How strong would he be if he unlocked it in both eyes?

I think 2 Rinnegans equal Naruto with all full bijuus inside of him just like Hago - the eyes. only my opinion though

Sasuke's Rinnegan already works as a pair probably, meaning he can access its full power. If obtaining another eye would give him the same boost Madara had then he would be way stronger than anyone bar Kaguya, JJ Hagoromo and TG Hamura, the gap between him and the latter two not being big that much.

First of all, you instantly started a Naruto vs Sasuke by saying he stalemated Naruto's strongest form. That isn't true, as Sasuke used an external source of power in that fight, while Naruto's strongest form was when he was fighting Kaguya. At the start of the match, Sasuke had the chakra power from the beasts on his side while Naruto did not. Not to mention it was Naruto who stalemated Sasuke as Sasuke initiated the fight and Naruto had no intention of killing him while playing defense at the beginning.

Naruto = Sasuke, get over it.

One Rinnegan Sasuke can Solo Glance all the Tailed Beast. It's hard to imagine what else can be done after those feats with the Second Rinnegan. We never saw what Madara was capable of with the Second rinnegan other than awakening the Rinne-Sharingan since BZ came in and BS'ed him. My guess would be he would get a stronger form of Susanoo and his chakra levels would increase.
