That's stupid. Nothing is nearly instant and Naruto running with that cloak on isn't even really fair to sasuke's actual normal speed.

Thus if it is nearly instant .. which it isn't then sasuke would be allowed to use S/T which is instant. Either way he wins. You're just indenial of the fact that he is canon faster.

If Sasuke would of did a "follow up" then it would be "Naruto is faster" yeah I ain't stupid go somewhere else with your bs.

Naruto is faster than Sasuke. Sasuke doesn't have speed just instant teleportation which isn't necessarily a speed feat and it falls in the S/T category. Naruto has shown both footspeed and his quick reflexes to show that he is faster than Sasuke.
