Boruto Misconception!

People think because Boruto utilized the koto device he is somehow untalented, that isn't the case. He was simply lazy and looked for shortcuts to impress his father.

Boruto before using the device he was confirmed to have three elements Lightning,Wind and Water release. The device simply allowed him to store his jutsu and use them at a later time. Everthing he did with his iWatch was all him.

This kid is by far the most talented genin bar sasuke in the manga. At his age along with his mastery of the rasengan,gentle fist,kagebunshin,shuriken jutsu,etc. He is a Prodigy unlike any other.

Also towards the end of the movie he became highly motivated and determined to become powerful on his own merits. He found his Will of Fire so to speak.

If Boruto has Wind, Water and Lightning without training and without the bracelet and Boruto decides to train hard at the end of the movie, then Boruto will make major gains.

I don't know what exactly the device does.

What Jutsu can Boruto do without device?

I really hope Boruto unlock byakugan, that make Boruto even cooler being able to switch from his normal eyes to Byakugan and back to his normal eyes. Boruto and Hiwamari has same DNA and same clan, it should be possible for Boruto to get Byakugan.


Who knows there could be more movies or even more episode, sort of how Dragon Ball Super is the continuation by Toriyama.

Think about it logically. What Boruto has shown thus far compared to everyone in Part 1, and his current generation.

• The boy is capable of doing 3-4 shadow clones, not that extremely impressive.
• He is already capable of using three elemental natures before Chunin Rank (when even Chunin's don't have that). He is capable of using Fuuton, Raiton, and Suiton.
• Gentle Fist Taijutsu without the Byakugan
• He is able to combine elemental nature to his Rasengan, without shadow clones

Who has shown this level of Genius already? I mean bar Itachi, this boy is extremely talented. For instance look at what Rasen Shuriken means:

Naruto could only do this after being Rikudou enhanced, but before that God-like power introduction, this was stated to be impossible. Which is why Naruto had to make shadow clones to do each process

Funny enough, Boruto does all of this while he was lazy, and had no drive. He was unmotivated, and did not understand the meaning of shinobi. Take a moment to imagine his skill, and prowess, when the boy begins to hone his skill.

Gaara carried his team to the finals. On the other hand, Boruto had to get carried by his teammates to the finals. Now name something Boruto that was better than that other than getting a token final blow. I'll wait :bdpf:

Boruto didn't want to waste his energy on such fodder characters during the chuunin exam so he used the device. Just like how itachi had to tone it down for opponents so that the fight wouldn't end quickly
