lol No it doesn't! Sakura had the biggest chakra jump bar rikudo characters yet her CQC did not improve. Chakra just makes you stronger, not trains your body instantly. haha Bee didnt use Lightning chakra against itachi simple as that, yet we know for a fact he can and when he does owns any standard weapon based on manga facts.

Dude, his precog being better means his reactions are automatically faster because he sees your move coming like a second before you make it, with Ems that precog is greatly enhanced. So his body isn't technically faster, but his reactions are which is what would allow him to fend off the dance and dodge the samehada strikes. Vote 1 is the perfect example, once sasuke got 3tomoe he went from being owned to owing, same scenario.
Also, Killer Bee can't use samehada and do the sword dance at the same time it's one or the other.
Reactions do not get a boost, he always had the body to beat to Naruto, he just could never see him with 2 tomoe. Which is what 3 tomoe gave to him, the ABILITY TO SEE naruto. Not the ability to react to naruto, big difference. Sasuke at that time had Lee's Taijutsu like body thanks to the training he had, which is why kakashi trained him to have a similar body/fighting style.
VOTE was a horrible example since he literally stated he could see him now thanks to 3 tomoe, he never mentioned "my body is better and i can move faster/swing my arms faster now". Sasuke before like Itachi could always see Bee's strikes but with multiple spots being targeted on your body at once it is impossible to guard from head to toe when no spot on your body is safe!
bee can do what ever he wants. lol He can have Sama on his back (thus all chakra related things with in a certain range gets absorbed) and do the tech or simply have sama attack from the blind side while bee over whelms form the frontal assault. And with bee attacking non stop if sasuke even dares to look back even for a second.. He dies! or Sama successfully attacks from the flank do to sasuke focusing on bee in the front.
