As of yesterday, she'd been moved to a female prison.
Yeah, though she still has "remnants" of her ****.
OT: Doesn't make much difference and tbh, I don't care. She's a repeated violent criminal, so she'll be getting her just desserts either way. Both the male and female prisons will have prisoners that will "want" her anyway, so it's a lose-lose situation.

Wait, how is sending him to a female prison not shitty and offering aid? You don't think he'll victimize women as he has been doing previously? Come on dog... If he wasn't beating women up, maybe I'd agree to send him to a female prison. However, he's still a dude and I don't like the idea of sending a dude that dresses as a woman to a female prison. That's just asking for trouble.

You're being nonsensical. You'll send this dude to a female prison to victimize people, but won't send him to a male prison to be victimized? I don't think either is necessarily right but there is no middle ground.

I actually don't care if she's victimized or not. Like I said, regardless of what prison she goes to, there's gonna be danger, so that's irrelevant to me. Plus, she's a criminal that hurt people. The only thing about this that's relevant to me is her status as a male-to-female transsexual. I think she should be recognized as female and placed in a female prison.
And no, I don't care if you recognize her as a female or whether or not you agree or disagree.

I did. That was my response to him saying straight men shouldn't be in a female prison because the quote made no mention of the the women becoming pregnant as the issue, just the implied attraction that occurs between a straight man and woman. I didn't look silly because he made no mention of pregnancies being the problem when I said that. Not my fault he half-assed saying his argument.

Like I said, the post I replied to that with made no mention of pregnancies being the issue. Especially when the transsexual doesn't even have male genitals to get a woman pregnant with in the first place(which is why I had forgotten he even said the pregnancy thing by the time we got there, as it's completely irrelevant to this case).

Check the edit, and yes, someone here clarified that the surgery was complete. Thought she still has remnants, whatever that means, she can't actually get anyone pregnant. Hence, it's irrelevant to the case, which is why I forgot about it.
