It doesn't. All it does is enhance certain capabilities. This is fan-fiction. It only heals Naruto when it actually stays in a dormant state. We have seen repeatedly that even when using the cloak, Naruto was exhausted and was healed by Sakura later. Once used in cloak form, most chakra appears to be rerouted to defense and acts as a barrier. Otherwise, Naruto wouldn't have had scorch and kick marks on his mug after his skirmish with the Jins.

thats what am thinking. i dont think i have seen the cloak addresswounds other than naruto. it might give restore ones stamina but it doesnt heal wounds.

I don't remember any incident of Naruto's cloak healing anyone. At best, it restored chakra. It never healed any wounds other than Naruto's. Even there it has limits. As I mentioned, it works most effectively even with Naruto when it's dormant otherwise, in V2 state you wouldn't have Jins profusely bleeding from their bodies.
Kurama's chakra heals Naruto only I believe, I don't really remember scenes where it efficiently healed someone else's wounds, but I think it speeds up one's normal recovery rate due to the large amounts of alien chakra entering their bodies.
I still classify that as a branch of healing, and it works as a nice shield against attacks too. So what's the issue here?

this is the most ridiculous thread I have EVER seen lol. I can't believe the level of stubborness has reached 11 pages. the cloak heals. you can't talk about healing and not include the whole meaning. the cloak has healed physically. This man naruto stabbed his own hand in the beginning of the series and kurama healed that asap without the cloak.
From the clip I saw we see Sasuke somehow heal from his burns and Naruto looks surprised as he notices Sasuke has got up. Its hard to tell what happened.
Two possible ways Sasuke healed are that he absorbed Naruto's chakra with preta path or he got Hashirama cells from Kabuto.
In my opinion it doesn't look like Naruto tried to heal Sasuke since he seems surprised to see him get up unless just being in Naruto cloak heals you but then why doesn't Naruto heal Boruto's arm if that's true.

Wasn't that rasengan fuuton based? Using fuuton rasegans in your hand causes severe cellular damage to chakra tubes.

You run out of Chakra you die. Why don't they understand what the people said in the beginning made so much sense but why deny?
Naruto's chakra cloak gives them chakra which inturn replenish their stamina which takes away their fatigue so it's it is healing in a way. Ninjas turn their stamina into chakra and using it all kills them
