(Genjutsu: Tetsu Kikyuu) Illusionary Arts: Hide and Seek

Description: This is a very useful technique allowing the user to play mind games with the opponent. The user will do the tiger handseal, which induces the opponent into the illusion. What the opponent will see is the user pressing his hands on a flat surface being the ground, a wall, a building, etc. Creating a large portal which the user will then get inside of. Once the user enters the portal, the portal will close up, letting the opponent believe that the opponent is no longer there. The user will then emerge from a portal anywhere around the opponent, poking his head out. This technique is normally used to enrage the opponent. In reality the opponent still has reign over his body as if he wasnt in an illusion, the only thing is that the opponent does not see the real user but the fakes coming in and out of portals leaving him open for attack, but can backfire if not careful.

Note: Can use a max of 4 times
Note: This technique last 2 turns, unless broken
Note: Dojutsu users and sensors can sense/see the real body even through the illusion without breaking it.

‡ Declined ‡ Do you have control over what portals you emerge from? or is it pre-determined when you first cast the genjutsu? like you just keep randomly emerging from portals around the opponent? It can't be something you control unless you maintain the illusion (meaning you can't perform any other techniques while it's active).

Description: Lord Of Madness is one of the 3 dancing taboos of the sound style. Incorporating the summoning style as a host for the technique this being the 3rd in rank compared to the other 2. The user will start by biting his thumb while quickly slamming his hands on the ground causing a mummy wrapped in bandages to emerge from the ground behind the opponent. The mummy body is made from earthen material while being infused with chakra from the user. The bandages around the mummys body will began to unravel revealing his body to have multiple holes in his body which releases sound as he moves. The user will then direct the mummy to begin dancing, releasing sounds as he begins to move. The dancing is very easy going, and soft so to speak. This will cause the sound being produced from the mummy to enter into the opponents ear causing their ears to ring violently. This does not produce damage to a high degree (Only enough damage in the brain area where it stings a bit). The purpose of this is to knock the concentration of the opponent all the way off. This restricts the opponent from using any mind based jutsus, be it yamanaka jutsu, genjutsu etc, and jutsus of forbidden rank. This technique effects the opponent by causing the sound to enter into the opponent(s) ear to violently ring.

Note: Can use twice per match with a 3 turn cool down
Note: Technique last 3 turns (Mummy dances) unless destroyed by an jutsu of equal or above.
Note: This technique is similar to a clone, thus the user can use techniques while the mummy is dancing

Description: Lord Of Kaos/Chaos is one of the 3 dancing taboos of the sound style. Incorporating the summoning style as a host for the technique this being the 2nd in rank compared to the other 2. The user will bite their thumb drawing blood out right after slamming their thumb on the ground to summon a mummy infused with sound chakra made from earthen materials, the host for his technique. The mummy will emerge from right beside the user as his bandages begin to fall, revealing holes all around his body which produces sounds based on movement. The user will then direct the mummy to begin dancing, causing the mummy to do a very violent dance while spinning seconds later producing major effects of sounds that can even be heard throughout a village. Once the mummy begins spinning, violent sounds will produce from 1 meter outward from his body, causing a violent shockwave to be produce from the mummys spinning in a 360 degree angle, leveling anything in its path, obliterating it. As the technique reaches out of mid range, the sound shockwaves will condense in the direction of the opponent, creating a 20 meter radius translucent ball of sound that once it impacts the opponent it creates another massive shockwave in a 360degree angle up to long range. The orb of sound is so powerful that it will create a crater 20 meters wide and 10 meters deep. This technique is very dangerous as it not only drains a huge amount of chakra but it puts the user at risk of being effected by the technique

✦ Both Declined, first summoning has an ability that wouldn't be allowed, the prevention of all Yin based attacks. The second one is practically a boosted Canon Sound jutsu. It combines the Canon S rank that causes an omnidirectional burst with a Sound CJ I've seen.✦

Furaingupengin no Ato: Tsubasa no Hitotsu ☁ Art of the Flying Penguin: Wingless One

Description: A basis for the Furaingupengin no Ato fighting style. After equipping himself with a sword, the user would tether a connection to himself and the sword via a web, with the usage of spider ninjutsu. The web itself would be more durable than regular steel, albeit a different feel and more versatile in movement due to what the spider web is made of. Then, after rotating the sword for a quick moment, the user would sling the sword at the opponent with a massive increase in speed due to the momentum of the sword from rotating it intensely, and the sword's mass from it being made of a metal. The speed of the sword would be comparable to an arrow being shot from a longbow. Due to the spider web still being connected to the sword and the user, the user would be able to channel chakra into said spider web to augment the trajectory of the sword entirely and without any delay, making this one of the most versatile and basic techniques in the whole fighting style.

Suiton: Suishin Pengin - Water Style: Propelling Penguin

Description: A very simplistic suiton ninjutsu in nature, combining the ideals and characteristics of Suiton: Suidan no Jutsu and Suiton: Suihachi, the user will produce very powerful streams of water from their hands and or feet, propelling them through the air at ridiculously high speeds. The speeds are so fast, nearly doubling the user's base speed when using this jutsu, that the user would not be able to react accordingly or even see things clearly unless their reaction times dictate otherwise. The jutsu is not meant to be used offensively, but to simply outrun any technique coming for him, but it has it's downsides. To the average shinobi, this jutsu is a double edged sword due to the fact that they cannot process their environment faster than what they are moving, so they would be prone to hitting things that slower moving targets could avoid.

Description: A fairly simple but effective suiton ninjutsu, Hogo Pengin no Tangan is a suiton ninjutsu that uses the properties crystalized water to coat the blade of a sword. The user would put as much or as little chakra into the blade to crystalize as they want, and then they would simply cut through an opposing jutsu, releasing a crescent of crystalized water towards the opponent. With paramount chakra control, the user would then control the crescent of crystalized suiton much like the jutsu Suiton: Nagareru no Yari, only except instead of hand movements, the user would control the crescent via waving their sword up, down, left, or right. The user could control the crescent up to mid range with ease, and due to the crescent's properties of crystalline water, it's cutting power would be unmatched, even compared to the famous Suiton: Suidanha.

The jutsu is not meant to be used offensively, but to simply outrun any technique coming for him, but it has it's downsides, since it would be hard for the user to change directions quickly at such a high rate of speed, unless their reaction rates dictate otherwise. The user can also use Suishin Pengin to augment their taijutsu power, being that taijutsu is most powerful when a large mass hit's an object with increased velocity. Using the concepts stated above, the user could use the streams of water to increase their speed to hit the opponent, causing serious injury.

Doton: Kuishinbō tatchi | Earth Release: Gluttonous Touch

Description:
As the name hints towards, 'Kuishinbō tatchi' is a jutsu that is initiated either off of coming into contact with the target or doing a series of 3 hand seals to initiate it from a distance. Once the user touches the target, whether it's through his (user's) hand, leg, elbow etc. he'll release a a baseball sized dark blob of muddy earthen material which will stick to the target. Alternatively the 3 hands seals allow the user to make the blob shoot from the ground anywhere within 15m of himself to stick onto a target. The blob of Earth takes on unique properties of the flammable mud variant of Earth, being very mud-like and sticky to the touch, thus seeming like a ball of swamp material with its dark color and sticky texture. Once the blob is in contact with the opponent it starts to act on its own accord. The blob of mud begins to duplicate itself like a germ of some sort, quickly spreading across the target as it expands to become thicker and heavier by the second. Within a moment's notice the mud would completely ensnare the opponent's entire body, starting to smother and crush him within the mud. Due to the flammable nature of the mud it would be highly reactive to flames, sparks and electricity; catching a blaze and making the mud even more dangerous. The mud doesn't make explosions when it is ignited though, but simply catches on fire to start heating and turning the mud into a molten mud of sorts. This isn't limited to simply being used on a human either, it can be used on summonings or other jutsu within reason (like a stone golem) to ensnare and constrict them with the mud.

These wings are not directly linked with the user's body, as that would be classified as Medical Ninjutsu. Instead these wings are physically Summoned and linked to the user, via the aforementioned Tattoo. Using these Wings, the user can perform various actions, such as high-speed unassisted flight, Taijutsu and Wind Release enhanced actions, utilizing the Wings as a defensive shield, and other such actions.

Description:
To begin the user will form two hand seals and place their target under a subtle illusion. In this genjutsu the target will first see a large puff of smoke poof into existence and expand past the caster as they finish their hand seals(similar to a summoning or clone technique) encompassing the target as well as it momentarily blocks their vision. That is when the second stage of the illusion is put into place, the caster of the illusion will manipulate the targets sight so that they will see what is behind them instead of what is in front of them. So when the smoke clears and they are able to see again it seems as if the caster of the technique had moved during the haze. Due to this techniques effects when the target regains sight of the user they will actually be facing the opposite direction to them and as such will be prompted to release techniques the wrong way, causing them to miss. It is also worth noting that the caster of the illusion manipulates the targets sight to mimic things they would normally see in relation to their body as they face forwards.(Hand/arm movements, the nose etc)

As it is released the user can shape this sheet into any form desired (cone, dome, sphere etc), the main advantage of this technique is that it is very good at containing and moving any type of air based gas, mist, poison, toxin etc. After containing or moving the gas the user can at any time perform one hand seal and cause the sheet to rupture, either at one point (pushing the gas in one direction) or completely(releasing the gas in that area). Its also worth noting that due to the strong wind currents that form the sheet, coming into contact with it directly would push the enemy back and knock them over, though with no lasting damage.

Description:
The user will begin this technique by channelling huge amounts of raiton chakra through one of their arms and into their hand. Due to the huge amounts of electricity that travel through their arm when they do this, the user takes a moderate amount of electrical damage to that arm which causes a severe degree of pain and numbness. The user then touches the ground with that hand, creating 12 'rods' of lightning(5m tall) that burst from the ground wherever they see fit and there they shall remain until activated or destroyed. Upon contact with any enemy or technique the rods detonate in an electrical explosion, affecting the area short range of them. When one rod detonates the others react to it and explode as well, triggering a chain reaction of electrical explosions.

Description: The user will form two hand seals and focus their chakra into an existing source of fire or fire technique. By doing so they will manipulate the shape of of the fire technique, forming it into one of various sentient animals that can attack or defend for the user. The creature passively feeds off of the users chakra to keep both their shape and autonomy. The bigger the animal the denser it becomes, being able to interact with solid objects. The smaller they are however the quicker and more agile the beasts.

(Doton/Katon: Tamashī no rekuiemu) - Earth/Fire Release: Requiem of Souls
Type: Offensive

Description: Requiem of Souls is one of the more powerful techniques which is actually a combination of both fire and earth release. It was named Requiem of Souls due to the amount of souls it so took within time of its existence and its power also increases with every new one it so takes. User would through the rapid release and conversion of chakra focus doton chakra within one of their limbs before slamming it onto the field upon which they are standing. With the slam onto the ground they would cause for firstly and omnidirectional wave of flammable, sticky mud to spread out underground within mid range radius. The mud would be quite adhesive and heavy and as soon as it forms, it would have similar effects to the swamp but at the same time it would be covered by a layer of earth above which would disable it to take its effects immediately. Now, as soon as they release the flammable mud they would release a pulse of warm katon chakra breaking the layer of earth which was covering the mud and igniting it, causing for an omnidirectional wave of demon like souls of fire to spread all around the user in mid range radius whilst leaving a wave of heat behind it. Keeping in mind that it would be optional if user wants to use the fire wave but rather just leave the mud stay dormant (for up to three turns). As soon as the mud forms, it would have similar effect as if the swamp was created within the battlefield. However unlike the swamp, characteristic to mud from this technique is that it would pull inside only those who have differing chakra signature as they've already been fed by their chakra upon activation of this technique. And perhaps indeed, by using water one would be able to disperse the flames upon their combustion, the mud won't be so easy to get rid off. A mere spark of lightning would cause for layer of earth covering the mud to break, simultaneously it would also get ignited, due to heat emitted by it. Once the flames have been formed, using a wind jutsu would cause for them to explode into a maelstrom. In case whereas the flammable mud was ignited without user sending forth a pulse of their chakra as to arouse the flames but rather due to a different source (heat from lightning and/or similar), the demon like souls would always transit in direction of a person who has a differing chakra signature.

If the illusion has not been broken but they change the signals they are sending for motion e.g from leg to arm, the said arm would also go through the changes. This will be followed as long as the genjutsu has not been broken. The genjutsu will stay domant for three turns before automatically having its effects disabled.

Amongst them, Jio likes to show others the greatness of wind so he'll only allow himself to perform S-Rank and A-Rank wind techniques (won't use Forbidden, B, C and D ranks). As for Kiko, he likes to show others the versatility of wind despite his jutsus of choice not being the greatest in rank so he'll only allow himself to perform A-Rank and B-Rank wind techniques (won't use Forbidden, S, C and D ranks). Both of them can perform those techniques without any hand seals whatsoever and can use their tail to perform techniques that require a Giant Fan. They are capable of performing any technique the user knows as long as it is within the ranking restriction previously stated. Besides their ability with elemental techniques, their movement and reaction speed is equal to the user's base movement and reaction speed. Each one of them can withstand B-Rank and below techniques. Unfortunately, due to their short wings, they can only fly/remain airborne for a duration of two turns. Lastly, they are distinguished by their ability to transform into two metallic spheres varying between the size of a basket ball and a tennis ball. While in this form, they can float and move mid-air however they want and can serve the purpose of delivering freeform damage or be used by their summoner to remain in the air and move from his/her airborne position by stepping/standing on one of them for evasive maneuvers. The transformation is triggered by the roadrunners (one of them or both at the same time) and would count as one of the user's 3 moves per turn.

✦ Declined, for one the bolded part needs to be edited. They need a constant speed, not something based on the user's speed as this causes it to vary greatly depending on who summons it. Metallic spheres is also kind of iffy, but as it practically grants them the pseudo ability of flight as they can float and move anywhere and then you can have them transform back. ✦

Clusters can be activated by the user coming into direct contact with an infected target again. The user need not touch the same spot that was previously targeted, but instead merely needs to come into contact with the opponents body or clothing. The user is also capable of sustaining this technique for several turns provided that the technique is not overcome, making it particularly effective at stalling out Taijutsu enhancing modes, however in doing so they become limited to solely using Oversoul techniques.

✦ Declined, I'm still not convinced this should be S rank. I see that you tried to justify it's rank by adding to it but this is practically just a oversoul version of Chidori Nagashi that you're trying to buff to be able to defeat same rank elemental attacks, I also assume a way to release A rank and below Genjutsus. It's only able to play on the same level as elemental attacks if it is imbibed with elemental chakra. Raw chakra into the cloths will always be weak to same rank ninjutsu. You also make it seem if it can be used indefinitely if 10 chakra is spent per turn, another no. It needs a limit on how many times it can be used AND for how long. 2 usages is fine if you're so adamant on it being S rank, but it still needs a turn limit. ✦

Description: Calling on concepts from 'Four Pillar Bind' and 'Lightning Blades Levitation', this technique allows the user to perform two hand seals and send Lightning chakra into the ground to carve out multiple shapes of rock through the careful administration of the destructive properties of lightning. Various shapes can be crafted, ranging from walls, cubes and pillars to spikes and even crude weapons. The shapes, filled to the brim and coated with lightning chakra, can be manipulated to violently rise from the ground, guided into a desired position, and can even be made to levitate mid-air. Upon creation the shapes will, acting as conductors and amplifiers for the lightning chakra, release multiple bolts of lightning that dance from one shape to the next at rapid speeds and repeatedly shock anything caught within their formation. Meanwhile the created shapes pose the threat of crushing, smashing into, or stabbing through anything caught within their path. The created shapes can be of a large enough scale to impale and completely incapacitate a large summoning such as Gamabunta. However they can also be created in far smaller sizes for the sake of releasing smaller, yet far more potent lightning bolts. In the case of the creation of but a single shape, lightning will radiate out from around the rock forming a perimeter of electricity that will cover twice the area of that which the rock covers.

Description: An unorthodox technique which combines both a simple Ninjutsu technique, and a Genjutsu technique. Without the need for hand seals, the user will place a simple Genjutsu on the opponent. The illusion is triggered once the opponent comes into close range of the user. The illusion would serve its purpose once the opponent would strike the user of the technique. The user would use the substitution technique, and displace his body with that of a nearby object, however, the opponent would be unaware, and see that they had in actuality struck the user of the technique. The user would then be affected by whatever the opponent had used on him, in the illusion but in reality, would have ample time counter-attack whilst the opponent is distracted. After being affected by the technique the opponent had used, the user, in the illusion, would explode and splatter blood all over the opponent and cloud their vision.

(Bakuton - Funshutsu Ken) Blast Release - Erupting fist

Description:The user focuses their blast chakra into their limbs which can be augmented together with regular taijutsu, upon contact with anything the user touches they can release a small localised focused blast, unlike the landmine fist it lacks power however it does very much increase the users power in taijutsu, creating a small focused blast that packs a bludgeoning impact and can cause light burns , complimenting the users taijutsu greatly, the blasts released are very small and very pinpoint, due to this chakra control needed it causes the technique to be a high ranking technique.

The user whiles under the effects of this empowerment can strike through earth based structures of high rank aided by there taijutsu as the focused blast spreads through the earth based structure like ripples causing it to break apart in the process. The user however can only use Blast Release techniques along with earth and lightning which make up the element and non elemental techniques such as tai, nin, gen and ken while this is active.

The tornado deals both impact bludgeoning damage along with tearing and cutting damage and has the power cause cracks and fractures in the earth.

Description: The user does the snake sign and starts gathering their senchakra into their hands. In their hands the user creates a ball of snake scales that is filled inside with snake acid/venom infused with senchakra. The user will than grow it to the size of Chō Ōdama Rasengan. The user will than either throw it or slam it against the opponent. When the opponent gets hits with it the scale first burst out and cut the opponent all over the body. The acid/venom will that hit the opponent burning their skin and getting into their cuts. The venom will than get into the opponents body through the cuts and start to cause paralysis to the opponent after being expose to it for 2 turns. If the user has a snake summoning out the user can be on top of the snake's head and channel his chakra into the snake and have the snake create the ball and release it from its mouth.

Description: The user claps, summons from Modakeke and clad his entire body in pitohui feathers. This feathers are light though thick as steel and able to tank B-rank and below techniques without notable effect though can be canceled out completely by A-rank elemental attack which would prompt the feathers to poof back to Modakeke. However their beauty lies in their complete immunity to pure taijutsu and in their own counter attack. If for example, an opponent tries to punch the user the feather can open up and form hard scales able to shave, pierce and impale the target's hands and because they are cursed with neurotoxins, they discharge mild toxins into the open wound of the target causing paralysis. More potent and lethal dose of toxins can be administered through a direct hit from the user's attack while wearing the feathers. The damage that would be recieved from this goes beyond total body paralysis as the target is prone to blood poisoning and lastly heart failure if the toxin is not removed in 2 turns.
NOTE: Although the user still would be pushed by the force of the attack even if he receives no damage from them.
NOTE: Usable once per battle

The Afuape twins, Atukpa and Ewedu are a pair of pure black Hooded Pitohuis who are very powwerful and special amongst the ranks of Hooded Pitohui warriors. They can be either summoned together as a pair or separately, though summoning them as a pair boost their power and will thus a +10 damage to their ninjutsu.

Atukpa
She is entirely colored black though her color changes to pure brown whenever she uses her signature jutsu. The 50m sized Pitohui is an earth specialist able to use earth techniques that her summoner knows upto S-rank and what she only needs to perform them is her to be in contact with the earth or through the flap of her wings should she be not in contact with earth(If the earth jutsu does not require a contact with earth).
Atukpa's signature ninjutsu however is her ability to turn her entire self into mud. Although she is prone to lightning, she is able to morph into any shape, extend her body, pass through intricate obstacles, harden herself at will and can be immune to physical attacks as they would just pass through her.
Like every other Pitohuis, Atukpa possesses an equally lethal amount of neurotoxins on her body giving a paralysing effect to her physical attacks.

Ewedu
Like her sister, he is also black, same sized, however a distinguishing feature he posseses is a longer hooded tendril above his head. Ewedu is a Lightning specialist able to use lightning techniques that the summoner knows up to S-rank and what he only needs to perform them is to flap his wings instead of handseals. His special ability is particularly utilized upon his summon into and when he leaves the battle field. Unlike his sister who appears and leaves in a cloud of purple smoke, Ewedu's appearance comes like a harmless translucent pop. The pop is actually a harmless barrier that instantly spread across the entire battle field. The barrier however comprises of Ewedu's lightning chakra and its composed of electromagnetic pulse. In this barrier, Nobody except Ewedu is able to use lightning jutsu. Lightning technique above S-rank however can overcome the subduction of the barrier thus the barrier does not affect Forbidden rank lightning jutsus. This barrier last until Ewedu leaves the battlefield. His leaving the battle field deactivates the Electromagnetic barrier and with the same pop sound, erects another one which last for only 3 turns. This barrier is composed and supersaturated with static electric charges. This does not hinder anyone trapped in the barrier from using lightning, albeit the reverse. Static electricity lingers and would pose a threat when there is too much friction causing a quick phenomenon called electricity by induction. this affects mostly those who runs at immense speed, because they work against air resistance, they create air friction which inturns cause the static electricity around to gather around them and generate electricity which would shock them. Lightning technique used in this barrier is faster than normal and using any kind of water jutsu in the barrier would cause conduction of the static electricity and immediate electrocution. Electocution due to air friction or water usage is A-rank.

NOTE: The twins can only be summoned once except if they are summoned separately, then the summoning can be used twice.

Description: The user smears blood on the Hooded Pitohui tattoo, claps or slams his hand on a surface to summon Owambe. Owambe is a very small pitohui, size of small akamaru and can be carried on the summoners head. She has no power whatsoever nor can she use any ninjutsu by herself. However with her on the field of play, every other hooded pitohui in Modakeke, has a special link to her that makes it so that with her on the field, their morale and will to protect her and her summoner becomes tripled thus they develop an extra saturation of toxin on their entity. This makes them instead of appearing an disappearing in a cloud of smoke, the cloud of smoke is replaced by a cloud of purple neurotoxin gas. The potency of the cloud of toxin depends on the level of the hooded pitohui that is summoned or sent back. If the hooded pitohui summoned while Owanbe is on the field is B-rank, the level of damage the neurotoxin does to anyone apart from the summoner and Owambe would be equivalent to B-rank damage.
NOTE: Owambe can only be summoned once but can be on the battle field until the summoner sends her back, not just because she is a harmless bird, but because she needs cudling and likes being a domestic pet.
NOTE: Once summoned though, only one other Pitohui can be in play while she is on the field

✦ Declined, how does she have no power when her power is to enhance other Pitohui? She needs a usage duration limit just like any other summoning with an ability. Also, this poison isnt going to cause paralysis for 2 turns as well as make them pass out if they dont leave the mist in 2 turns, one or the other. And something else; it says that if the summoning on the field is B rank, then this would cause B rank damage, implying the damage would rise if used by an A or S rank summoning. That's another no, it should be B rank all around. ✦

Description: By utilizing the moister in the air, the user will materialize up to two saucers made of water, one in each hand 22 inch in diameter by 1/2 inch thick. The user will then throw the saucers or mentally manipulate them to be released. Once released/thrown, the saucer's trajectory can be controlled through mental commands or body gestures. By utilizing the moister in the air, the user can materialize water around the saucer(s) to increase their size, up to five meters in diameter and 1 inch thick. This will naturally slow down the speed of the projectile(s) compared to a thrown rock. The user can also compress the saucer instead and decrease it in size, equalling to 11 inches in diameter by 1/4 inch thick, naturally increasing their speed to a full fledged traveling arrow. The natural un-enhanced speed of the saucers are equal to the average water bullet techniques. The user has the liberty of increasing or decreasing the saucers individually, or as a pair. Description: The user places a seal on their weapon and it must be in the user's biography. The user seals one of their elements or genjtutsu away, meaning that by the user sealing away either one of their 5 basic elements, the user can use an advanced version of the substitution technique. By using the same principle of the substitution technique. The user can perfect the technique and can trade places with any object on the battlefield as long as both targets are within mid-range of the user. The user only needs to say "Law" which activates the law, upon activation, chakra is visible around the battlefield indicating the limit of the technique. The user can use the technique before the chakra is fully expanded when visible. In order to abide by the law, the user must give up one element for the remainder of the battle. After the user says "World" the chakra is immediately dispersed across the battlefield. After which, the user doesn't even after to look at the opponent in order to swich him with another object, including the user. Once done, the technique cannot be used for 2 more turns for exhaustion. In the same turn as the switch, the user cannot use another Forbidden technique.

Description: To perform this jutsu the user is required to absorb a technique using the "Inhaling Maw" technique. The rank of this technique requires the user to store chakra of at least A Rank. The chakra is stored within a separate part of the user, not mixing with their main chakra network. Unlike combination techniques that require the user to sacrifice two moves to perform, the user is able to utilize both in a single move. This is due to the user practically having two separate "storages" of chakra to channel chakra across.
The user releases their dark chakra & channels it across their back, manipulating the shape to take on the form of dark purple wings filled with shades of black. The wings are made purely of dark chakra condensed together.

Dark | Simply using Dark chakra alone allows the user to motion the wings to wrap around the user creating a shield around the them. This protects the user from certain attacks following the element advantages of the release ability. The size of the wings are enough to either cover the upper half of the body, or the entire body if crouching down.

Wind | The user channels chakra across the wings, creating a coat of wind which works alongside the wings. The Dark chakra begins to flap back & forth while the wind, spreads out, augmenting the wings power & speed, granting the user flight. Due to the force applied by the wind, faint gusts are created within short range, deflecting small projectiles of sorts.

Fire | Following a similar pattern to the Wind element, the user channels their chakra across the wings. The wings begin to flap back & forth & as they do a flame appears across them. The flame releases a blaze of fire while the wings flap, spreading out short range all around the user. The flame deals direct damage to anyone within short range, burning them on contact & is used more so to keep the opponent from closing in on the target.

-The elements are self sustaining, allowing them to stay active without assistance for 3 turns. The user can perform "Inhaling Maw" on an B rank technique to prolong the effects of the wings by two turns

I don't want to completely DNR this idea, but my biggest issue with this is the existence of a second chakra network. If I remember correctly, I don't believe that there's anyone in Naruto that has a second chakra network. Something like that would require surgery, and even then, I don't think that medical ninjutsu has the ability to do that. So if you could prove that it is logically possible to have a second chakra network, then do resubmit, otherwise, I'm sure this likely wouldn't work at all.

(Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Nidhoggr √ Warudoumei ) ≈ Draco Summoning Technique: Nidhogg √ Malice Sriker

Description: Nidhogg is a dark gray skin colored Draco with green eyes and green wing-like membranes. Nidhogg prides itself in it's ground based and fighting style, being a Taijutsu specialist. It's length reaches up to two and a half meters, with it's tail alone being almost as long as it's body which can hit/whip people with great force ( B rank ). It stands slightly taller than an adult human and can use Taijutsu (Kaito's too if the user knows it) up to A rank and can even hold/wield weapons (though it can't use elemental taijutsu). While moving on four legs it moves as fast as a taijutsu specialist, while moving as fast as lee without weights while running (it's movements attacks are still trackable by tai specialist). It's hard skin can protect it from basic damage of C rank tai and lower. Nidhogg has a personal taijutsu technique from which it earns the name "Malice Striker" it coils it's tail around the opponent's neck and delivers two punches charged with chakra into the target's gut. Once the wind is knocked out of them, he leaps into the sky with them in his grip and entangles his tail around their limbs/body while spinning facing the ground. It stands slightly taller than an adult human and can use Taijutsu (Kaito's too if the user knows it) up to A rank and can even hold/wield weapons (though it can't use elemental taijutsu). While moving on four legs it moves as fast as a taijutsu specialist, while moving as fast as a Taijutsu master while running and both four and two legs (it's movements attacks are still trackable by tai specialist). It's hard skin can protect it from basic damage of C rank tai and lower. Nidhogg has a personal taijutsu technique from which it earns the name "Malice Striker" it coils it's tail around the opponent's neck and delivers two punches charged with chakra into the target's gut. Once the wind is knocked out of them, he leaps into the sky with them in his grip and entangles his tail around their limbs/body while spinning facing the ground. The entire energy is pooled into both hands which at this point emit a bright orange light before the user attempts to land a double-fisted attack onto the target's body (commonly the torso). Upon impact, the chakra which has gained burning properties from being so tense will be released in a wave through the target's body. Severely burning their insides and scorching the outer skin layer. The opponent is sent sprawling through the air due to the momentum of the attack and force of the release. The technique's power is of such magnitude that it even without contact with a surface, the user can thrust it into the air and release the gathered chakra reserve as an orange pillar of energy through the air, reaching a considerable distance without losing strength and playing equally against elemental jutsu of equal rank. A master of Kaito's Taijutsu or EIG can use the technique with a single hand, without splitting the power through both hands (as regular users take more damage, thus using both hands). When the technique is used ranged, both fists are put side by side to release a single pillar of chakra.

Since the enamel of a rat's incisors is harder than Steel and platinum, the gauntlets allows to user to smash through techniques of custom elements such as aluminum, steel, and earth techniques of the same rank or below by punching at the incoming technique and utilizing the natural gnawing power of the rats. The incisors can also be used to block previously listed attacks of the same rank or below, but will crumble if hit with one of those techniques of higher rank. When used to attack an opponent it would cause serious crushing damage to them, dealing blunt force trauma and possibly internal bleeding. The can also be used in a defensive measure to block or stop incoming techniques, by simply holding the gauntlets together in front of him. While the gauntlets are active the user is unable to use other techniques tied to the Nezumi contract, but they can also be dissolved when the user chooses.

✦ Declined, rat enamel is harder than iron and platinum indeed, but steel's hardness varies on the Mohs scale from 4 to 8. Also, a human's enamel is roughly a 5 on the Mohs scale yet Iron, a 4.5, is able to break a tooth with enough pressure, same as in the case of a rat's incisor. Their jaws is what allows them to pressure to break and bite through things, not the strength of the enamel itself. Rat enamel is 5.5 meaning anything higher would break it and anything with enough force would likewise do the same. Now on to the actual jutsu. You summon rat teeth over your hands and attack with them. I'd assume the points are sharp. Now, how would this cause crushing damage or anything? This would cause piercing damage if anything, you need force and pressure to make it cause crushing damage. ✦

(Kenjutsu: Fujin) Sword Art: Wind Blade

The chakra that was channelled into the blade prior to splitting augments them to the point that they can cut through solid objects. After cutting through the intended target the blades will merge back into one and return to the user, who catches it by the hilt.

The toads produce this goo like substance from their glands all over their body, making them very slippery which could not only make it more difficult for an opponent to strike the user of this technique with Taijutsu, seeing that this slippery feature could be used to let the strikes somewhat slide off of him. Furthermore this slime like substance also makes the user taste and smell revolting to anyone who may taste or smell him. This would turn out to be quite troublesome for opponents such as the Inuzuka or anyone with enhanced smell and taste, as they would be able to experience the foul smell and taste of the Toad Slime to its fullest, causing them to feel their stomachs turning and making them vomit continuously, for several moments, being unable to control them self. For someone with enhanced smell or taste this can be tasted or smelt all the way into mid-range from the user of this technique, yet for normal people it is only going to affect them if they are within short-range. The final feature of this technique is that this Toad Slime that the user may produce from his glands keeps his body moist, and it also serves as a sort of barrier which prevents infections and fungus and other sorts of illness that may come from the outside to harm the user. The user himself is resistant towards the smell and taste it emits, similar to the toads whom are also naturally resistant towards it themselves.

The toads can utilize this technique without using any hand seals or hand gestures, while the user is required to perform the serpent hand seal. This technique allows the user or a toad to release their tongue out, extending its width and length drastically, shooting out of their mouth at intense speed, like when a frog attempts to catch a fly with their tongue, a high speed reflexive movement. The tongue of both the user and the toads using it, have the unique toad characteristics, as they are extremely sticky and it is used to catch and wrap around the opponent. This would effectively render the opponent incapable of moving at all, due to the tongue wrapping around every single limb, while strangling them. To make this technique more lethal towards the enemy, the toads developed a unique property that allowed the toads and the ones who signed the contract to change the properties of their own tongue after having caught the opponent. This is done by the user releasing a wave of chakra through his tongue, which then causes the tongue that is wrapped around the enemy to change into the same flesh like substance as the one found inside the fire breathing toad, causing the tongue to swell up rapidly consuming the enemy while digesting them completely. Another ability of this technique may be that during the entire time that this technique is utilized, the tongue will release acidic stomach liquid from itself, similar to the one found in the Fire Breathing Toads Stomach, which corrodes and melts through human flesh and bone. When the technique is used and the tongue is shot out, the user is capable of maneuvering between objects with his tongue and aim for his target.

Description: Yūgen shōgekiha, a move developed by the talented Jiraiya showcases the rudimentary and often bypassed use of chakra. The ability to induce a physical disturbance on the opponent without actually harming them, drawing a little inspriration from Killing Intent. The move begins by having the user's foot/feet on the ground, this is essential to the technique and if this simple requirement is not met it fails. Once the user has connection to the ground with at least a foot he will stop his leg, sending chaka racing through the ground in a controlled manner towards his opponent(s). This chakra ripples underground by about 2 meters to avoid any surface disturbances, once it reaches below the opponent it will race up into their bodies flushing their chakra system with the user's. This is also a form of Kai and can release the opponent from Genjutsu but the main use of the foreign surge is to overload their tenketsu with as much as the user's chakra that they are left momentarily in a state of shock, like having a wave of uncontrollable feelings rush through their bodies. With the chakra consisting of both physical and spiritual energy both the target's body and mind are sent into a state that can only be described as a profound one, so much that the opponent is lost for words and actions as an indescribable sensation races over their entire bodies. This only lasts the duration of the turn its used and opponent's will easily overcome the feeling once the chakra finishes surging through them. The surge also disallows them from performing any chakra costing Ninjutsu techniques up to S ranked due to an already S ranked amount of chakra in their system, but with basic Ninjutsu weak to elemental Ninjutsu the user is free to perform Ninjutsu surge like techniques of A ranked and above to break free from this alien surge. Alternatively, the user can have this technique affect multiple targets in an 360 degree manner of his position but this only reaches up to Mid ranged as opposed to a more focused, Long ranged reach.

(Hikigaeru No Himitsu) –The Toads Secret

Description: Signers of the toad contract have learned to harness the unique venom that is found within The Cane Toad and other toad species. The venom from the different toads are gained through extracting it from toads and storing it in bottles for later use, or by applying it to the weapons of the users choice, such as swords, axes, kunai, shuriken, senbon etc. It may even be applied to smoke bombs, flash bombs and tags so when they explode the venom will be carried by the explosion to the enemy. This makes for a very dangerous and possible lethal arsenal of weaponry for future combat. Unlike most venoms found in other animals, the toads’ unique venom which is found inside the toads and on their skin as it is produced by the glands, does not require to enter the enemy’s body to affect them. The toxicity of a toad’s venom depends on the amount and to affect an enemy it only requires touching the skin of the person or animal. The toads venom will cause an enemy to become dizzy, having blurred vision as well as slurred movements, and if the enemy is affected by too much venom it will cause bleeding from eyes, nose and other areas as well as involuntary coughing. This venom that is produced by toads can be utilized in several ways by the user.

The user is, due to their mastery of toads and having studied the venom, has become capable of producing said venom from their body as they manipulate the glands that they will make to do so, so that it coats their skin like a layer of sweat. This is utilized in combination with Taijutsu. When this is done the user is far more lethal as he only needs to graze or touch the enemy to affect them, yet the effect that it has on the enemy depends on the strike. If the user is capable of touching the enemy once, the opponent will not feel anything for the first turn, yet the next turn he will begin to be slightly dizzy as well as having slightly slurred movement due to the touch of the venom on the users’ body. Yet this is what a single touch does, nothing more nothing less. If the user wants to do more lethal damage upon the enemy he needs to strike them further. After each strike that is done to the enemy, the effects will become more severe, and they last for the entirety of the battle unless the enemy has an antidote towards the venom of some sort. Due to the studies of the toads and having mastered its abilities, the user has become immune towards any and all toad venom. The venom on the users body stays on his body for the entirety of the battle unless it is washed away.

The user is also capable of utilizing the venom that they produce or gain by extracting it from other toads, by applying it to different weapons and tools. The user is capable of applying this venom to their armor, sword, axe, arrow, kunai, shuriken, senbon, whips or any other kind of weaponry. This means the venom is also capable of being used not only on weapons capable of being thrown or shot towards the enemy, but also capable of being used together with a sword and thereby used together with Kenjutsu techniques. This of course causes the weapons and the users Kenjutsu strikes to be more lethal, as they merely need to graze the enemy to cause the before mentioned effects. To make the users arsenal even more dangerous, the user is also capable of placing this toad venom upon smoke bombs, flash bombs, explosive tags, chili pepper bombs and any of the likes, so when they do explode they will not only cause the effect that they normally do, they will also cause the small amount of venom that is placed upon them to be carried out into the area with the blast, so it will hit the target and cause immediate effect. Below is a small table that shows how many strikes, touches of venom that is required for each effect to take place. Every time a strike happens it stacks upon the previous one and causes more severe actions as seen below. After the last strike in the table below, it will cause the enemy to eventually die from the effects after his turn is complete. The effects of the venom take place one turn after the strike happens.

Description: Tahm Kench, a legendary toad from ancient times said to be almost as old as Gamamaru the Great Toad Sage. Into a sunken town the handsome Jiraiya ran, for he owed gold and blood and yet had none to spare. He was desperate, and before long he was about to walk away and change his path, when he heard a song call on him to change his luck again. Now the singer was a creature, with the biggest mouth Jiraiya had ever seen. “Excuse my song” the monster toad said, “the tunes purpose was your attention for I knew you had troubles, and I can offer solutions… can you save me from this bind you ask… boy the world is one river, and I am its King”. Jiraiya was offered a solution for a simple prize, the toads hunger to be satisfied when he so wished and Jiraiya took it. The monster toad is a giant, dark brown and green swamp colored toad, that stands as tall as a large two story building and with a mouth and stomach so large that it can consume almost anything, especially when it expands its stomach it is capable of consuming animals and people with ease, even summoning animals larger than him. The massive toad has a grim and dark demeanor unlike the other toads, wearing old metal hand braces that used to be handcuffs, and he has a small mustache. The toad saved Jiraiya and accepted to be part of the contract, yet he would not be a pet of any sort neither would he rest until Jiraiya paid his debt. The toad was never summoned again, yet when it came to Jiraiya finding a woman he actually liked, a beauty, the toad would appear rising out of the water nearby. Even tho Jiraiya tried everything he could to cast out the toad, it ate all of the gold, the food and all the presents and even the house for its hunger, nothing satisfied. Before Jiraiya knew what had happened the toad monster had snapped its jaw around the woman tearing her apart with his almost shark like teeth, snapping bones and ripping flesh apart as he devoured her in front of him. It was only afterwards Jiraiya was capable of subduing the monster toad. The massive monster toad with his stomach that cannot be satisfied and his teeth that can tear anything apart was subdued by Jiraiya and is now forced to do Jiraiyas bidding for what he had done. Jiraiya first realized the horrifying powers the toad actually possessed when he summoned him for the first time. With his dark demeanor, razor sharp teeth and white eyes he would come off as terrifying to anyone standing before him.
With his powerful tongue and jaw, Tahm Kench is capable of releasing his tongue out in a straight line, in which it with great force will either smash into the target or wrap around them, sticking to them due to its sticky like liquid upon the tongue. This can quickly subdue the target before the tongue will retract back into his mouth, where he would snap his jaws closed, devouring the enemy. Besides these features that the legendary River King has, he is capable of three different techniques of his own, a particular set of abilities which makes him a nightmare to anyone who meets him.

The first ability that Tahm Kench possesses is the power to literally swim through both water and earth, as he releases chakra from his body, so that the earth around him turns into a swamp like state, so he can swim through it and deep into the ground if he wishes. This allows him to swim on land as well as on water, but not only that, he is capable of swimming at very high speed, through the ground to any desired location and hide if he wishes. And while doing so the ground which he passes through will immediately turn back to normal after he has passed leaving no trace of him. This allows him to take refuge underground, or make a surprise attack as he shoots up from the ground like a bullet devouring anything that he catches with his mouth as he comes out.

The second ability which he possesses is the power to release a powerful jet stream of highly acidic stomach fluids from his mouth. This jet stream is so powerful and so acidic that it slices and melts through organic matter, flesh and metal with ease. And the powerful stream shoots out with very high pressure, also being capable of changing its direction by simply turning his head. This stream has a very long range and can be used to slice and melt through anything. The second ability can also be used in another way. This other way allows Tahm to keep the acidic stomach fluid within his stomach and building it up so that it fills up almost the entire stomach. This is of course mostly used when he has consumed an enemy, and this is done to suffocate them and increase the speed at which the enemy is devoured.

The final ability which Tahm possess is the power to dislocate his jaw, opening it so wide that he can devour virtually anything (not boss sized summonings) while then using his massive stomach and his large lungs, he begins to suck in anything within mid-range from him. When he does so, he creates a powerful vacuum like effect, where everything is sucked in with immense force, and everything is sucked straight into his stomach and devoured the moment it touches his stomach fluids. The technique is stopped when Tahm decides to close his mouth again and not allowing anything to leave his stomach. This powerful vacuum effect is so powerful that it requires great strength to be capable of standing his ground and not be sucked in.

This toad is unlike any other toad as it is refered to as a monster, that is a giant, dark brown and green swamp colored toad, that stands as tall as a large two story building and with a mouth and stomach so large that it can consume almost anything, especially when it expands its stomach it is capable of consuming animals and people with ease, even summoning animals larger than him. The massive toad has a grim and dark demeanor unlike the other toads, wearing old metal hand braces that used to be handcuffs, and he has a small mustache and having shark like teeth so that he may shred anything he desires. With his dark demeanor, razor sharp teeth and white eyes he would come off as terrifying to anyone standing before him.
With his powerful tongue and jaw, Tahm Kench is capable of releasing his tongue out in a straight line, in which it with great force will either smash into the target or wrap around them, sticking to them due to its sticky like liquid upon the tongue. This can quickly subdue the target before the tongue will retract back into his mouth, where he would snap his jaws closed, devouring the enemy. This doesn't do great damage by itself, but it's true potential is released when it is used on a water source/or in conjunction with a water technique/or an opponent's water technique. When combined with water, it turns into a liquidy substance, expelling enough heat to ignite combustible materials, as well as drying and hardening quickly into cement which traps the opponent within it. Basically, it can be used to turn chakra/chakra-less water into cement.

Description: Once in a suitable range the user would take a step forwards with his left(right) foot, then raise his right(left) leg in an attempt to deliver a front roundhouse kick in which his shin is drawn back. The kick would be aimed towards the opponent's stomach. Naturally, the kick follows a counter clockwise arc pattern. The attack would appear simple but it is actually a set up. The roundhouse kick was simply a ploy. A ploy that sets up the crescent kick. The moment the opponents guard is brought up the user would perform multiple actions simultaneously: He would unexpectedly move his left(right) leg around so that the tip of his foot is away from the opponent (heel is facing the opponent ). The user would snap his right(left) leg chin upwards, not losing momentum while doing so. This is done with adequate hip movement, naturally. The entire process leads to the user's right(left) foot slamming onto the targets unprotected face. The attack could be used to send the opponent flying several meters back.
