I used to credit sasukes reaction feats to be on par with BSM naruto but lately i dont think that is the case.

The Kyuubi Chakra claok that sasuke recieved should increase sasukes chakra potency. therefore it should increase the visual perception and precognition of his EMS.

Since Sasuke w/Kyuubi Chakra cloak >> Sasuke w/o it

EMS sasuke went from having more or less the same reaction speed as KCM naruto/KCM minato. to becoming on par with BSM naruto after his techniques are boosted 6 fold. and then tracks Juubitos flight speed (which should be slower than his shunshin)

granting EMS sasuke the feat of tracking juubito just because EMS sasuke w/KCC boost did. is not a valid assumption

Yeah, Killer Bee doesn't have a chance here even with a V2 Cloak.

That your opinion not a fact plus sasuke dose percon ability does not increase after his third tomoe there's no proof of that and the reason Killer Bee one was because he was simply too fast and too strong and to unpredictable.

It's hard to tell honestly, I think this is the most important scan we can use when discussing Ems Sasuke:

Kishimoto didn't let him master his powers and then go fight Killerbee/Danzo he threw him out there while his powers were still developing and he was still getting used to his eyes. So it's hard to judge exactly what he can do against those people if he was at full power. Remember, Sasuke has had these eyes for all of 1 day and we see his powers developing mid fight. Now, were his tracking feats him getting more used to his eyes? Did Kyuubi chakra help Sasuke's eyes finally fully develop? Or did the Kyuubi chakra make his Ems/precog better than it would ever be without it? I think not becuase Sasuke formed his Perfect Susanoo w/out a cloak and from that point on the cloak never appeared again.

Also, let's not underestimate Sage mode Madara's reflex's. His base reflexes are better than base Naruto's who with sage mode made the third raikage look like a chump. Madara would of been able to dodge attacks from pretty much everyone one the battlefield, and he outright blitzed sm Naruto before he even got Hashi's sage mode.
