Ofc Sasuke has more chakra at base because Sasuke has no base. :| Rinnegan nor Sharingan increase the amount of the users chakra so if Sasuke is able to compete with Naruto without additional chakra of course Sasuke has more chakra than Naruto at base

Yes he can and he learned to control cm(senjutsu). IF he didn't have the body for senjutsu he would have died in the forest. None of what you post is factual. How can someone with EMS have bad reserves. Itachi doesn't even have bad reserves he was sick. NAruto fanboys love their fanfic.
He was at more than full power, kisame absorbed aoba's chakra, samehada's chakra and killer bee's chakra. That is definitely more chakra than kisame + samehada chakra. Kisame fought evenly against bee due to his chakra absorbing techniques. By your logic hashirama has more chakra than the juubi since he could suppress it with ease. I know kisame has bijuu chakra levels but we don't know which bijuu and the point still stands that he had more chakra then than he ever did normally.
Her feats don't top his at all. She had a seal that stores chakra. She could never have done that without the seal. Imagine two cars, car 'A' has a filled 40 liter fuel tank and the other(car 'B') has a filled 60 liter fuel tank. But then car A gets connected to an external tank that has another 40 liters, obviously it would seem that car A has more chakra but does Car A's tank have more chakra than car B? Nope. The same applies to naruto and tsunade. Tsunade has not shown anything impressive without her seal.
RSM is rikudo chakra + natural energy. Senjutsu is simply chakra + natural energy, all natural energy is the same, so what gave naruto more power? Obviously hogoromo's chakra. Otherwise it wouldn't be called RSM.

That matters little, the awakening was as a result of foreign chakra mixing with his own. Kyuubi can't use KCM on its own, it is the mixture of its chakra and naruto's that gives rise to BM, this is supported by both the manga and data book.

That's ridiculous. Kisame wasn't any stronger when he fought gai than when he fought Naruto, and Kakshi+co. Kisame didn't fuse samehada that's why i say he wasn't at full power. His chakra levels being higher than normal is only your assumption when the whole reason he absorbed it was to restore his own power.
Still seems like she has more chakra to me. Hashiramas granddaughter and a descendent of the senju clan. Not to mention she is a sannin, healed a whole village, healed up kages during the fight with MAdara. She definetly has high end reserves no matter how you slice it.
Nope it's called RSM because the sAage gave him a heightened form of sage mode instead of the six paths chakra that grants rinnegan.

Nope. The chakra is stored and saved for later that isn't the amount of chakra her body an generate. Being the granddaughter of hashirama means nothing here, since hashirama's own children were likely fodder and were never noted for having high chakra reserves. In the OP you believed naruto didn't inherit a lot of the uzumaki power and now you are assuming tsunade inherited senju power? What proof do you have that she did? Her reserves aren't close to hashi's, and her feats at base are not impressive.
I will say it again by your logic sakura has more chakra than naruto's RSM clone in base. since obito's acknowledged the chakra in her seal to be greater.
A heightened form of SM? You are correct but like I said senjutsu= chakra+ natural energy, since all natural energy is the same then the chakra being used must be stronger. This is seen when BSM naruto is compared with normal SM naruto
Fail, Naruto as a child had four times kakashi's chakra. As an adult he most likely has more than hashirama. The fact you even suggested this is beyond me, such a salty fap. 
Yeah pretty sure. Even if transplanting the eyes were to give them more chakra and increase their power, that same chakra would still be available to them without the user using their eye powers

Base sasuke is the chakra sasuke had when he had MS only. This is sasuke without foreign chakra
Do you even read manga? Both Naruto and Sasuke received Rikudou's Chakra. However it effected them differently. When Naruto received Rikudou's yang chakra, it evolved his sage mode into Rikudou Sage Mode. When sasuke received Rikudou's yin chakra, it evolved his ems into rinnegan.
It effected them differently because one possess the body of the sage and the other the eyes.
That is y I said Sasuke doesn't have a base it's a stupid argument. :|. Eye techniques can enhance techniques, but it still all comes from one chakra which is Sasuke. So like I said using his eyes doesn't give Sasuke more chakra. Everything Sasuke has gained has been added to his base
To face facts Sasuke simply has more chakra than base Naruto :|
Base simply means without temporary buffs (like Naruto's modes) Sasuke has no temporary buffs

No but what you are saying implies he absorbed all of Bees,samehada chakra when he only took enough to restore himself so he can escape. Kisame showed that he is stronger when he combines with his sword.
I suppose you are right i was being presumptuous Tsunade has good reserves without her stored chakra. I realize now that Tsunade could be alike more Sakura now. It still seemed like a tremendous feat but o well. Although What about Karin chakra chain feats in the war arc?

That rikudou chakra is still part of their base. In which case it simply comes down to who has more chakra Rinnegan Sasuke who has additional chakra from MS, Hashi cells, and Itachi's additional chakra or Base Naruto with Rikudou ChakraNeither of them have "base" anymore. Both have Rikudou's Chakra within thier bodies constantly.

Naruto is only a fourth Uzamaki
Both have Hashi cells and Naruto's chakra mixing thing imo would still show him as inferior to an EMS user.
