Like a miniature Water Dragon Jutsu, with 6 hand seals you'll will a column of water to rise before you spinning rapidly. Then this column will shape into a serpent of some sort with a wide open mouth which will wiggle its way through the air and swallow the opponent- where it turns into a river and carries them away.

(Suiton: Ja No Kuchi) - Water Release: Water Snakes Mouth
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short-Long
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: After performing the required hand seals Monkey → Rat → Tiger → Dragon → Horse → Dragon it then allows the user to generate a spinning column of water which will take the form of a snake with a gaping jaw. This snake can twist and follow its targets and swallow them. After it has swallowed them, it turns into a river that carries the enemy away.

A very quick and useful technique, it traps the opponent into an orb of water with undulating walls for the purpose of restricting movement as well as drowning them. Despite the large volume of water used the tech requires no water source, so that's another +.

(Suiton: Funshutsu Mizu Kinko) - Water Release: Gushing Water Imprisonment
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user creates a flow of gushing water under the opponent which traps them in a sphere of water. The user can perform an attack while the opponent is trapped. This jutsu is similar to Water Prison Technique, though the user doesn't need to keep his arm in the sphere of water.
Note: Technique creates its own water source

With 3 hand seals you release a powerful pulse of water from your mouth to attack enemies, pretty straight forward.

(Suiton: Mizurappa) - Water Release: Water Horn
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: After waving the Dragon → Tiger → Rabbit hand seals, the user creates a big jet of water that is launched from their mouth. This technique works exceptionally well with Lava Release: Quicklime Congealing Technique to help it become like cement.

A pseudo summoning technique, by slamming your hands on the ground you summon a 'massive' amount of water above the opponent in the air. At the right height (at least 10 meters) this can crush your foes leaving bodies in its wake, very contextual but also very worth it.

(Suiton: Haran Banshō) - Water Release: Stormy Blockade
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user will slam their hands against then ground allowing him/her to summon a massive amount of water from the sky, crushing it into the opponent. If needed, the user can cancel the technique in an instant.
Note: The water needs to be summoned at least 10 meters above the opponent to have any real effect.

Suiton: Ja No Kuchi) - Water Release: Water Snakes Mouth
Takes a long chain of handseals to perform, so pulling it off in combat would be difficult if the opponent is a speedster. It does however seem creative and fun to use, very useful as a distraction as well, and the river it forms can be used as a water source.

(Suiton: Funshutsu Mizu Kinko) - Water Release: Gushing Water Imprisonment
Good technique to stall and keep the opponent on their feet. One can even manipulate the water inside the orb to create Sharks like Kisame did or other dynamics so long as we have the technique for it. No questions about this one, very simple.

(Suiton: Mizurappa) - Water Release: Water Horn
By itself, not a very useful technique. But even a simple stream of water can serve a purpose in many situations. Such as blocking the view of an opponent or pushing back a weapon or object thrown at the user.

(Suiton: Haran Banshō) - Water Release: Stormy Blockade
Very useful to hit an opponent with sheer force, though that is not the limit of this technique. It can be used to summon vast water which can then be used as a water source for further water techniques, addtionally can be summoned as a shield or cover depending on the situation. If the user is on fire, this can work as well. No questions about it.

Yes, I'm still alive.

This is a technique that allows you to sort of 'merge' with the water, become one with it, and become essentially untraceable to regular shinobi. Not useful against Sensors and Doujutsu users but a good tactical tech none the less.

(Suiton: Mizugakure no jutsu) - Water Release Hidden Amongst Water Technique
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user will manipulate their chakra and then blend in with a water source to be undetected by the enemy for a short period of time. However Sensory Ninja and Doujutsu users can find the enemy easily within the water source.

With the Snake hand seal you'll pit out a fairly large amount of water from your mouth to push you up into the air as well as flood the surroundings in water. You can ride this mini tsunami also for more advantage but the main use of this technique is to supply a large amount of water in a short amount of time.

(Suiton: Bakusui Shōha) - Water Release: Exploding Water Colliding Wave
Rank: B
Type: Offensive, Supplementary
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user performs the snake hand seal and creates a large volume of water from their mouth spilling it toward the ground and lifting them up into the air. The user can also ride the wave, allowing him to travel at high speeds and attacking the enemy. The user can create a small ocean worth of water even in barren conditions and can use the water for additional techniques.

This is a parasitic technique, technically an Ameton technique but eh, we'll let it slide. With the Dog hand seal you enrich the atmosphere with your Suiton chakra to produce rain. Now this rain will come down at once in a large amount of water to sweep away your opponents. The leeching side of the technique is that while the opponent is suffering from this sudden falling water their chakra is being taken away. You can keep it active but at a high upkeep.

(Suiton: Uramiame no Jutsu) - Water Release: Grudge Rain Technique
Rank: B-Rank
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Long
Chakra cost: 20 (-50 per turn while trapped in the vortex of waves)
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user will first perform the Dog hand seal and release his chakra into the atmosphere which will then create an accumulation of large storm clouds in the sky, which in turn produces rain. The large amount of rain falling all around can then be turned into a large wave of water which sweeps the enemy off their feet while wrapping around him and binding him in the flow of water around him. While the targets are trapped in the water, their chakra will slowly be drained away. The water vortex can be sustained and controlled for up to two turns as long as the user keeps the dog hand seal made.

First you jump high enough and then pull a katana/tanto/whatever you like, as long as it classifies as a form of sword and stab it into the ground. This will put your Suiton chakra into the ground and cause a pillar of water to rise real high to repel an enemy, bonus points if you can push them into the air with it too.

( Suiton: Suishinshū ) - Water Release: Water Quaking Pillar
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user jumps into the air and then stabs his sword intothe ground, where he causes water to burst up around him and creating a pillar of water to rise up in the air repelling the enemy.

(Suiton: Mizugakure no jutsu) - Water Release Hidden Amongst Water Technique

Good technique for spying or catching the opponent off guard. However, because it can be discovered via chakra sensing or dojutsu users, it is best to use it during Roleplaying, doing so to enter villages without being detected or hide in a water source and spy on the enemy's conversation or actions.

(Suiton: Bakusui Shōha) - Water Release: Exploding Water Colliding Wave

Kisame the prodigy of water. This technique is very powerful, in the sense that, it's sheer magnitude and widespread effect can cause heavy destruction and instant death if not dealt with correctly. It's giant crusing waves are enough to even push large summons backwards. Aditionally, it fixes the terrain to because a giant water source for further water techniques.

(Suiton: Uramiame no Jutsu) - Water Release: Grudge Rain Technique

Good technique, thought we can only truly make use of it over a few turns, once enough rain has gathered over the ground. Once it does however, it is the perfect technique to literally sweap away the target and being to deal damage by forming a water vortex, which will also drain them off their chakra supply.

( Suiton: Suishinshū ) - Water Release: Water Quaking Pillar

One of the best water techniques, it's best used when the user is accustomed to loads of movement and flexibility. I can definitely see myself using this technique a lot. Can fit in a lot of situations and can be very overwhelming if timed correctly.
