MS Sasuke - once healed from his injuries - moving 6 times faster than Bee in V1: He jumped up, then jumped on his bac, then rolled several times in air when Bee has to move from A to B in mid-air. The distance he has covered in this scenario is zero. Bee acknowledges that Ae is the only one who ever deflected that.

4th in V1 is faster. Dodai not only saved Naruto, but escaped with him when 3rd was literally only a foot away. Every single shinobi also created Earth Walls before he could make it to them.

Well since Naruto is the fastest, I'm going with yes. War arc KM Naruto's full speed is compared to Minato's FTG which is better than Sasuke's Ameno so Naruto with full Kurama is going to be faster; this all depends on if Naruto chose to go such speed. Shunshin speed and distance is determined by the chakra you use, Naruto has the largest base chakra around right now, Hagoromo's Yin chakra, full Kurama's chakra, and can gather even more natural energy than before thanks to Naruto's and Kurama's higher reserves. Sasuke's Ameno has a cool down time where as Naruto can keep moving at high speeds if he wants too.
