Put it this way. The difference between no pre-cog Sasuke and pre-cog Sasuke are leaps and bounds in difference. I mean look at what a single additional tomoe did when he was fighting Naruto. Not only was he able to conserve his chakra, he had the added benefit of being able to react to things that haven't happened yet.

Back when he had 1 tomoe and got busted by lee he still saw it coming. precog allows for flexibility given you have the speed and strength to supplement it.

I mean anyone should know the difference between Naruto with NES or SM and Naruto without it.

I mean as the series went on he's obviously gained skill to fight people without sharingan but it's something he absolutely needs if he's going to fight anyone of moderate tier.

Sharingan ofc gives pre cog and prevents him from getting his poo shoved in on multiple occassions. Just like Naruto without Kurama. He'd have been minced repeatedly without his power up.
