Though when it comes to CQC, Sasuke should defeat B given Susanoo and it's blade. V2 Jinchuuriki's best feats are taking Raikiri. V3 Susanoo's sword strikes are far stronger than Raikiri and Chidori given Sasuke's V2 is strong enough to slice through the pillars of the Kage Summit Building like butter. V3 is far stronger than V2. So multiple strikes might be able to penetrate B's cloak and kill him.

So basically, if B wants to win he has to stay away and outlast. If he gets close, Susanoo ends up killing him, probably.

Give Sasuke V4 and he wins 100% of the time.

To wipe out any version of Susano above v2 Bee needs to go full BM, which means death by Amaterasu. If he stays in his v2 form the only hope is outlast Sasuke until he can't keep up susano anymore, which i think is viable since he has way more chakra than sasuke.

Doesn't work like that. Hachibi isn't sensing bee surroundings. He's has direct contact with bees chakra. Meaning once it's disturbed( regardless of how weak/strong genjutsu is) hachibi will attempt to break it.

Man what does that change? Danzo had time to use Mokuton. He also got owned by shurikens. Bee in v1 or 2 dodges that shit no problem.
