Ok, well let's start with Earth and Lightning.
Now, a lot of people wouldn't think of Earth and Lightning as being combinable. But in fact, the two elements can deliver an effective and nasty surprise for your enemies.
There are two ways in which you can combine them.
The first one: You launch a particularly large Earth jutsu at an enemy, and then attack your own earth jutsu with a lightning jutsu. The lightning jutsu shoots through the earth jutsu at a much higher speed, taking your opponent by surprise (because they can't see you perform the lightning jutsu because their vision is obscured by the earth jutsu). The lightning jutsu also breaks the earth jutsu apart, creating dozens of large, dangerous boulders that rain down on the enemy.
I want you to find an earth jutsu and a lightning jutsu that you could use this technique with.

(Doton: Ganchuusou) - Earth Style: Stone Spikes

Description: The user brings their hands together and an electrical energy will begin to crackle around them. They will then slam their hands to the ground to send an electric current racing through the earth. When the current approaches its target, it can split into multiple tendrils to attack separate targets individually.
The spikes shoot up all over the place, and individual lightning bolts shoot out of the tips of all of the rock spikes. As you can imagine, this jutsu combo creates an inescapable field of lightning bolts.
You could design some custom jutsus based around these elemental comboes.
Now on to the second way to combine lightning and earth:

Yeah, it's a good one ^^ Especially because it can attack your opponent from underneath - very few jutsus attack from beneath.

(@Nemesis Sure, i guess; I'm not really teaching any jutsus, so I guess you could just take a look at the combos xd)
Next up: Water and Lightning. In real life, water alone doesn't conduct electricity, but for NB, we'll just say it does xd lol. Well, basically any two water and lightning jutsus together can make a powerful combo. Especially if your opponent used a water jutsu recently and the ground around him is drenched in water.

Yeah... so that one's pretty self-explanitory.
Fire and water. They're somewhat difficult to use. You could use a low-level water technique followed by a high-level fire one to create a little steam to obscure your opponent's vision just before they're hit with the fire.
