With a lot of confusion going on and the CCG attacking, some investigators try to attack Darth, he rather not to, but he's forced to activate his kagune to fight them, making a black wing appear in his left side, along with the kagune in the right eye, as people see that he's a one eyed, they scream: "ONE EYE" and start running (talking about the ghouls), he then proceeds to attack the investigators to try and immobilize them.
Kuzan notices a stray briefcase next to him and picks it up curious as to who dropped it. He looks up at the ghouls stricking back at the CCG and sighs. "This is getting too crazy. Im calling Arima."

(Yeah. If you wouldn't mind could u kill have Arima this character. I wanna switch sides and be on the CCG)
In the midst of the frey the briefcase is hit forming a Kaguna wall blocking the CCG from most of the escaping ghouls, but at the same time barring Tetsuya's escape)
(You can create a second character you know, Or I could make you part of the Quinx squad in the story.)

Kuzan approaches the ghoul with his quinque drawn. "So, you're quite elusive aren't you? Dodge this." Kuzan separates his twin bladed sythe and swings one end towards the ghoul as he charges him.
(I don't think they allow full ghouls and besides I was planning on creating two officers. Three characters is a bit too much for me

Kuzan blocks with his quinque bringing the 2 ends of the sythe back together and gets in close enough to swing

Kuzan grimaces in pain and looks up to see Akira suddenly block the ghouls escape wielding her fueguchi as the Quinx squad and 30 other ghouls finally make it from the other side of the building.

Suddenly the last remaining ghoul is codename: Hannibal. Completely surrounded by CCG he still looks like he has some fight in him. The crowd of CCG suddenly form a line and his face goes pale upon the sight of the man now walking towards him. Arima is here. Another CCG agent steps out of Arima's shadow and seems to ask if she can take over. He nods and stands back as she approaches instead. The ghoul can only smile at his luck.
Saya: "Ah, how gross to think that this thing here was giving us so much trouble and I can't even use it for a new sword what a bother. Would u just do me a favor and just bow so i can slice off that head of yours so we can go home."
Tetsuya: Tch"
(Tetsuya clicks his tongue knowing he has no way out. So he decides to put all his faith in his speed. Tetsuya blitzes past the girl only to hit the ground a few seconds later. His legs have been cut clean off at the hip. The girl walks her way over to deliver the killing blow)
Noticing Arima arriving, in the middle of the confusion, Darth uses his kagune to break the wall and get out of there as quickly as possible. Breaking the wall, he sees the other ghouls there, he searches for Madamm but he couldn't find her, so he keeps escaping.
