Unless you're trying to say that Juubito (who's weaker than Juubidara) is slower than A

Rinnegan Sasuke is definitely fast because he blitzed Madara who is faster than Minato since he cut his arm off but RSM Naruto still wrecks Sasuke in speed. Just look at the Kaguya battle where Sasuke failed to hit Kaguya compared to Naruto. What I'm trying to say is only Rinnegan Sasuke is faster than A and all of his other versions are slower.

EMS Sasuke was keeping up with Juubito who is on all accounts faster than A. You are looking at outdated feats. RSM Naruto is no doubt fast but Kaguya was being distracted by Sasuke which the manga pointed out.
