Sasuke with two Tomoe Rinnegans would be just as powerful as he is with one Tomoe Rinnegan. Because both eyes will have the same function and abilities, and they'll operate individually, separate from the other. If Sasuke has same amounts of chakra, then he will just be able to perform techniques from both eyes, but not simultaneously or added in power. He will just have the option to use the same technique with same power from either of the two eyes. They won't combine together for greater power output because they are not a pair.

People still arguing over this ? Kishi made it clear as day, They're equal. One of them is ying and other one is yang. They had to be equal so, They balanced to Ninja world. If Sasuke was stronger he would rule the world. If Naruto was stronger, Sasuke would seek for power like he did in Naruto part1 then there would be another final battle who was stronger than Sasuke.( Or you can take example of Madara & Hashirama easyly, They weren't equal.)

Naruto, and Sasuke are equal in power, that is why Sasuke needed the Bijuus chakra to overpower Naruto, which he did, til the Kyuubi gave Naruto all the NE, aboveground. NE is combined with the users chakra to create Senjutsu, which further powers the user up.

No, Sasuke fought alone, but yes, he did use chakra from the other Bijuu against Naruto for a few pages. Naruto on the other hand, had chakra from the other Bijuu, and actually had one inside him continuously gathering and giving him chakra because he was too busy fighting their opponent to do It himself. Meanwhile Sasuke had to attain chakra on his own.

So if having others chakra equals them fighting with the user, then it was actually Sasuke plus the other Bijuu Vs Naruto plus the Yin Kyuubi + the other Bijuu.

Also, when Sasuke took the Bijuus chakra, The Yin Kyuubi gave Naruto all The natural energy above ground, NE is combined with the users chakra to create Senjutsu, which further powers them up.

The amount of chakra both Naruto and Sasuke lost, aswell as thejr physical exhaustion from before the Sage Power up doesn't matter.

The Sage not only replaced but surpassed the amount of chakra they lost when he gave them half of his chakra, plus Naruto was also able to use the chakra from all the other Bijuu.

Besides, who's chakra was Naruto using beforehand? The Yang Kyuubi, who was replaced by the Yin Kyuubi when he got the Sage Power up.

As for their physical exhaustion, they were both on the verge of death from getting owned by Madara. Naruto, from having the Kyuubi extracted from him, and Sasuke, from getting stabbed through his chest then falling like 30 feet to the ground.

After getting half the Sage's chakra, they got up perfectly fine, and better than ever, and don't suddenly forget how the Yang Kyuubi's chakra healed Naruto throughout the whole story.

Sasuke stabbed his Chidori right through Naruto, and just alittle of the Kyuubi's chakra healed it in seconds, he wasn't even in One Tails mode.

The mode Naruto was in is partially formed from chakra of all the Bijuu. He doesn't have their chakra in The Last, Gaiden, and the Boruto movie which is why his mode is different, the only Bijuus chakra he had was the Kyuubi's.

Read my comment above to Timothy, also in the Official English Translations, Sasuke says Naruto had a little of the Bijuus chakra left, and actually realize that the reason he said that was because Naruto had just used multiple Bijuudamas, and Shadow Clones/Kyuubi avatars, which Obviously resulted in chakra loss.
