pebbles, or simply take rubble, small pebbles, or small rocks from the surrounding environment, and cause them to converge upon the target with great speed. This initially causes no damage, as it merely constricts the whatever it has covered, and holds it in place. This can be specified to either grab a specific area (like a limb of a person, or the leg of a Golem for example), or simply cover the entire body of the targeted object/person, depending on whether its done with the users own chakra created pebbles, small rocks etc. or taken from the immediate vicinity. The difference is that its faster to take from the immediate vicinity, than to create it from one's own chakra. Once the small rocks, pebbles etc. has covered, or converged upon a limb, or body, the user can form a single hand seal and compress the small rocks, pebbles etc. which causes the particles to draw closer to each other, causing it to violently explode, destroying whatever it has covered.

A little OP, you can converge things on your opponent quick enough and then explode their limbs or entire body. I'm not keen on the idea of allowing you to detonate the earth ruble like that. There are quite a few old "Element Explosion" techniques. There may be a one for earth release techniques already. The only difference with this is you'd be manipulating a specific body of earth to come onto your opponent. Take out the explosion part and add another type of effect. Don't make it too much since you're converging the earth segments right onto the body almost (or you can take that part out).

Description: A technique performed in conjunction with a sword. The user will focus a large amount of Sound chakra into their sword, and assume a stance, as they slide back, and target an opponent, or a specific point. The user will then perform several slashes, done in quick succession with great speed, which almost seems like the user merely performed a single slash. As this is done, an orb forms around the targeted area (immediately after). Within this orb, the slashes performed with the sword is transformed into Sound based slashes, which take physical form in the form of fast slashes, which cut in several directions, destroying anything within the orb. Except for the physical effects of the slashes, due to their concentration, and focus, the slashes create screeching low frequency sound waves that bounce inside the orb. Not only does this distract the opponent, but also echoes within the orb, making it difficult for the opponent to anticipate where the slashes would occur, as it bounces around inside the orb, creating an effective "slashing woosh" all over. This happens extremely fast, and in fluid motion, due to the speed of Sound. This technique can be used to destroy Earthen materials as well, as its capable of breaking its structure, as well as more solid like Water. The normal slashes would be capable of severely cutting a person. The size of the orb can be manipulated by the user, within reason, ranging form the size of a small kunai to a full person size.

Low frequency sound waves won't travel fast enough to do what you're trying to do based on our system here. Also, remember the speed by which somebody sees whatever you do is directly proportional to how fast you can actually move and how fast they can keep up. Something like the Substitution technique is an exception but it's canon. If you want to move at an enhanced speed you'd need either some sort of enhanced mode, genjutsu that manipulates perception, etc. Also the ricocheting property to allow them to bounce off the dome and the vibrations fast enough to cut through matter may be contradictory. Idk I may be wrong though, I didn't study sound waves before my test today. Just some things to consider.

So what's the purpose of the wind jutsu? Do you just want to have a ninjutsu+genjutsu combo so you can do physical damage while they're distracted with the wind jutsu? This is a rhetorical question. You start talking about a wind technique but after you mention the change to the wind, I can't tell if you're using the wind as a medium for the genjutsu or if you are making the physical jutsu disappear and masking its appearance with the illusion. If it's the first, you wouldn't be allowed to as that would effectively make this technique an elemental genjutsu. If you're just trying to mask your jutsu, there are quite a few genjutsu that exist that hide the presence of a jutsu/camouflage them to mask the physical nature of the technique. We don't quantify our time frame by seconds, minutes and hours like this. If you want to talk about how fast something happens you'd need to do so in terms that coincide with our RP.

Description: A unique technique developed by the toads and taught unto the ones who have signed the contract. The toads can utilize this technique without using any hand seals or hand gestures, while the user is required to perform the serpent hand seal. This technique allows the user or a toad to release their tongue out, extending its width and length drastically, shooting out of their mouth at intense speed, like when a frog attempts to catch a fly with their tongue, a high speed reflexive movement. The tongue of both the user and the toads using it, have the unique toad characteristics, as they are extremely sticky and it is used to catch and wrap around the opponent. This would effectively render the opponent incapable of moving at all, due to the tongue wrapping around every single limb, while strangling them. To make this technique more lethal towards the enemy, the toads developed a unique property that allowed the toads and the ones who signed the contract to change the properties of their own tongue after having caught the opponent. This is done by the user releasing a wave of chakra through his tongue, which then causes the tongue that is wrapped around the enemy to change into the same flesh like substance as the one found inside the fire breathing toad, causing the tongue to swell up rapidly consuming the enemy while digesting them completely. Another ability of this technique may be that during the entire time that this technique is utilized, the tongue will release acidic stomach liquid from itself, similar to the one found in the Fire Breathing Toads Stomach, which corrodes and melts through human flesh and bone. The idea came from when people saw Jiraiya enter sage mode and how he took on toad features, so instead he used the ability to his advantage. The technique is activated when the user releases chakra into their body turning part of their body to that of a toad feature for various benefits.


Partial leg transofromation: The first body part that is able to be turned into the toads is the users’ legs. The user will be capable of transforming their legs into toad legs temporarily, causing them to be granted with more agility as well as more powerful legs that make them capable of jumping much higher than the average ninja and at higher speeds as well, due to the toad leg mechanism. The user can jump up to 50m in the air with these legs and land without hurting himself. The user can release chakra into their legs, to spring forwards shooting forwards like most combat toads, launching in a direction with immence speed.

Note: Doing the jump is C rank technique, counts as one of the jutsu per turn and can be used once ever two turns.
Note: Legs are A rank defence on them and have the power of A rank tai when used in combat

Arm transformation: The second body part that is able to be transformed into a toads’ body part, is the users’ arms. The technique itself is a technique that is developed to help someone from escaping Illusions as well as surviving deadly combat. The technique works in a unique fashion as it is a technique which automatically activates whenever the person in question is placed under an illusion or is experiencing a near death or dying moment. The technique activates the ninjas toad reflex called “Summer Mode”, causing the ninjas chakra to rapidly rush through his body as well as heating up his entire body. This causing a chakra disruption and immediate effect that result in the breaking of the illusion in question. Description: The toads have a unique property to their genes, which means that they do not drink water; they rather absorb the liquid through their skin. This fact was first seen as having no potential, until Fukasaku developed this technique together with a few other toads. The technique focusses on the ability that the toads have to absorb water to hydrate their body, and enhancing the ability ten folds. This allows a given toad to be able to absorb an immense amount of water into their body, from rivers, rain and even from other water based techniques, leaving some techniques useless against toads. Of course this technique applies that the water absorbed is proportionate to the toad in question. The absorbed water can be utilized to perform a water based technique of same rank and size, as an example you could essentially take the impact of a water bullet, absorb it and then redirect it.

Description: A unique technique developed by the toads long before the ninja came around. The toads would use their hands and legs to burrow underground to hide from their enemies or the ones who wanted to eat them. This also allowed the toads to hide from the heat of the sun and stay hydrated. The technique requires no hand seals; the user or the toad will burrow underground and will do so at a high pace. When going underground, the toad or user cannot go too deep underground or they will be crushed by the weight of the earth. However when underground the user is not only capable of moving across great distances but also conceal their presence. A user or toad does so through using the ground to hydrate themselves and stay cool; meaning their heat signature as well as their chakra signature is concealed while underground. The user or toad can emerge from the ground silently to create a surprise attack from behind or below. If the toad that is using this technique is large enough it can shoot out of the ground like a bullet beneath the enemy and literally swallow them whole. When using the toad burrowing technique, the user or toad is capable of burrowing through earthen like material, earth, mud etc. While underground the user or toad would have been able to conceal his heat and chakra signature, but he is also capable of sensing what is happening at the surface. In a sense he is capable of feeling the pressure on the ground above, allowing him to know where his opponent is due to him being able to feel the pressure of his feet walking or running. Though he is not able to sense techniques or chakra, he is only able to “feel” the whereabouts of his opponent.

The drill is 1.5m (S rank in diameter and it rotates so fast it creates a current of pure force pushing away from the sides of the drill much like the taijutsu technique "leaf dragon god". Description: This technique is based on the principles of the A rank cannon taijutsu, leaf dragon god. With that jutsu you build up air currents through the use of power and movement in the rotation. Taking the principle of that Gajeel developed his own mini version. Day in and day out he trained in taijutsu while his body was made up of steel which is heavy in itself. After much training he managed to retain his ninja speed with his steel impervious armour. But he wanted to take this one step further. Through the us of fast over exaggerated punches with the heavy compound of steel or kicks he would create his own mini air currents on the same scale which are not made of wind chakra. In a sense he creates his own mini shockwave from this pertaining from the punch or kick. (this is similiar to when you're walking a bus goes past fast and you get the back draft). This "shockwave" would go forwards 5m from where the original punch was swung and like the leaf Dragon god, it would be on equal level with elements of the same rank. Though it takes some effort to put that swing and speed into a punch.

This isn't anything more than ordinary taijutsu while you're in armor. The actual shockwaves you're giving off doesn't actually provide any elemental advantage that would make it capable of combating other elements.

Description: This technique is based upon the basic version of steel release, but released through contact and not handseals unlike the A rank version. It was created by gajeel as a unique fighting style to try and subdue his opponents on missions to capture them and interrogate. Through contact of a punch, kick, slap, head butt ect, the user will make contact and upon doing so release their steel chakra around the object or limb in question creating a 2 inch square block of steel. For example, if the user with to punch their opponent, and the opponent blocks with their forearm, the chakra would form around their forearm in a heavy 2 inch thick steel block in a sense. This jutsu has two main uses, one, in restricts their movements and two it makes the opponents heavy and slows them down by half due to the weight. (it's the reverse effect of lee's weight training). This jutsu can be uses at the same time as any other steel jutsu as it's just releasing steel chakra, it can be used on weapons and summons and such aswell (eg used on a sword makes it too big and heavy to use). It must be used on contact and that is the biggest restriction for this technqiue.

Nothin doing. Reducing your opponent's speed by half on contact is too severe a drop, especially if you're dealing with bios with distinct physical advantages which would make a small hindrance such as this insignificant.

Slamming their hand onto the ground or air, the user summons the Eastern Marsh harrier, Bastilla. Bastilla is a beige & white-feathered Harrier that is fairly small compared to Atris and Zez-Kai-Ell; with a body length of 2 meters & wingspan of 4 meters. Though she has a small body frame, Bastilla is known to be able to carry only one person on her back. Like Lonna, this summon is able to fly as fast as a Sage-Ranked shinobi. This particular summon is diligent and very protective of his summoner, often putting herself in harm's way to keep them safe.
Abilities:
As a member of the Harrier family, Bastilla naturally uses her sharp beak to perforate, and her talons to slice; easily making her formidable in close quarters. Unlike other harriers, Bastilla was born with two elemental affinities: Water and wind. Over the years, she has gained such confidence and mastery with Fūton and Suiton that she can perform all wind and water techniques the user knows up to & including A-Rank without the use of hand seals. In addition, she is able to release a combined S-Ranked blast of both natures.

Description and Background:

Basic Background:
All giant crabs in the NW come from the Broken Coast, north of Mount Myoboku. They have 6 legs, and two arms with large pincers attached. The exact size of a giant crab varies, but is on average the size of a human being, in terms of height, being on average 2 meters tall, and 4 meters wide. Some crabs also contain venom on their pinsirs, so on contact with another organism through a pinching, will cause a deadly venom to spread through their body. All crabs have a natural affinity for the water element, and some even know earth and lightning. However, both the ability to use venom, and use other elemental releases outside of water is rare and is unique among a few ancient crabs. The average lifespan of a giant crab is 300 years, as they are very resistant to physical wear due to their shell and crustacean body type. This also makes them perfect for defensive purposes in battle.

Abilities and Restrictions:
-All crabs can use water techniques up to their rank unless stated elsewhere on the summon
-All crabs are large enough to be ridden on by a human of average size, whilst some can be ridden by even more.
-The pincers of most crabs can crush rocks, some are capable of doing even more damage.
-Crabs can be summoned out of a water source, however this reduces the time they remain on the field by a turn.
-All crabs posses a hard shell, able to block any normal ninja tool or basic weapon, however, weapons with special properties may be able to break through it.
-Most crabs are quite slow and lumbering, being somewhat unagile

Description:
Frostmourne, the legendary blade of the Lich King. This weapon was forged 2000 years ago in the temple of Sargeras, the demon king. It is a vile blade that slowly drains the soul and humanity of anybody who reaches to its handle. However, it has this very same effect on the opponent. When this blade comes into contact with somebody who is not its current owner, it begins to take their very essence, draining chakra from the opponent with each landed strike. It is also a blade of the cold, giving it the ability to stiffen a limb if it touches it. The stiffness lasts a turn and it renders the limb lame as if it were sprained or pulled. These abilities all come at a great cost. For each turn the sword is drawn, the user will lose health. This sword can only be broken by a technique of A rank, or a B-Rank fire technique. Frostmourne also has one ability, known as the Fury of Frostmourne. The user spends a move to emit a short ranged (5m, or 15 ft in U.S terms) beam of chakra in one direction, which has the size of about twice the width and height of the blade. This blast will deal heavy damage to most substances in its path. The blast is equal to A-Rank in strength, however it can only be used two times a battle.

-2 turns after being destroyed the blade will regenerate in its sheath.

-The user will become completely emotionless after having the blade active for 5 or more turns, making him simply kill for the sake of killing, losing care for pain and other feelings. This means that even if say he had his arm cut off, he would continue going for the kill recklessly, thus most likely ending his own life through the ignorance that those who bear the blade gain.

While we have a system with HP, it's not really used and is basically useless. Quantifying a restriction based on that doesn't really suffice. The generic beam of chakra is a thing that we don't do any longer with CWs.

Gerantetsu is a large crab, (7m X 7m) who is one of the elder crabs. He is the personal summon of the creator of the contract, and is very loyal. He is 180 years old, still in his prime. He also has the unique ability to spit a foam that is corrosive, able to burn through most substances B-Rank and under. He is a user of the water element like all crabs, being able to use water up to A-Rank. He is also immune to fire techniques of C-rank or lower, and B-Rank or lower if he blocks with his hard shell.However, the drawback to this is that blocking with his shell costs a move, and can only be done 4 times. He is also reasonably quick for his size, being about as fast as the average crab despite being much bigger.

-Can only be summoned once
-Spitting foam takes a move.
-Can crush through large rocks with his claws.

Description: The user rubs blood across his Pitohui tattoo or does the summoning handseal then presses his palms on a surface or claps to execute the summoning.
The Afuape twins, Atukpa and Ewedu are a pair of pure black Hooded Pitohuis who are very powerful and special amongst the ranks of Hooded Pitohui warriors. They can be either summoned together as a pair or separately, though summoning them as a pair boost their power and will thus a +10 damage to their ninjutsu.

Atukpa
She is entirely colored black though her color changes to pure brown whenever she uses her signature jutsu. The 50m sized Pitohui is an earth specialist able to use earth techniques that her summoner knows upto S-rank and what she only needs to perform them is her to be in contact with the earth or through the flap of her wings should she be not in contact with earth(If the earth jutsu does not require a contact with earth).
Atukpa's signature ninjutsu however is her ability to turn her entire self into mud. Although she is prone to lightning, she is able to morph into any shape, extend her body, pass through intricate obstacles, harden herself at will and can be immune to physical attacks as they would just pass through her.
Like every other Pitohuis, Atukpa possesses an equally lethal amount of neurotoxins on her body giving a paralysing effect to her physical attacks.

Ewedu
Like his sister, he is also black, same sized, however a distinguishing feature he posseses is a longer hooded tendril above his head. Ewedu is a Lightning specialist able to use lightning techniques that the summoner knows up to S-rank and what he only needs to perform them is to flap his wings instead of handseals. His special ability is particularly utilized upon his summon into and when he leaves the battle field. Unlike his sister who appears and leaves in a cloud of purple smoke, Ewedu's appearance comes like a harmless translucent pop. The pop is actually a harmless barrier that instantly spread across the entire battle field. The barrier however comprises of Ewedu's lightning chakra and its composed of electromagnetic pulse. In this barrier, Nobody except Ewedu is able to use lightning jutsu. Lightning technique above S-rank however can overcome the subduction of the barrier thus the barrier does not affect Forbidden rank lightning jutsus. This barrier last until Ewedu leaves the battlefield.

NOTE: The twins can only be summoned once except if they are summoned separately, then the summoning can be used twice.

✦ Declined, 50 meters is a stretch but acceptable. The barrier ability isn't and there's a difference to you going through anything and anything going through you. If it's in a mud state, then things aren't really passing through it as much as they are spreading it by pushing through. ✦

✦ Declined, I said the barrier wasn't going to be approved, meaning to remove it. You're trying to seal lightning as if that's a lightning jutsu ability when it's directly sealing imo. On secon check, 50 meters is entirely too high for a summoning that isn't a boss summoning. Lower there size significantly and that doesn't mean to 20 meters either lol. You still misunderstand what I say by things passing through mud; Mud isn't as liquidy as water. When things travel through mud, they dont just get a thin layer of being "wet" like with water. Mud is left behind on what passed through it and a large amount depending on the size. Your summoning would be the same way imo ✦

Description: The user form a seal on the ground inform of vector arrow that is facing a particular direction. Anything above the arrow moves in the direction it is pointing at double speed. The mechanics of the arrow is quite simple, The seal constantly release a wind drift that moves in the direction of the arrow head and anything above the arrow is influenced by the wind drift.
The user is able to make more than one vector plate, to change directions, or even create a circular array of vector arrows either pointing inwards or outwards. If pointing inwards, The user can use this to box in the target and himself so that he is unable to escape the confines of the circle. if pointing outwards, the user could make it so that nothing is able to enter into the circle. The Arrow can be made on the ground or mid-air.
NOTE: Only up to 5 arrows can be made per use should the user wish to make more than one arrow at a go. An exception to this is if the user wants to make an array of arrows in a formation inform of shapes(circle, pentagon etc.)

That's basically a custom NK submitted in the pass that formed a wind portal or panel that sped things that passed through it up and a Wind version of Penguin's water current jutsu. ✦

Description: The user unleashes a seal and makes 2 handseals. The seal would then, continously release a massive amount of thick dust that covers a large area in a miniscle time. The seal is self sustaining and would continue to release the dust for 2 turns when then it crumbles into nothiness. While the seal releases dusts, the user focuses his fire chakra into every molecules of the dust particles making every single grain of dust extremely heated up to the point that they turn grey. The result is a cloud of hot grey dust which burns through the skin of anyone trapped within.

✦ Declined, for starters, I'm pretty sure Haijin doesn't mean Ashes to Ashes, Dust to Dust.... Anyway, this is basically a Fire jutsu that produces hot ash, just acheived through a long, and rather pointless process. Besides this be very simple, I'd suggest waiting until the canon Jutsu is added to the RP as this would save you a slot and it's pretty much the same thing, just with only Fire. ✦
