Even so we don't know how long he can maintain it. Seeing as how he couldn't maintain susanno for 10 min straight against danzo. If he attempts that just to get rid of some summons he'd be oUT of chakra by the time they're dead and the real opponents (the paths not the animals) kill him.

Now in order for that to work, everything should be at least, somewhere in-between super-sonic and hyper-sonic speed to far exceed the small part of 1 second where FRS crossed?

Can someone really thud to the ground from a standing position faster than hyper-sonic speed - and I am not even counting the lag when the clones disappeared? Can someone form a thought - properly strung sentence - and then count at the same time, when even reactionary impulses (pulling a hand from a stove) only travel at 100 - 107 m/s? Thought speed is a lot slower (20 - 30 m/s) by comparison.

Not true, Sasuke stood no chance at all. He still had his eyes instead of Itachi's when Pain and Naruto was fighting. Plus, there is the fact that the Kages almost killed Sasuke if not for Obito. Those are facts. Plus, the sharingan vs rinnegan stands no chance.

Well, I don't think Pain is a good matchup against Sasuke. MS Sasuke is arguably better than Sage Mode Naruto, but in this case it's simply a matter of bad matchups.

I could see MS Sasuke winning though, through some sort of plot that would...perhaps allow him to use a Full Body Susano'o for a little while. Sort of like Naruto's 9 Tailed rage.

Then, was later defeated by Naruto who never went on the offense when they fought. Naruto just countered everything thrown at him. To keep his promise, of finding a way to defeat him without killing him.

Neither Naruto or Sasuke could defeat Pain.

They both would lose.

Kurama was the sole contributor to Pain's defeat.
Naruto was his vessel and yes a remarkable shinobi. But I believe if in an alternate play, if sasuke had kyuubi then the situation would play out the same way.
