If that happens Kurama's chakra will be free to take over. That's why Yamato was needed. At that point in the story Naruto had already made up his mind to rely on kurama. He wouldn't and didnt use kurama's chakra

Yea it was made with Kushina and Minato's chakra but it's Naruto's chakra that keeps it running. Just like a car is made with steel, aluminium and other metals but runs on petrol

Kuramas chakra leaked because the seal was set up so Naruto/Kuramas chakra would mix as he got older. IT also leaked when his emotions were heightened.

Jiraiya also asked to use up all his normal chakra to make it easier to tap into the nine tails chakra. His chakra keeps the ninetail's suppressed.

It does to an extent but it's really the seal that holds the nine tails back or else Kurama wouldve taken over Naruto pretty easily. The chakra also leaks when Narutos emotions are heightened. Im bringing up the seal information because it's simply not because of narutos chakra kurama is kept at bay.

Can Naruto form a chakra cloak the size of a v3 susano? No. Does that mean a sick Itachi has more chakra? Of course not. It's not possible to form a chakra construct like that without biju chakra. Susano is a sharingan jutsu. Give Naruto a sharingan and he'll use PS with his base chakra no problem. Naruto had about 3-4 times more chakra than Sasuke to begin with. There's literally no proof whatsoever that Sasuke's chakra quantity skyrocketted and surpassed Naruto's. He's the yin side of the coin. His specialty lies in chakra quality

Stop using faulty logic. Sasuke as a teen matches Base Naruto in strength yet Sasuke as an Adult matches RSM Naruto in strength.

Yes but shadow clones take ridiculous amount of chakra. Not to mention he literally makes hundreds of them. I like Naruto more than sasuke but I like them both. Sasukes abilities are awesome but Naruto still just as strong as sasuke is in every way. But as far as chakra goes Naruto has him beat. Just like sasuke has Naruto beat in element uses.

Name one instance of someone using their own chakra to form a bijuu avatar(susano doesn't count it's a sharingan only jutsu). I'll wait. It 'can't be done no matter how much chakra you have. Naruto can't do it, Hashirama can't do it, Kisame can't do it and Sasuke most definitely can't do it. Using the same faulty logic, I can claim Sakura has more chakra than Hashirama and Kisame because she used her chakra to power Obito's dimension jumps. Kisame and Hashirama haven't been able to do it therefore Sakura has more chakra. See how that works?
