Against this version, MS Sasuke wins high to mid diff IMO, because Amaterasu GG, really. Only Gakido can counter it, and this path is pretty vulnerable to physical attacks as it's been negged even by fodders.

Against full-power Pain, both stand little to no chance.

Sasuke? As in 3 Tomoe sasuke instead of Naruto? Yes, because plot would've demanded it.

But to be frank sasuke would NOT have the Intel to beat pein like Naruto did, sasuke at least still has CM LV 2, aoda who has strength that rivals manda which would solo most summons and he would still have access to orochimaru's reserves of Chakra. Plus with his quick speed he could outspeed most paths, the only path that would be a real danger is Deva, but idk whatwoukd happen if he gets his CM absorbed from him like Naruto had his, unless kishi pulls something hax since the CM is really orochimaru's juingutsu and it works similar to nature chakra. But Sasuke has no counters for CT even if he does become the great white orochi snake. But Sasuke probably would've ended the same way Naruto did and that's being pinned down by pein via chakra rods.

You're right. And under the same circumstances, Pain can't make CT and ST because Deva was out of power at the beginning. Of course if Deva is at full strength, then Sasuke loses.

With a combination of speed and Large Scale ST and CT out of the equation; this is an easy win for MS Sasuke. Arrows and Amaterasu take advantage of the cool down window and Pain is done. The rest of the paths are taken care of with CQC, as Physical attacks are PP's weakness and Ashura is weak before Raiton.

If he tries to use CT and ST before Sasuke, he loses even faster, because he has to literally turn off the Paths and they fall down like lifeless bodies as we saw with Konan watching over the paths when Animal Path summoned all the bodies outside Konoha in the forest.

Even if Sasuke has no intel on them, he's a very, very smart fella. He would know something is up and would try to take Pain down with two arrows. He deflects one and the second outright kills him. He has zero S/T techs or the speed to dodge it anyway. That 5 second cool-down window spells death for him.

Sasuke's arsenal is too lethal for the guy.
