Naruto is the true host of all bijuu although physically only kurama. Also note Hagoromo states he believe Naruto won't become like kaguya with access to all their power.

The fact is kishi simply nerf him for plot. Naruto hasn't used the other bijuu power since vote, doesn't mean he can't. Sasuke hasn't used any six path abilities since vote, does that mean he can't?

Another RSM thread smh. Naruto's usage of bonus chakra is the result of ninshuu. Naruto would have to call out to the other bijuu and ask for more chakra in order to use their KKG and full RSM

Kishi nerfed him bad, no killing intent, defensive, no bijuu kkg, no gudodama ownage,etc. Naruto is too powerful. XD

In every instance where Naruto used the bijuu chakra he had to ask for chakra first and when isolated from the bijuu he didn't use any of their powers and has yet to use them again to this day.

Hence my saying if Naruto doesn't ask then he can't use the bijuu techs

Sounds like you are in denial about Naruto retaining RSM and seem to be deflecting it back at anyone who mentions the words bijuu, chakra, or Naruto
